SLOWEST PLACE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!The employees are ridiculously slow and they only have one person working the register in the morning who also makes the coffees for every person in line. They also keep the online order on so in between every customer in line they serve they make like 3 online orders and make the people in line in the store stand there like a bunch of D!€K$. It's an outrageous way to handle customer service. Not to mention the people making the coffees every morning are so slow it's like they have their first day everyday! They never make the coffee the same way either and I never change my order but it's like I get a different one everyday because they can't make anything with consistency! Go here if you want expensive ice. I ordered a medium iced vanilla latte, and specifically asked for just a little ice. They gave me my coffee and it was obvious that they ignored my request. I scooped the ice out and the cup was only half full of the actual coffee. This is ridiculous. I'm not paying for half a cup of coffee! On top of that it was WAY too sweet to the point of nausea. This is my second favorite Dunkin. My first favorite is Brad's. My wife works here and I love to visit her on my way home. I always make sure to give a nice tip! The staff here deserve it. I've always gone to this Dunkin Donuts, and never had I had a problem. Until today, which really pissed me off. I went in and asked for a Medium Frozen Vanilla Chai, and got a medium frozen Chai Latte (yes, they are two VERY different things). So I went back in to exchange it for what I ordered. My main problem was the attitude of the staff member that I got. Now, I didn't say "that helped me", because she didn't. She was shorter, with black hair and tan skin. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. She was rude, cold, and seemed as if work was the one place she didn't want to be. I know that's the case for most of us, but you're not supposed to let you're customers see that. Also, when I tried to explain the difference between the two drinks, all she could say was, "there is no difference, they're the same thing." I've been getting this particular drink for two years, trust me, I know the difference. And when I got the new drink, it was the exact same thing. I even had to throw it out because I couldn't stomach it, so it was a complete waste of money. If I ran this Dunkin' Donuts, I would properly train the new employees so they knew the difference between these two very separate beverages, and I would fire the female employee who I had to deal with today. Whenever I go there the people are always rude and never give back the right change. But today they just got on my nerves we ordered 2 frozen hot chocolates and 15 mins later we get 2 frozen coffees. I told them and she kinda rolled her eyes. They also served everyone else before us but we got there first. Then after a hour my friend still didn't get her coolatta. So I went up and told them again nother eye roll, then another 10 mins later we get the coolatta and it's so watery and gross and there was a hair in it, also the hot chocolates tasted gross too. Another issue is that they put way to much ice in the iced coffee so you can't stir and you barely get any coffee, ask any of my friends and family this dunks sucks. I'm very disappointed. read more

Quick service and consistently good coffee. Worth the trip through a strange parking lot.

As a local who frequents this location I can say the service is mediocre at best. I understand not having a drive-thru in a small town, and I understand the location isn't the best and the parking lot is small, but I'd like to think that a franchise such as this in a small seaside town would also inherit the local character of warm and friendly. Or at least participate in nation wide celebrations such as national donut day, on which I wasn't able to get my free donut with drink purchase. On several occasions staff has been unpleasant. Whether its the way they glare at you when you are patiently waiting to place your order or making jabs at each other for the whole cafe to hear the staff seems like they are all miserable in their work. The service is slow, I waited 20 minutes in line just to try to place an order just this morning. Every-time I go here its slow. I've also had my order messed up several times. Just the usual, given a hot coffee when I ordered iced or a medium when I ordered a large or worse when I order almond milk and get regular milk and suffer the consequences all day or order a egg and cheese for my vegetarian friends and get it covered in bacon. If this location wasn't 5 minutes away from my residence I would steer clear. There is another coffee shop down the road, a little pricey but very friendly and much better coffee. I do not know what the two sisters, Zero and Ashley from Boston and Gloucester are talking about. I agree with Nelson. I live down the street from this DD and go their every day. They are always kind, helpful and do everything they can to make my visit pleasant. The place is clean, and has great coffee (I get one every morning, on my way to work) As far as the donuts go, they are always fresh and towards the closing time they give them away for 1/2 price. My husband and son enjoy their donuts and I get a box on Sunday morning for church, no one has ever complained in fact the donuts are always gone right away. If I had to complain it would be that they do not make the vanilla cream donuts and the k cups are expensive. I think the girls review is riddled with inaccuracies sounds like a personal issue instead of a truthful review of the restaurant. read more
