Sis got a Lychee Green Tea, and I got the Dragon Fruit Cheese Foam (added Lychee Jelly for $1 more). When we ordered, we said to add Brown Honey Boba to the Lychee drink. There wasn't any in it. We asked about it, and instead of making it right, the lady (maybe the owner) scoffed and said something along the lines of, "All the drinks come with toppings." If you look at the menu, they literally just LIST the drinks with prices. How would you know the Lychee Green Tea comes with the jelly? And what if you wanted it plain? We asked for them to look at the receipt, but the lady at the counter just became argumentative until we said nevermind because we didn't wanna deal with it. As we walked out, the lady was still arguing with us. The girl who took our order wasn't any help. She just stood there watching. Whatevs. My drink tasted okay at first, but as it started to melt, it didn't taste like anything but ice. The prices are average, and the place is clean. However, the drinks are mediocre, and if they're going to argue about the drinks claiming they "come with toppings," then maybe they should put up a NEW menu showing what comes in each drink. It's as simple as that. Go if you dare, but we won't be back. Sorry, not sorry!

They've added some of the plastic greenery panels and a lovely light fixture to give it a little flair on one side but the other side has shelves with T-shirts, crafts, jewelry and those little signs with clever sayings. When we arrived there were quite a few people, both in line and waiting for their orders. I think they had received a lot of online orders because the line was backed up and quite slow while the girl caught up with making orders. There was only her and a young man making food. When we finally got up to the counter, we had to wait a bit before she came to take our order. We ordered an iced latte, an iced white mocha, and a chocolate croissant. The coffee here is really, really good. The croissant was not really a croissant as I know it--it was more bread-y than light and flaky, and the chocolate was more like a ganache instead of the chocolate you usually get. It was good, just different. A second girl had come, and we got our order really quickly. This is the kind of place that the locals gather. There was one table with a group of old veterans having their coffee and breakfast.

Also they do not serve really any type of juice, so if your go to is orange juice for breakfast you are out of luck. However on the good note the coyote hash was really good, good quality will get me to come back and try lunch or dinner. If that's on point and they embrace a symmetric cowboy theme I think they'd give Texas Roadhouse win town a run for their money. So in summary some improvement ideas for the owner, as I'm not trying to bash them just give an honest critique. Improve signage, fresh squeezed OJ, people really appreciate the difference, maybe express to staff the importance of feeling welcomed when you walk in, larger tables. Also Latte Vino used to have a small stage, that might be an idea of bringing back some live music night, sort of reminiscent of the Blue Bird in Nashville, you could have an open mic singing night for local artists but also book events with a band there and help with publicity. Also I feel like a missed opportunity with the week of school starting you could have maybe done a 'Boo Hoo breakfast' menu or even discount for the parents of the week and gotten with local schools to advertise and generate some traffic.
