Another dunkin with horrible service. Waited in the drive thru line forever, I didn't really mind that part, sometimes you have to wait and it's fine. Got to the speaker to order and no one said anything for like five minutes we just kept hearing random jumbled words like someone was accidentally pressing the button. We were like "hello...?" And then finally someone said, "what can I get for you?" So we ordered two caramel iced coffees with cream and no sugar and two chocolate sprinkle donuts. We wait forever again, at this point it had been over 20 minutes since we pulled in the drive thru. We get to the window and our coffees were wrong so she checks the receipt and sees indeed she made them wrong so she makes us more. Then we realized the donuts were the wrong ones too so she grabbed us two more of the right ones and threw them on top of the other ones. Out of the new coffees one coffee was SUPER sweet with caramel and the second one wasn't sweet at all like just a regular iced coffee with no caramel but I was over it at this point. We are just gonna mix the two together to even it out lol. She was nice about fixing everything for us and it was cool she gave us the two free donuts but like it wasn't a difficult order. I understand places get busy and it's easy to jumble things up but this overall experience was just disappointing. Still thankful she was nice to us though. read more

I am so surprised to see this location only having four stars. I am NOT a morning person but I stop by very frequently for my morning coffee on my route to work. Even if I'm running late I'll stop because that's how fast I know ill get through the drive thru. They also are so pleasant and friendly even if it's just in their voice that it starts off my day just right. The hash browns are always hot. And my iced coffee is always perfect. Plus I get free surveys to fill out on my receipt for free donuts for the boyfriend. Literally the perfect morning stop. read more

Horrible service. This was the second Sunday in a row that service was terrible. My family and I went in their today (8/30/15) around 3:45 P.M. There was one person in front of us. Both employees (teenagers) appeared to be working the drive through only. We waited there for 15 minutes. By that time there were about ten people in line. I never have been to a coffee and donut place that ignored a whole group of people waiting in line. There was no, "hey I will be right with you". Did not see a manager on the premises. After 15 minutes of waiting and no acknowledgement that someone would be with us soon. We walked out the door and drove two minutes down the road to Panera Bread where we were promptly served. Two young employees working by themselves and unsupervised on a busy Sunday afternoon is a recipe for disaster. The manager of this place needs to be fired. read more

This is the WORST Dunkin ever! They are out of more things than they have. By noon ... EVERY SINGLE day they are out of half their donuts and usually some drinks. Signs on the drive thru give a list of what they are out of..... yet the one in Huntsville always has plenty of product. If they can't get this under control it needs to be shut down. I love this place. I have never had a bad experience and I drop by at least 3 times a month. Yes, sometimes they are out of chicken salad, but as delicious as it is...I can imagine it's a popular item. Super friendly and adorable staff. I love love love this place. My experience here is usually pretty good. The workers are friendly and prepare the orders quickly and correctly. They are usually pretty busy so there's always a wait of around 10 minutes. But the food is well worth it. Broad menu with lots of great breakfast foods, far better than anything you get at McDonald's. I rarely get donuts but when I do they are delicious. read more

Very nice and friendly staff. Amazing donuts! But their glazed ones are not as good as krispy kreme. The store is alway clean and has a very nice atmosphere. They have free wifi. read more

The donuts have to little icing. Most donuts, from other stores, are covered but these have a small ring around the top. Also, there breakfast sandwiches are always made poorly. They are to greasy. read more

Idk who it is but the past few times I've been through the drive-thru there is a guy working that screams at customers and does weird voices. Great coffee and great staff. I've met people here for business to grab coffee and it's a very comfortable atmosphere, plenty of seating and it isn't noisy. I used Starbucks for quick meets at one point but now I prefer Dunkin. This store in particular has really great, friendly people. read more

I have mixed feelings about these donut creations. Back in my day, when I was hot, all we had to eat were round pastries without holes in it at all. Its like going into the future 300 years! The hole in the middle really makes all the difference! Since my dentures are normally sensitive to biting into hard food, these soft holey circles really help with my enjoyment. :) read more

I've traveled extensively in the northeast and visited many a Dunkin so I was excited to see this new one open in Madison. I went in on a dark and rainy morning last week and was loving the decor and warmth of the place. I gave my order and waited.... They got my coffee order super wrong and my breakfast sandwich was wrong also. My donuts were still good so I don't want to talk down so much about this new venue yet. I think if they get the right staff in there it would make a world if difference. The product is good but consistency is key here. read more

I have been here a few times. Has usually been satisfactory but without much personality, even with friendly coaxing. Today was not good. A small misunderstanding about prep of coffee after almost 10 minutes waiting with 4 customers on premises but none in line. I quietly asked if the non dairy creamer was for my coffee. The tall female manager went on the attack immediately and publicly embarrassed me saying others were ahead of me. I asked why she was so angry and she attacked again; the vehemence in her voice was palpable. Amazing. I spent 37 years with the Army as a field grade Officer and senior civil servant and understand polite cordiality and customer service. What is supposed to set DD apart is friendly customer interaction. Otherwise what is leading us there when you pay $3.25 for a medium coffee and a donut. Senior citizens do one thing well when dissatisfied with a business and that is word of mouth communication with everyone we meet. read more

I do not understand why people are so excited about Dunkin Donuts. I have been here twice and will not step foot in here again. First of all, the donuts all taste dry and both of my visits have been during prime morning hours. There are much better LOCAL options just down the road from this location. Also, their prices are ridiculous and they always make a big issue about taking coupons that they supposedly issued in local mailings. As I said, we will not be back as they are overpriced, have poor service and have a mediocre product. Take your money elsewhere and stop getting ripped off here! read more

TWICE, yes TWICE......I have been to Dunkin' Donuts in Madison and TWICE they told me that there computers were down and they could accept my Gift Card or my Credit Card. They could only accept cash. Both times were on Wednesday evening around 8 pm or so and BOTH times they said that they were doing their weekly maintenance to their computer. SO, either someone is really dumb for doing ANY maintenance during store hours (they don't close until 10 pm) were you can not accept credit/gift cards. Or something is fishy at that store and someone likes cash. If it was really the computers.....the RIGHT thing to do was to give me my 2 donuts and milk free and apologize for the inconvenience. Instead I had to dig around in my purse for cash ( I never pay cash for anything). Plus I didn''t get my DD points either. I did give them a 3 b/c they are tasty donuts.....but service deserves a ZERO. read more
