Just went into the store at 11am on a Sunday hoping to get some doughnuts to take home. Shockingly, the store only had 4 different types of doughnuts left, none of which were plain glazed or even chocolate. The flavors left were simply not appealing. Disappointing, it's only 11am. read more

This is most horrible experience I ever have in my life! Drive through for breaks, ordered two sausage bacon croissants for 5 dollar total with tax is 5.30 Then when I got my order it's 3 egg white wrap. I am like ok. I park the car, got in , show the receipt to one person . Who handle me the food before at the windows make me new thing and walk to me said " just let you know , they didn't charge you right . You pay less" I said " hold on, what are you talking about ? I ordered the 2 croissants , you give me 3 egg white is my problem? The receipt also show me ordered right !" She is like . No no , whatever . And try to waive to let me go. And I said come over check the receipt out by yourself. I am really mad, and just take the food away and left the receipt at that table . This was my first and last visit. I was trying to understand the menu and order a ice coffee. The women was so rude as I tried to place my order. She made me feel stupid while ordering and I just ordered the first thing I saw. I did not even want it but felt like I was the problem. Came here this morning to try the new pumpkin spice latte. Ordered 2 mediums and the guy rambled something about larges that I couldn't understand so I said that was fine. When I got to the window the young girl asked me what I had ordered (guess it wasn't put into the computer for her?). The older guy yelled " two larges!!!!!" at her. Very unprofessional. The guy was very rude and had no customer service/ respect for his employees. Just felt very awkward. Not impressed with this location at all. The management needs to have 5+ more employees working in the mornings in addition to what they currently schedule. The wait time is far too long. Not very many parking spots and parking lot is hard to maneuver especially during weekend mornings. Please up your staffing and you will have much more satisfied customers. read more

Absolutely horrible. The manager hired her daughter and she is clearly untrained. She wasnt wearing an apron which is agains health code and made my coffee which was supposed to be a large a medium.
