Alright its time for this Dunkin to get the review it deserves! Looks like most the negative reviews are from over a year ago. We come to this DD's every Sunday morning to get our usual which consist of a small Vanilla Iced coffee, a large Vanilla ice coffee with light sugar order of Stuffed bagel minis, snacking bacon, 1 Boston cream and 1 blueberry donut. We've gotten this order here now for around 8 months. I've yet to have a bad interaction with the staff or receive a wrong order. Every time we pull in order is taken quickly and the staff is friendly once we arrive at the window. To us this location is by far the better DDs on 80. The Iced coffee is always perfectly blended the sugar is never settled at the bottom. Food is always hot donuts are fresh I mean what else can you ask for? I absolutely love dunkin, their coffee is delicious and I'm a sucker for their breakfast sandwiches :) this dunkin has good coffee and food, but the wait is always really long :( I've been here quite a few times and it's always like a 15-10 minute wait, 5 if you're lucky. It's definitely worth the wait if you have time, but if you're on a crunch for time, I would probably skip the line. read more

The staff here is rude. They don't want to do the job they signed up for. I am always polite and friendly to customer service workers but this Dunkin's makes it hard. What's with the person Outside taking orders? Not everything is about making your time faster. I asked to see the menu to decide what I wanted besides just a coffee and she started taking the orders of the cars behind me and asking them to just pull around me. Because I needed to see the menu I had a lot longer of a wait. Do better and hire better people who don't hate their job and life. It's a coffee spot, not a 5 star Michelin restaurant. read more

Ordered a coffee, shot expresso with cream. We get to the window gentleman says it will take a few minutes as they are brewing fresh. 5 seconds later a girl arrives with terrible coffee that she hands me. I know this, but after I drive away. No way that coffee was fresh or good. Shame on them. Learned my lesson never got back there. read more

I ordered a French vanilla latte with cold foam, but got a latte with no swirl, a regular lid instead of a sip lid, and no label. I should have known that it was gonna be messed up when the order taker asked if I wanted cream and sugar in a latte. However, the man who worked on 9/29/21 in the evening knew what he was doing and made the best latte I've had at this location. I just wish these trainees get proper training on drinks and understand the differences of the espresso drinks. read more

It is unbelievable how all three visits to this location were terrible! We tried one last time last week and that will absolutely be the last visit! I even called the corporate customer service line and was told that the owner would reach out to me, but they never did! The unprofessionalism there is ridiculous!! Last weeks visit was so bad that I thought my daughter was going to punch someone! When she walked in, three staff members were huddled up talking and laughing. They all looked at her and continued laughing. Long story short, my husband had to go in and they finally had the employee who was MOPPING THE FLOOR IN THE DINING ROOM, make his coffee! The one with the blue hair was mocking my husband as he was asking why no one would serve our daughter! Literally! Sticking her tongue out and everything! She was acting like a child! When they asked for a manager, they were told that the managers had all left! They need to fire everyone and rehire a whole new staff, except for the guy MOPPING. This is an amazing place. The service is excellent. The donuts are always fresh and the coffee is perfect. I've been in town a few weeks and we've been here 4 times. Every time we have had a great experience. Today's visit was the best. I came in looking for my favorite chocolate cream filled, powdered donuts. They were out, but Cynthia offered to make me some right on the spot. Love this place and will return! read more

When the name of the place actually says what you sell, you should likely have that item at 8:30 AM since you are open for another 12 hours. I had the oh so fun chance to go to the Dunkin Donuts in LaBelle this Sunday morning. I had company at home and wanted to surprise them with fresh donuts! When I attempted to order, the woman kept interrupting me and attempting to guess what I was going to say. Now bear in mind I am here to get more than just food for me, she keeps trying to sell me 2 donuts, when I ask for 2 dozen. Heaven forbid you actually want to tell them the kind of donut you want, it is instantly met with either let me check if we have that or, we dont have any. They dont have any glazed donuts in the joint. You cannot order a glazed donut at 8:30 on Sunday morning at Dunkin Donuts. WTF? Now mind you, she doesnt tell me this until AFTER collecting the money. I told her they should change the name of the place to McDonalds. She asks why? I told her Because they don't have donuts either. read more

