This particular Dunkin' is pretty convenient to Interstate 75. It is a good stop to grab a cup of coffee, a donut or something along those lines, give me maybe even go for a bagel and cream cheese. It is also conveniently located next to a bunch of gas stations, so you can tie both filling up the car and getting something to indulge yourself after the drudgery of traveling up or down Interstate 95. I woukd definitely recommend this Dunkin' (or any Dunkin', for that matter). I give it four stars. read more

This place has really really disappointed me lately. It's not hard to get 4-5 stars out of me. Start with a clean restaurant and friendly customer service. Ive been a daily customer at DD for 15+ years. After having radiation treatment in 2015 I've switched from coffee and iced lattes to Cappuccino Blasts from the Baskin side. That's roughly $2700 a year and that's rounding down. Ive been coming to this location since the day they opened. Came here on a Thursday and decided to go inside. I read a lot of bad reviews about this location. Most of them said the doughnuts were not fresh. I ordered a half dozen and my kids loved them! They had a bunch to choose from I was surprised. They did say they ran out of pumpkin doughnuts but it's ok I didn't need one anyways. I mainly came here for my kids. We purchased an assortment of donuts from the Lake City location. Disappointed doesn't come close to how we felt when we sampled them. Do they not make them fresh at each location? We have had boxed donuts from the grocery store that had more flavor and were less dry. We sure won't be going back. Maybe they should concentrate on donuts since that's part of their brand name. I had not been to a Dunkin' Donuts in a very long time, but they put one in little ol Lake City Florida, so I figured I better give it a try. I ordered a ham egg and cheese on English muffin, that was pretty good. I'm a big fan of breakfast sandwiches so that will be nice. The iced latte was OK but a little weak. Consistent with Dunkin' Donuts standards. The building is very nice and modern, and while I didn't go inside, the interior looks to be fairly cool. I did try a donut as well and it was OK. The maple frosted which is my personal favorite donut did not near match a competitors (where shopping is a pleasure) maple frosted donuts. Overall very nice to have the Dunkin' Donuts in Lake City which is the primary reason for my four star review. * One quick note to Dunkin' Donuts management, it's best not to have the employees smoking right by the drive-through ordering window. Me, my boyfriend, and a friend of mine went through the drive through last night to order some ice cream on two separate orders. The cashier was unacceptably rude and had absolutely NO clue what she was doing. She rang up the orders completely wrong and had to ask us all over again at the window. Then charged my boyfriend with the second order instead of first. When he asked for a refund she gave it to him in cash instead of putting it back on his debit card, because she "didn't know how to do that".... When she handed us our ice cream it was soupy and all over the sides of the cups. He asked her for napkins, and she rudely balled a bunch up in her hand and then gave them to him. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever had and I will not be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Let's just start by saying...'Really...???' My mom wanted a speciality coffee from DD after we drove past one day so I do a U turn and head back. Went thru drive thru and ordered. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Both our coffees were old, made wrong and the creamers and sugars we ask for weren't even in the bag. I do another U turn (in rush hour traffic on US 90 no less) and head back again to DD. Walk in to a fairly unkempt store and proceed to the counter coffee's in hand. The staff behind the counter is hanging out the drive thru window talking to someone in a car who is playing music and laughing loudly. Ok, I was young once too. But I didn't neglect my job duties and leave coffee rings, sugar and sticky substances all over the counter which they are obviously in no hurry to clean up from hours ago. After standing at the counter about five or ten minutes, I finally hear the words 'Can I take your order...?' After ordering my coffee again and handing her the cups back, she attempt not once but twice to remake the coffee's, unable to follow the simple request of 'hot-mocha-large'. Meanwhile ...(yes, there is more folks) another employee is next to me standing with some people and all the while she's crying, wiping her tears and nose and touching the counter items. I did notice no one performed hand hygiene between money and food prep but this is unreal. Finally got my coffee and went home only to find...it still tasted nasty. I'm done. read more

This place is horrible waited 10 minutes at drive through asked if they were taking orders was told they was packed so drove around only 1 costumer inside. My passengers went in waited 20 minutes to get 2 donuts and 2 hot chocolate. I went in at this point asked for a manager was not answered and oncecagain they were packed. Me and my 17 year old headed there for breakfast (her choice) before a day of early Christmas shopping decided to dine in. We got the "2 for 5" croissants and one ice coffee. The coffee was amazing. The croissants had the cheese slapped on at the last minute..it was cold. It was sloppy...the hash browns were a greasy mess. There was major chaos behind the counter...the one person yelling she needed to get to the bank to do a drop..yelling for others to come out to help. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Had to ask for ketchup and napkins...the tables were all dirty. We wiped one down to sit at. We had to literally push our trash down into the trash can because it was so full. I saw a sign out front last week "New Management New Crew". Not sure what is going on but will not be back for a breakfast order. Absolutely the WORST Dunkin donuts experience I have ever had. Started off with a drive-thru order of two coffees and a breakfast sandwich with hash browns. I got to the window received the two coffees she took the credit card handed me back my card with no receipt. She handed me the two coffees and told me to have a nice day. I had to ask where my sandwich was, she then gave me the bag. While driving away I realized I did not have my hash browns. I walked into the store told the lady I didn't have my hash browns, she precedes to tell me I need a receipt. I informed her I did not have a receipt because the lady at the drive-thru didn't give me one. The young lady gave me an order of hash browns. I got back to the car and drive away only to find that the breakfast sandwich bread was frozen. I called the store and asked if I could speak to the manager, the young lady who answered the phone told me they were busy and didn't have time to deal with me.
