I've been a faithful fan of Dunks for years... that is until I moved from MA to TN 16 years ago. Today I wanted a simple Caramel Iced coffee. I ordered then drove up to the window. The woman at the window had a death grip on the card reader, I was forced to practically climb out my window to put my card in. No apologies from this disheveled looking older woman. The "coffee" she tried handing to me was definitely not right. It had an orange tint with cold foam. She took it back and apparently just scooped the foam off then tried handing it back to me. I declined and proceeded to 7 brew where customer service it top notch, the coffee is not watered down and you receive what you ordered. To my astonishment, she is the manager. There seems to not be much traffic at this location which Im sure is due to crappy management. Do better less you lose even more customers. read more

Nice spot for a quick treat!! Staff are nice and usually very quick. However, they really need to get better at preparing the food because recently, they have been absolutely horrible at it. This was how I was given my avocado toast last week. Whoever spread the paste on the literal BLACK bread has some learning to do. This isn't the first time this has occurred either. read more

Walking in here @ 5:30 am. I was expecting a fresh donut- These donuts are FAR from fresh. I did NOT order the heart donuts. I ordered the powdered and chocolate iced regular cream filled donuts. Went to take them in and exchange them and the manager said that's all she has got. Ok. These are NOT fresh and you just opened!! Again, was told that's ALL she has got. Got a full refund. My Dunkin. A ritual spot for a cup o 'joe on all my road trips. Or when I just want coffee cuz yeah. I'm no coffee snob. Dunkin coffee is good in my book. Whatevz. I keep giving this Dunkin my money because of location location location and well...also out of sheer loyalty. Because they are consistently inconsistent. I order the same thing every time. EVERY time. A cup of coffee with an even ratio of cream and sugar. And it tastes different every time. EVERY SINGLE time. Same Order. Different Every Time. Sigh. There's such a peaceful security in expecting the constant fumble. How will it taste THIS time when I pop in?! The guys get sloppy. And hand me a cup that has some drip on the side. Sometimes its lukewarm and sometimes its too piping hot. The drive through gets cranky and cannot understand my simple order. The donuts taste like flavorless powder in the air. And yet I am faithful to Dunkin. Cuz we have a ritual. And its where I stop on my way to Nashville or Chattanooga or the Smokies or actually anywhere. It's my trusty-hot-mess Dunkin. read more

This store doesn't even deserve a one star. We came in and I had a bag of garbage from my car I needed to throw away. They didn't like that I used their garbage. My dad order 2 coffee's and a donut, he is a very friendly man and was talking to the lady. She was very rude with him as he tried to carry on normal conversation. Then he need a penny so he didn't break a dollar on his order, she didn't even give me time to go to the car and get a penny for him! Needless to say I decided not to order anything for there. Dunkin Dunkin Dunkin.....making gas station donuts look good ain't easy but somebody has to do it. I've been to this location in Lenoir city several times over the last 6 years and each time I tell myself "self, you are NEVER going to give one single red cent to these non-donut making-coffee mixed with cleaning solution- oxygen stealing pimples on the ass of humanity ever again!" Actually not a real red cent tho.. I'm not allowed to carry cash lol..that could be devastating to my living conditions..I mean how many sugar gliders and naked mole rats can fit in my bed room un-caged?? Hmmm.. now that I think about it I might be able to get some on credit..anyway back to the cinder block pimps working this location. EVERY time I've been here in the last 6 YEARS they never have the ONE donut my wife wants..NEVER!The donuts I absentmindedly pick to replace the ONLY DONUT SHE WANTED are simply not edible.. well.. I mean I eat them, but I eat stuff that falls on the floor at the bowling alley sooo.. when I say they are stale, I mean they make Arby's look fresh and that's no small task! (Those folks get a bonus for every recycled shoe leather sandwich they pass off to some unsuspecting amnesia having lame-o like me!) I'm pretty sure somewhere there is a MSDS sheet detailing how to safely store and dispose of the foundation repair blocks they call donuts.. it involves 1) digging a hole in a field 2) dumping the donuts in said hole 3) pouring diesel fuel on the "donuts" 4) lighting the whole pile on fire while repeatedly poking with a long stick(just like we did with poop in the Army). The only problem being the toxic smoke whiffing of the lava rocks("read donuts") potentially killing the sugar gliders and mole rats briefly mentioned earlier in my ramblings.. but whatever you do tho don't pour the coffee on the fire...I'm pretty sure that would create a mustard gas like situation that would make a WW1 soldier have PTSD flashbacks! In hindsight I probably should've skipped Dunkin and drove the extra block to the Exxon where they at least get donuts delivered weekly...but hey what can I say, I love their super crappy location (that's nearly impossible to get out of especially in the morning), the non-foodstuff donuts and horrible coffee so "I'll be back" just like Arnold! I shop at this location several times a week and I get disappointed almost every time. The donuts are often stale and today the young man who was at the window was morbidly unfriendly. I am not sure he was alive. I hate to say this but his face was so terribly broken out that he should not be serving food. He never smiled and did not say thank you. I usually leave a tip at the window but put my money back in my purse. I live in the area but will have to start going to Masters donuts even tho its a little out of the way. read more

This location charges more than the locations at Campbell station and Athens for drinks. We ordered a sweet tea and it was 3/4 ice. We ate inside, and when we asked for a refill, the manager insisted on charging us full price. Athens and Campbell station have better prices and better customer service. read more

i order the same drink everyday from this dunkin', i order a decaf drink due to nerve issues- the drink today was messy, sugar everywhere, sticky liquid all over my lid and to top it all off, my drink was not decaf and they wouldn't remake it. i waited 20 minutes at the window for it. read more

I purchased 40 $5 gift cards on 8/18/2018 from Brittany (the GM of that location) she told me the gift cards would be activated the following day. These gift cards were for a promotion for my business, I handed them out the following Wednesday 8/22/2018. Dunkin Donuts in Lenoir City never activated the cards as I was told they would...Could you imagine getting a gift card from a company, then going there to try to use it and you being told it was not good. I now have a big mess to clean up, not to mention my reputation. read more

We were at the counter and the employees were busy but a young man came back and said he was off the clock but he'd help us There was only one peanut donut.. Their peanut donuts are the best!! So he said "let me check in the back"! None...Then he gave us his coupon for a free donut and made certain our lattes were decaf. Then thanked us sincerely for stopping on our trips!!! Well, at least the coffee is hot.(But really, most Dunkins are so busy that hot coffee isn't usually am issue.) They were out of a number of donuts and baked goods when we came here on a Sunday afternoon. They folks working the counter had little to no personality. One gal even got an attitude when our coffee came out wrong and we asked for it to be fixed (and it was just a regular coffee with cream, for goodness sake!) first off the man who took our order today did not know what he was talking about. we had ordered a seasonal iced latte which they forgot the flavoring, a frozen coffee with espresso and raspberry flavoring, they made an iced coffee with espresso and raspberry flavoring instead. they had made an extra regular frozen coffee which they gave to us no charge, thankfully because it was the only drinkable drink we received. we also ordered a sausage croissant that they burnt and just threw together, and the blueberry cake donut we ordered was very dry and old not fresh at all. not to mention we didn't get any straws. we will never again be back. read more
