HAIR IN FOOD!! When you don't wear a hair net this is the outcome and no one there was wearing a hair net. Was in the process of leaving a 5 star review when I opened my breakfast wrap to find a long hair hanging out that was embedded in cheese and egg. GAG!! Couldn't turn around as my son had a soccer tournament we were on way to. Other than the disgusting hair issue the food was good, employees nice, service fast and building clean and enjoyable. We were commenting how we wished the DD in the town we are visiting from was this nice. I stopped coming here a while back from same experience but since it's close to my house I decided to try it again. The employees literally don't care and the way they present the coffee shows. Not sure why there was foam on top of my iced coffee, and they didn't bother wiping down my cup which had a ton of cream down the sides...manager needs to retrain their employees. read more

You would think 7am on a Sunday morning wouldn't be a problem for an online order. Typically, just pull up, get your coffee and go. Not today at the Loves Park Dunkin'. No drive thru traffic, I pull up and say I'm here to pick up my order that was ordered five minutes earlier. I pull up to the window and three employees inside look bewildered. It took another minute to get the coffee but it was obvious the order was never filled. I understand busy days but this definitely wasn't one of them. This is a continual problem for Dunkin' at this location. In the Rockford area the Loves Park location has to be the worst for customer service. Most of the the Dunkin's in Rockford are owned by the sane guy. Obviously he doesn't care. read more

This is the slowest Dunkin coffee I have ever experienced. Staff is always on their phones. Most employees don't know how to work the register and heaven forbid they actually put cream cheese on the bagel. Line backs up traffic on the main road. Need better management and training. read more

Jelly donuts! My personal Achilles heel. Soft, finely sugared, currently heart-shaped, yummy jelly donuts. They only had four left. I took them all. Drive through, too! During cold weather, COVID or just rushing, helpful. The smell in the car ..... ate one while driving still. Thankfully they had put enough napkins in the bag. Will return for more! read more

Can I leave zero stars? Wow,! I go to place an order at counter and was asked if I am paying via cash? If I am not paying via cash, I need to order from machine. I say, okay, I can pay cash. Make the order give my money. Oh wait, apparently they can't take a $100 bill so guess what? I need to go over to the kiosk machine and re-place my order. Buttons on machine barely work. Way too early for all the options i have to go through and click! My early morning (not very often) thought of running to Dunkin and getting a hot chocolate and sugary donut is not going well. Doesn't end there....that hot chocolate I wanted was not actually hot chocolate. Maybe watered down coffee? Of course I don't try it until I'm already back home. I love Dunkin Donuts.....I just don't understand why when you order 4 beverages...would they not be in a tray . And why would you have to ask for the lemon you ordered and a straw for a cold drink . I guess more annoying is when you ask before the window shuts do you have to hear an annoyed employee say ...SERIOUSLY. I'm glad you guys are open during this not so normal situation. I went there this morning 10/11/23 around 7:10 am. I went thru the drive thru & ordered two coffees, a croissant & a wrap. He said pull forward for your food. No problem. After about 5 minutes of waiting & seeing the workers inside hand other people their food, I decided to go inside because maybe they forgot about me? I said "I'm waiting for my food" to a lady with blue eyebrows & she looked at me and walked away. I then stood there for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to say something, anything to me. So after 10 minutes someone finally asked me what I was waiting for and I said a croissant & a wrap. They walked away. Then another person finally asked me what I needed & finally gave me my food after about 15 minutes of waiting and being blatantly ignored. Not a single person ever greeted me when I walked in, asked how they could help me, or apologized for the wait when I was obviously upset. Good service and they never mess up my order but lately they randomly stop serving food or will randomly close halfway through the day? I understand they could be short staffed or something but be a little more clear about when you will be closing. They will occasionally leave a piece of paper on the menu saying "we will be closing early" but do not indicate a time they will be closing so you have to wait 5 minutes at the speaker like an idiot to see if they are closed or are just taking a minute to answer (which happens sometimes). They also sometimes will leave this paper up even when they are open for some reason? Very confusing. When their coconut refreshers came out they were also sold out the three days I went so I very kindly asked the woman working "when will you guys have your coconut refreshers again, I've noticed you have been sold out for the past couple days and just want to know what day I can get one" to which she responded with a day the shipment comes in but then rudely added "so I don't know what to tell you..." read more
