First I would like to say there are about 3 really great employees here, always friendly fast and make my drinks perfectly, I wish I had gotten their names. But everyone else is terrible. Unfriendly, rude, act like you're bothering them by ordering very simple drinks. SO SLOW. And the coffee is often stale and not drinkable. Lattes are too sweet and even with an extra espresso shot can't taste the coffee at all. Inside is always so dirty. Tables are sticky covered in crumbs and old napkins. Floor is littered with trash and old donut pieces, even when the store is not busy. Worst of all they refuse to make drinks bc they don't know how to enter the customization in their system. They don't offer an alternative or try to help you make something you like. They just flat out "we can't do that, whoever did it before wasn't supposed to" no sorry norhing. Really poor customer service that clearly starts with poor management. Going back to Starbucks, I would rather pay extra money for a pleasant experience where I get my drinks made well. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst I've been to, they always close early the doors are always locked like a 1.5 hrs before closing time with a paper note on door and they make you go in drive thru and take forever by the time you get your drink it's watered down and whip cream is melted , they always run out of donuts and they get the order wrong , management should look into this place especially being a new establishment they should be on their game read more

If you guy's need help training employees please let me know because I can have my 16 year old son show you guy's how to give good customer service I'm not saying all you but 90% of you employees have bad attitude and the guy's have dirty finger nails like if you guy's are working on a car sorry but it's that bad over there. Every time I go to this Dunkin they can not get my coffee right and Amarani who works there is so rude.! I got my order and I wanted more creamer and she saw me waiting there. I even honked until I finally knocked on the glass. She didn't even acknowledge the customer that was in the drive-through. Apple Fritter & two Long John's (Maple Bar). Apple Fritter was lacking apple. Taste was bland. Long John, once again bland. Seems like Dunkin is going more for look vs. quality. I love dunkin but this location needs to figure things out. I've been there 4 times already and every time there's an issue. I've tried drive thru that took forever and they didn't get the order right. Walked in and ordered and the got the order wrong and mobile order and they got my order really wrong. There's no communication between employees and customers. Most employees act like they don't want to be there or helping you is a burden. If there's a manager working there they need to be retrained as there is no leadership and everyone is running around with no direction. Horrible place of service. Rude and unethical employees, especially drive thru. Immediately asked for a refund and decided to take my money to Starbucks. Dunkin may be cheap but so is their customer service. The poor reviews definitely speak volume for this place of business. First time here , and first thing I noticed is the outside area had trash everywhere around the sitting area . And it just ruined the vibe right away , walk inside and def looks over staffed with a bunch of kids running the show . All on their phones , nobody greets you and the tables were dirty , horrible experience. The night shift on 7/15 didn't know how to change out the cold brew. I placed an online order and my first coffee was ready and they ran out. Three people and 10 minutes later and still they couldn't change it. At one point they gave up and started ignoring me. Now I'm standing there late for my class waiting while your staff is Judy's tanning there talking and not concerned that I haven't finished being helped and that they still can't get me my drink. So I ask for a refund the the Mexican girl who is playing manager can't even issue a refund. For five MORE minutes this chick proceeds to give ME and attitude because she doesn't know how to use a cash register and pour some coffee. I got here twice a day and every time it's great. I guess your night staff has no training and doesn't seem to care how rude they are to customers who drove out of there way just Dm to get some Dunkin. Never had Dunkin' Donuts before. I was kind of excited to try it for the first time.I ordered a Matcha iced latte and it was actually pretty good. I went back two other times and the service was bad. We waited a long time, the counters were dirty the tables were dirty, the floors were not cleaned or mopped. And the most important thing, the drinks that I order were just OK, like barely OK. I've never had Dunkin' Donuts and we were craving donuts so I place a Mobile order and once we get there they told us they ran out of doughnuts....... At 7pm and they wouldn't be making anymore. You're a donut shop how do you run out. Plus they couldn't give my refund because a manger wasn't there and I would have to call the app number.
