Got the 1940's german drink and it was spoiled tasting.... Very disappointed my Klan Robe coffee was cold

Staff here has always been friendly and items have always been great. My biggest issue with this location is the app says they open at 3am and google says they open at 4 am and one morning on the way to work at 4:30 I placed a app order only to find out they opened at 5am so I had to wait half an hour to get my items because I had no way to cancel or get a refund on the items. read more

This location used to be on point and provide fast , friendly service. Now with them dropping the sour cream doughnut along with the reward changes, and price increases. This is no longer my morning stop, I can get better quality and price from Krispy Kreme or McDonald's. read more

Updated review I come here nearly 5x a week. Half of the time the order is wrong, snd I always order online so there is no mistake. I ordered but accidentally selected walk-in, instead of drivethru - This apparently was a huge deal for her and told me I was wrong, which is true! I tried to explain to her I made an simple mistake, as I ordered through the UConnect system which has a slightly different layout than the phone app. She rolls her eyes and breathes heavily. So I told her she's welcome to take the coffee back and I will gladly walk in. She told me 'no, next time.' Bless your heart, Love, I won't be there again. Also you got my order wrong, again. I ordered a frozen Carmel coffee and I was given chunks of ice and whatever mix it comes with. It was not blended whatsoever and was not drinkable. These drinks are not cheap and I hate that I wasted my money today. Seems like people simply do not care about their jobs anymore and its sad. read more

I had never been to a Dunkin until today. The reason I went today was because I saw that they had pumpkin donuts. Sadly, when I arrived, they were out of all pumpkin pastries. However, I still ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte (at the suggestion of the nice lady working today) and opted for avocado toast as my food item. Everything was delicious! The latte was the perfect balance of sweet and bitter and the avocado toast with bacon was awesome. Not great with the pumpkin spice latte, admittedly, but it was a mistake on my part to order them together. Some kind of pastry probably would've been a better pairing. Anyway, the service was great and everything I ordered was lovely! I'm sad they were out of pumpkin donuts but I guess I'll just have to come back! read more

This location is always hit and miss. I was excited to see that the drive thru line was relatively short but I still spent 30 minutes waiting. Several of their featured drinks were peppermint based but they were out of peppermint. I was told that this location typically didn't have a lot of requests for peppermint. Seemed a bit weird to feature the items if they didn't sell. My bagel was barely toasted and they were clearly overwhelmed with the amount of orders. I've had more misses than hits at this location lately. It's a bit out of my way and not sure it's worth the stop anymore. read more

Store opens at 4am, however you can arrive at 6am expecting some breakfast food; and the employees will refuse to make food or act like the thing you are asking for isn't on the menu. This is the cleanest and best ran dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. Today roughly around 3pm (June 29th 2019) me and my boyfriend went here for a tasty coffee with unusual fun flavors. I got myself a large iced latte with caramel and coconut (btw taste just like the Girl Scout cookie one of you miss that limited edition beast.) We also grabbed some delicious tots as they're a must have here. I'm pretty sure it was just the one cashier in the whole building. Congrats to her for being super nice and courteous for having to man the kitchen, drive through, and everything else. She let my boyfriend try a donut he was curious about free of charge. 10/10 we will be returning! read more

This location is right on the way to work for me, so it's an easy place to stop in the morning. However today has led me to decide that I will no longer be stopping in. Every day I leave my house an hour early because I know I'll be waiting in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. Yesterday, I sat 15 minutes without ever making it to the speaker and I had to park and walk inside (where the coffee was made fast and tasted great honestly), and then today I waited 5 minutes with no movement so decided to try and go in again since it worked last time-25 minutes after they're supposed to open, the doors are locked, and there's nobody in the store who can see/hear us standing outside knocking on the door. I have worked in fast food myself, and I understand that corporate will fail your audit if your doors aren't open on time. I also understand that it doesn't take 10 or 15 minutes to steam hash browns and mix a coffee. I have trouble understanding how this location is open, and I can say my dollar won't be spent here anymore. read more