This was the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to! Filthy bathrooms, food all over the floor, and poor customer service. I ordered a Vanilla iced chai, but the incompetent employee failed to mention that they had no idea how to make one. We've visited this location three times in our 5 days here so far. The first time was around 5pm (hour before closing) and they were completely out of doughnuts. Visited again and the person taking the order was completely rude when my husband asked if she had the order correct. She said 'iced hot mocha' and when he asked if she said hot she snapped and said that's what she said. The last visit their espresso machine was down so no mochas. Glad we have other choices for coffee AND doughnuts since it seems we can't luck out with both or good service. read more

We have been to this Dunkin' 5 times over the past year. Two out of three iced latte orders struck out - wrong drink and inferior quality. Twice for donuts. Once ok. But today (in the middle of a huge spike in coronavirus cases in Florida) here is what I experienced. Drove thru hoping for cruellers and donuts. Not even sure if Dunkin' has cruellers anymore. But settled for 4 donuts. Drove to the window. Attendant first tried to give me someone else's iced tea - open straw included. Then she got our bag of donuts. Mask dangling from her ear, not across her face. Looked inside the bag. Handed it to me and dropped it in the process. Stuffed the napkins back in with her bare hand. No evidence that tissues or gloves had been used. She certainly was not wearing gloves. Threw the donuts out. Absolutely not acceptable. Especially in the middle of a pandemic! Health violations abound at this place anyway but right now the lack of attention to hygiene could be deadly. read more

It amazes this place can consistently be out of food. I use the mobile app and get there to find what I ordered cant be made on many occasions. Sometimes they are waiting on a truck. I stopped going for about 4 months and this morning decided to try again. I used mobile app to get coffee and wrap. I get there and no wraps! This is a sale item currently and they dont have wraps. This is THE worst DD I have ever been to. I have stopped here several times and they are always out of the popular donuts; the coffee was cold; the sandwiches skimpy and over-priced; and the service is extraordinarily slow. When I mused that back-in-the-day, donuts were made on site so they never ran out of donuts, I was informed that this store makes their donuts. My reaction? "TIME TO MAKE THE DONUTS". This place is a disappointment. Today was the last straw, the manager told me she'd be with me in just a moment then proceeded to plunk a fistful of cash on the counter while she counted the drawer to the only working register. An employee kindly prepared my drink order and handed it to me before the manager had finished so I dropped some money on the counter and left. I'll never go back, there's a lovely coffee shop off of Fort Thompson that is far more deserving of business. read more

Sadly the worst drive thru service. I ordered 2 hash brown and a medium green tea with lemon and honey. At that moment i didn't think to say HOT and of course, why would they ask!? I had stopped going there because they get our order wrong and we had to go inside and they would still get it wrong. This day I decided to try them again with somerhing simple after months hoping they hired and trained better people but guess not. Anyways, i get an iced tea with lemon. It wasnt even green tea! I tell the girl, i asked for green tea. She rolled her eyes and then went to get another tea, green tea, but iced again. I was obviously annoyed and realized I didn't say the magic logical word. HOT! She did not apologize and walked away annoyed. Terrible customer service! At that point I called someone else over to the window since she wasvtaking long to get my hot tea and asked them to refund my money. I will never, ever, go thrre again! What a nightmare, too bad I had to put a star to write this review because they don't even deserve that. First of all, when my fiancé and I pulled up we knew what we wanted (3 donuts, a coffee, and hash browns). The lady on the intercom was not paying any attention to us and used bad language talking to other customers. The entire time we were trying to order, she was screaming at the people in the background. She asked us if we wanted 2 donuts and a coffee and we said no, we wanted 3 donuts, hash browns, and a coffee to which she would not reply. We kept calling for her to answer but eventually just drove around to the window. Once at the window, the girl again, told us the wrong order. We them politely said no, and restated our original order. She then got mad and the whole time was complaining about the cars that were in front of us. After much repetition, she finally got us our order and pretty much through it at us. We didn't even get a receipt and I'm pretty sure they charged us wrong. The whole time we were at the window, all the other employees were giving us cold stares and then yelling at each other. Before we could even pull out, the girl slammed the window in our faces. Absolutely rude and uncalled for. Once we drove off, I looked at the food. The hash browns were soggy and the donuts were visually unappealing and distasteful. This place is very poorly run.
