I went there this morning and asked for a cold coffee with almond milk and liquid sugar the guys asked me twice and confirmed that it was almond milk and liquid sugar, i get up to the window he hands me my drink and it's normal milk and normal sugar!!! Went thru the drive thru and got a coffee with hash browns. Food was good, easy ordering at drive thru. My only complaint is that you don't find out the total owed until you pull up to the window. A Dunkin is a Dunkin is a Dunkin, right? Maybe. This location has decent service, but as with many local Dunkin's, the drive through experience is so varied. One day it's friendly and patient... then the next it's transactional and cold. I wish they didn't eliminate so many of the donut options. I know that coffee drinks are the high margin items, but now I have an excuse to get my donuts and coffee from my locally owned spots. Wanted to rate it zero or negative number but not option for that!!! Went this morning 5:07am order coffee and a plain bagel Toasted with veggies cream cheese. Opened bagel when I got to work it was burnt and hard as a rock!!! Absolutely inedible. Tried calling to voice my complaint, and it took 4 calls before they answered the phone. Indian lady answered I told her my complaint and was told "OUR TOASTER IS BROKEN AND BAGEL IS OLD SO IT GETS HARD QUICKLY" she repeated several times that their toaster was broken. I told her I wasn't interested in the problem only that I wanted my order voided because it was in edible and I was not going to pay for something that I couldn't eat. She again told me that the bagel was old and that's why it got hard and then if I come back tomorrow, she'll give me a new bagel and cream cheese. Only reason I ever come to this Dunkin is because the other one in Huntley doesn't open until five. Today I ordered a medium pomegranate refresher with light ice. The older Caucasian woman gave me so much attitude over the intercom, When I was trying to side what to order to drink. A sadly they gave me a medium drink with extra ice. I go around re-order with no ice, no the older Indian woman is telling me it's a dollar more for no ice. I understand that I said but you guys put less ice on the ticket but gave me extra ice. I ordered a bagel at 7:30 a.m. from the inside counter area. I said do not toast or slice the bagel. The cashier then asked me if I wanted it sliced and toasted. (??) I sat at an indoor table and at least 4 flies landed on my table. But back to the bagel, it was stale. The bagel was stale and very dry. I have to assume it was from the previous day. Every time I've been to this location, I've received extremely fast, polite service. I always get flatbread sandwiches, which often take a long time to get heated, but somehow this place is always right on top of it. The drive-thru line moves quickly, even in the busy morning (more than I can say for nearby locations which leave me screaming obscenities and punching my steering wheel while I become later & later for work). They also put tons of sugar in their iced coffees, which I love! Straw full o' coffee-flavored sugar! Anyway, I really like this location, and I'm a total psycho in the morning before my coffee...so this really means something. read more

I live in Chicago and I work all the way in Huntley so I travel a fair amount every single day. I have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts location for the past six months. Haven't really had any big issues other than certain donuts being out almost every single day. However today I ordered a raspberry ice tea to switch things up a bit before I drove out of the drive-through I was still waiting for my food I tried my tea and it just tasted horrible so I asked if I could get a new one since I believe it was made wrong sense it didn't taste like raspberry. The guy at the drive-through window was very nice about it and said sure thing, then I Heard him tell the other Employee if she could please remake the drink and that's when I heard many things that I shouldn't here in a professional business through the drive-through window. She started swearing and yelling saying that she made it right and she followed the charts. He smelled the drink and continue to tell her it didn't smell like raspberry. That's when I hear the strangest word come out of her mouth that she referred to me as a "Cunt-a-lope" all while the drive thru window was WIDE OPEN. I can't help but laugh and shake it off my shoulders this morning because I have been there I have had bad days but to work in a professional business you should not be able to talk that way and keep your job. I won't be going any further with this other than posting this pathetic review on yelp. But I think I will be switching back to Starbucks. My mom had a bad experience with an employee named Ian at this location. She wanted to buy two quarts of ice cream for 9.99 but wasn't aware that it couldn't be fresh-scooped quarts. When it was rung up, she was charged more and ended up not buying it. He had this nasty attitude towards my mom and basically shoved the receipt back to her. Do not get coffee here. The coffee always tastes like theres something sinister in it or like they dont wash the equipment. They always take forever. There are a bunch of teenagers working here. When i ordered some wraps one of them put a jehovah's witness pamphlet in the bag, which didnt offended me but couldve easily caused problems. When i called to let a manager know a kid told me he was the most senior person on staff at the moment and told me he already knew about it. They take a ridiculous amount of time to just pour coffee or address the drive thru when there is no one else in line. The hours are incorrect on the google ingo page. What can I say.. It's your typical DD with the normal selection of stuff and all seems fine and taste fine... However, the service here is extra bad.. Always understaffed! One walk in cashier and one drive thru cashier. The walk in line was 2 deep when the lady at the cashier asked for a couple dozen donuts.. 4 other people walked in. The poor woman working the cash register asked what seemed to be the owner or manager who was a very unhappy Indian woman. Who ignored the cashiers first 5 requests for help.. All while she was too busy poring coffee from one carafe to another. Today The Indian woman was the walk In cashier..