We arrived at Dunkin on our last day of a nice trip to KY. Unfortunately it left a pretty bad taste in our mouth (pardon the pun). Like many quick service restaurants the lobby was closed to customers. The highly profitable drive through remained open however. Maybe 4-5 cars were in the drive through. Upon reaching the speaker we were informed that it would be a "long wait" as there were only two people working. Ironically it only took a few minutes to reach the window. Once we reached the window is when the problems began. We had 12 people in the van so as you can imagine the order was large and varied. As the food was passed to us we began distributing it to everyone. We soon realized we were short two donuts. They provided one with only a little attitude, but when we explained that we were still missing a donut they escalated to being very rude. It ended with the woman who was working cursing us (f word) and screaming at us to not come back. She had also explained her aggravation was stemming from us backing up the drive through. It was upsetting because we were simply trying to make sure everyone had what they wanted to eat. Whether we ordered incorrectly or if they had filled the order incorrectly was secondary to the extremely nasty attitude from the employee. I have tried to call the owners of the store and until I hear from them I would not recommend. read more

I only order iced coffee when I stop here, and each time my coffee has been great. The employees are usually friendly, and the store is usually clean. I'm usually in and out with no wait time. I prefer dunkin coffee over Starbucks, due to how much you actually get for the price- so I'm glad this Dunkin is somewhat close to me. I'll definitely continue to stop here for my coffee. read more

Maybe it is an off day, but I'm not sure how this location is still open. They were out of almost everything we ordered, and it's not like we were making outrageous orders. At 10:30, you should not be out of plain bagels, coffee rolls, apple fritters, and strawberry cream cheese. You should not be slow as can be when making what is apparently the last bit of food available on your restaurant. We waited 10 minutes for a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, bagel with butter and a croissant and latte. And the real kicker was the refusal to take cash. Well done guys, this was memorable. Just visited for the first time and the place is nowhere near as bad as the reviews make it sound. First time going here through the drive-thru and they were super nice. Medium frozen drinks much bigger than expected and much better prices than Starbucks. Breakfast sandwiches are also a very nice size. Got my order in less than 2 minutes. Would recommend. read more

Horrible. I get my daughter 2 pink donuts with sprinkles yesterday. She loved them so we went back today. A rude worker tells me that they don't do donuts with sprinkles anymore. Went with my co worker this afternoon to get 2 different frozen coffees and we specifically asked for butter pecan and mocha swirl and when we got to the window and it was 2 butter pecans instead Then the lady tried saying we didn't mention nothing about a mocha swirl and wouldn't even change the drink. This location struggles. I've been going here pretty consistently for over a year and will contribute to because it's right on my way to everywhere I go! Butttt they have their downfalls. The doughnuts are never super fresh, even though it says they open at 4- you won't get your order taken until at least 4:15, service is slow if there's more than one or two people in line, and there are a few workers here who are some of the most rude humans I've ever met. The women are always super kind and helpful but I've never have a male employee be either of those things. Coffee is hit or miss- I always order with just cream no sugar- about 30% of the time it comes out with sugar. If you order more than two things at a time- they'll forget the extras. Overall, it's a solid two stars but to be fair they are clean and SOMETMES you can have a fine experience. read more

I like their coffee and when using the app, it is a great price. And even though I get the exact same thing every time, it always turns out different. Unfortunately the service is usually pretty awful. The ladies are always nice but the mid 20's male that works there is absolutely awful. He charged me for the wrong order and then argued about it. When a manager came over to refund the transaction- he was telling her something totally different than what occurred. I drive 10 miles to go to Dunkin Donuts and every time the service is slow and they are always out of whatever donut I'm there to get, each time I had a different donut of interest and they were out. At 7:10 in the morning they were out of the monthly special donut. It's a donut store, why do you stay open all day, if you don't have donuts available all day? On a Sunday morning they only had two people working and the service was so slow. The counter people are nice though. read more
