How is this place still in business? Does Dunkin Corporate know what goes on here? Place closes at 7pm. Pull up at 6:44pm and was told "sorry we just threw away all the donuts". Why in the world would you throw away all the donuts before the place even closes?? And if you're throwing away the donuts then shut the "Open" sign off. I have gotten here at 7:30am and told they were out of a certain kind of donut. How in the world does this place make any money to stay open if they don't even have any donuts to sell? I've only been to this location via drive-thru. The employees have always been nice, and I have only had to wait a few minutes wait for my app orders. I really like their peppermint mocha and avocado toast. This location is pretty easy to get in and out of compared to a few others I've visited. read more

I've never left a review on Yelp and i hate being negative but i've been to this store at least five times over a few months and every single time something went wrong. One time they didn't have Bacon, once they didn't have tortillas, another time they were out of frosting. The service was super slow outside of those issues, another time it was just closed at like 7:15am. read more

Service was poor and I'd have to blame on the shift supervisor from my observations. Walked in at 1130 and the cash drawer wasn't open for the lobby. There we're several people in front of me who were awkwardly waiting to order/ get drinks. We ordered two drinks, the first came out fast; the second we waited 10 minutes for an unsweetened iced tea. They wouldn't let us order avocado toast (unknown why, machines appeared to be working ). Shift supervisor seemed to be stressing the employees out, the girl getting drinks seemed overworked and stressed out he stood around and did nothing. I was at the Dunkin Donut at 12121 McDermott Plaza, Ste 100, La Vista, NE 68128 yesterday (Sunday) August 23, 2021. I pulled into the drive-thru at 1:35 pm.  There were two cars in front of me.  A boy came over the speaker and said "We will be with you shortly".  Eight minutes later he takes my order. Now there is a car at the window, a car in front of me and then me.  I heard yelling at the window, rolled down my window to listen.  At that point, the driver left. The car in front of me pulls forward, now there are two cars behind me. It was 2:03 pm when I pulled up to the window. I told Lily (who answered the window) "I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes.  My daughter has seizures.  If I had a medical emergency, I would be stuck in this line for 30 minutes."   No acknowledgment.  So I said "My drinks should be free since I waited 1/2 hour, Starbucks does?"  She yelled "It is PEOPLE LIKE "YOU" why we have to keep raising the prices of our coffees!!!"  I said "Do you know Chris?" because my daughter had worked for Dunkin for many years.  She said "Yes...I do!  My mom cuts his hair!"  Took my card and slammed the window. Lily opened back the window and handed me my card and pushed one coffee into my hand and slammed the window again. Lily then physically took off her name tag and laid it on the cash register.  She was yelling and yelling the "f" word behind the window and going back and forth. Brought the coffee, threw it into my hand and straw into my car.  The lid was not on and the coffee flew all over me.  She yelled "ENJOY YOUR FUCKING COFFEE!!!!" and slammed the window again. I got out of car and banged on the window, nobody would come. I told the couple in the car behind me "She just threw my drink at me!"  The two cars behind me left with me. I pulled up to the front and called (could not go in because they had lobby closed).  Nobody answered that phone for HOURS. Added Notes:  1)  The drinks were wrong.  2) We did not know what she would have put in the drinks, so the one drink that did not spill all over me that I had got for my 80 year old mother, I would not allow her to drink. They have notes on where you order and the window stating to be nice to the workers, they are doing the best they can????  2 workers for 3 cars takes 1/2 hour?  Maybe it is the staff. My daughter called Jennie I. from when she used to work there.  So, she is aware of this situation. I would like to know what is going to be done about this?  I have never been treated like this in my life and I am 54 years old. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes. The person taking my order miss heard my order about 3 times. I understand they are very under staffed so it's understandable to have a wait and for there to be some minor issues. I got to the window to pay and wanted to pay for the car behind me in hopes of perking them up too for having to wait a long time but that was also made to be very difficult. I wasn't told how much my order was in the first place so when they handed me a drink that I didn't order, it made me wonder if I was charged for stuff I hadn't ordered. They couldn't provide a receipt or a total for anything other than the order of the people behind me. I understand they're overwhelmed and have a lot of work on their plate but if you just throw away peoples receipts before they can even ask for them , it creates more issues than necessary. Everything tasted good and to the Dunkin standard but the service was just very bad. Hopefully they get some more staff hired on at this location. read more

I never go to Dunkin anymore the donuts are low quality and the service is not very good. One of my biggest pet peeves is when places lock their doors before their actual closing time. Last time I went there it was about 15 minutes before closing time and there was a sports team in there. I understand that staffing is an issue , across our country, and assume that is the case with this business. Sunday morning, 11:10 - two cars are ahead of me. Took forever for their orders to be taken. I had somewhere to be but was locked in and couldn't get around them or back up. It's now 11:35 so I decide just to move forward and try to leave after the car in front of me, is done getting their order. Couldn't hear me even tho I was yelling I to it. asked if I pressed "I am here" on the app. I don't know if that's even an option but I have never had to do that in my entire life. couldn't find it on the app and she would not complete my order so now I'm out $10. I don't think they have a lot of traffic going through this store so there is usually only 1 or 2 people working. I would definitely say if you are looking to go through in a rush I would avoid here but honestly donuts and coffee are still amazing. read more

I'm here a few times a week for coffee! Ordering on the app is usually seamless/sometimes the app itself is "down". My order is always accurate and It's ready by the time I arrive. A few times, I've ordered on the go through drive thru and noticed the line was long so I walked in to pick it up and I'm always in and out with no concern. I am a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts. I love the prices compared to Starbucks, the food is pretty decent, and I love that they always give my pups a sweet treat. But this location is probably the worst one which sucks because it's the closest to my home and also conveniently located right by the interstate. (I gave this one three tries all with bad experiences before writing this review today. I hate giving bad reviews but sometimes they're necessary) The employees seem to do the bare-minimum and don't seem to know what they are doing. I was pretty upset today to find out their espresso machine was down. I ordered a regular iced coffee with cream and sugar. And when I said cream and sugar I didn't mean make my coffee look like it is just a cup of cream with ice with half an inch of sugar sitting at the bottom. It's so sweet I can't even drink it. No coffee taste at all. I usually order This drink from other locations and while sometimes they make it a tad bit too sweet they don't ever make it so there is no coffee taste at all. And I also usually get the sausage, egg and cheese croissants or the bacon, egg and cheese croissants and they're normally amazing !! I ordered one from this location with my coffee today and it was extremely soggy and just not the way they usually taste. I am very disappointed with this location. I will drive out of my way to the location on 108th and Q or to the one on 72nd and cornhusker before I ever come back to this one. Train your employees!! read more

Ordered breakfast potatoes, first ones came out so hard and cold i literally could not bite through them so I (very kindly) told the staff and they quickly made me new ones. This was probably the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They got my husbands order wrong, how do you get an egg white sandwich wrong. We stood and waited for a latte and sandwich for half hour. The manager probably has the worst customer service, started complaining because people wanted refunds and started to refuse full refunds. Honey you got the orders wrong. It's one of the newest ones in the area so I do not understand how how the service here can be so horrible. I will never go to this particular dunkin donuts ever again. read more
