There's always a line here & it's extra slow. Pulled up at 10:10 ordered 10:20, 10:28 got my items. No way to exit & you have the be committed, so not a place to go if you are in a rush. No walk up window if you have a mobile order you have to wait. Food was hot & great taste for French toast. Drink was a bit powdery peanut butter. They offer stickers but you have to ask for it. But the service was a bit disappointing as the girl was very short with me when I tried asking questions about the menu. My husband really liked their coffee so we both went again and customer service was great! Great coffee, fast service, fairly priced. Drive through or walk in available. They also have a convenience app and loyalty points. Staff is very friendly. Used the drive through and had a very friendly server who finished up the order with - "Scoot on by to the window!" at the end which my kids found very cute! I ordered the Pumpkin Caramelicious and the kids had a Caramelicious Blender! Everyone truly enjoyed the flavor of the coffee and turned into one of our favorite treats! scooters has great coffee. I have received great service the times I have gone by. I like that they have options that other chain coffee shops don't normally offer like smoothies and food items. they also give out pup cups so bring your pups along for the ride. of course with this being a new coffee shop there are going to be some expected mishaps while they figure out their flow. give them a chance, be understanding and be patient. everyone deserves a little grace. read more

This place wasn't my vibe. I ordered a nitro cold brew- but out of stock. Tried getting an iced coffee- couldn't do that. They kept offering to make a latte, but I didn't want anything with dairy. They couldn't offer any alternatives and for some reason kept requesting I get a latte. And the person on the intercom seemed nice but gave short quick responses, wasn't accommodating. People were also kind of aggressive in the drive thru but it wasn't even busy. Maybe I came on the wrong day but would never come back. read more

I will start off by saying that the first visit I had was just ok. My family's drinks were all good but mine was not. It was flavorless and bland, the matcha blended. But after writing in to the company site, I was contacted by the owner who not only gave me free drinks to try them again, but also apologized and really made me feel heard. It meant a lot to have that sort of customer service. So, I went back and tried the Sugar Cookie latte and it was great! Mediocre menu items nothing to stand and and really blow you away. Basic items with basic flavors. For how not special their items are they charge way more than they should got a Large Wild Berry smoothie that was almost $10 are you kidding ain't even organic. I wouldn't waste my time at this place no different than any other crummy fast food establishment save your time and money and just stay away. They think they like Dutch bros or something. All these people are funny. Charging ridiculous amounts for non organic items get outta here. read more

Went back here again a few times, and was disappointed that the blended drinks did not have the flavored syrup in them that was ordered (peppermint and Hazelnut). Coffee here is expensive, and I did not like driving away and tasting the coffee and it not being what I ordered. This happened more than once. When I told the gal about this, she was rude, and simply told me if I wanted to taste the flavor, to pay more for extra syrup. Wow, what a cheap place. That remark was horrible, because I should expect to taste the flavor I order, and not have to pay more money to taste the syrup. I can see that the management is probably having the workers use less syrup in the coffee to save money, which is sad, because they sure like to charge a lot. Maybe instead of using fancy cups with expensive logos, they should consider their customers and do what it takes to keep prices at bay, and maybe then the management would not need to cheat people on the quality of the drinks. The rudeness of the employees does not help this business, either. read more

I have been to this place a few times. I must say, I'm really trying to give them a chance, but every time I have gone, my order was wrong. Other times, the lid kept leaking, so I had to wear it. Another time, my coffee was so watered down. Now, this morning, im greeted with an attitude as if she was too good to be working at such a place. She had to remake my drink. I'm not sure why, but I did tell her I wanted it a little sweet. My two drinks took forever. I got my drink again watered down and no ice. I tasted it before I left. No sweetness. I asked for some just to get home, and she gave me milk! What a waste of $12. I'm so done with this place! read more
