The reviews don't lie, this place is terrible. My friend got a hot tea with milk and they forgot the teabag. I got a Dunkin Midnight black and opened the top to find a regular coffee with pumpkin spice creamer. Should you find yourself here by some unfortunate means, do not leave without checking your order. My coffee had two labels on it when I picked it up, sadly the one that was facing me had the correct order. The place is so bad that you have to turn the cup, just to make absolute sure it's yours, plus lift the lid. Do not go to this location if you are short on time. There were only two workers in the morning and the man at the register was talking on his personal cellphone on speaker in the midst of taking orders. There was no sense of urgency and it was quite rude for the customers waiting in line. The service was slow and quality terrible. The coffee was burnt and my pick up order was not ready. Went here first thing Sunday morning before returning home to NY. Ordered 2 Med coffees and a bagel toasted and buttered croissant. $12.25. Okay. Gave cashier $15. Got back .75cent change. It's not like she was busy, we were the only ones there. Finally agreed she didn't give me my money. Then slide over to pick-up. There's my 2 coffees and bag. Look in bag, no croissant! Horrible experience. Waited for so long, I don't know how many people behind me got their drinks before me. I asked where my latte was the first time and she went to go tell the guy to tell him to make it. Another five minutes passed and several more people behind me got their drinks. Still nothing. I am usually a fan of Dunkin Donuts coffee, if not always the quality and speed of service. However, this location was such a bad experience, I feel compelled to yelp about it. The place was dirty and the staff unfriendly. The donuts looked unappetizing so I went for just the coffee this time. Coffee orders are simple but the people (yes, as in plural) completely messed up my order by first forgetting about the second coffee. When I reminded them of the second coffee, they gave it to me. Got in the car and lo and behold ... wrong order!!! Being a leisurely Sunday, I had the luxury of time to go back in and have them correct it. No big deal until I got the ATTITUDE! WTF?!?!?!?! In addition, I had to ask for Splenda which was stored behind the counter because it is apparently too expensive to put out with the sugar! I really like DD coffee and prefer their donuts to most other places, but I can't stand this particular location. I don't understand how in a chain like this I can order the same cup of coffee in two places and have one be delicious and the other one taste like a cupful of muddy water. It also amazes me how sorry their donut selection seems to be whenever I've specifically wanted more than just coffee. Leaving one star because i cant leave 0. Never thought id be this person. Stopped in to grab a iced chai and stuffed bagel bites for me and my daughter. Got in the car and immediately at my two bagel bites in like under a minute because I'm an animal and was hungry. My daughter was asleep so i didn't get to give her hers until we got to our destination. Get there and she takes some bites and throws it (toddler behavior) and when i pick it up this thing was covered in mold. When we called the store to speak to a manager we were told there was no manager and to "maybe try again tomorrow." Now I am livid. I went here a few weeks ago for some coffee. It was a painful experience. The guy who attempted to make my drink hopefully was new. I say that because he was terrible at trying to make an iced mocha latte. He took forever and the main guy had to redo the whole thing. The line moved slow and you could tell people were annoyed. I stopped by earlier today and witnessed something terrible. The woman in front of me waiting on her order was incredibly rude to the staff working. She kept repeating her bagel order as if the staff couldn't comprehend. She was just so mean to the people preparing her food. It was very busy and everyone was working extremely hard. Unfortunately the location is vey convenient and I have yet to find a decent cup of coffee in the area, otherwise I would go somewhere else. They always add WAY more sugar than I ask for, making my drink unbearably sweet. I've been there a number of times, and only once have they gotten my order correct. My husband is a big ol' Dunkin donuts fan and every time we come out to the east coast DD is always one of our first stops. This was our 2nd stop @ a DD and quite frankly I was over it because one I don't think their coffee is really all that and their breakfast sandwiches and donuts don't do it for me and now I have another bone to pick with DD is their customer service. Went up to the register to order their breakfast sandwich and some coffee. When I asked the DD staff person if they can add soy to my coffee, she totally rolled her eyes to the back of her head and irritatingly told me they do not offer soy. Went to stop here for coffee. It was not good experience. The coffee was very strong and they didn't listen how much sugar I want in it. The woman tried keeping my gift card when I had balance of 17.47 after cashier hand my receipt with cashier looking confused why this woman grab my gift card. Had to tell to tell her give my gift card back and she refused. Argue with her I had balance and she had to make sure I had balance so she check herself. It said on my receipt I had balance. Dirty rude people work here! I stopped in to get a drink and some munchkins. There were no customers in the store. A young man was emptying the trash and a woman was behind the counter. While I waited, 4 more people came in and the woman went to help the man in the lobby with the trash can. She came back behind the counter to the register to finally wait on me after I had been there almost 5 minutes already. She did not change her gloves after helping with the door and trash. I ordered two drinks and 25 munchkins. I would have been fine had she picked up the donuts with paper like they normally do, but she stuck her dirty gloved hand and picked up the doughnut munchkins. Yuck! I then told her I didn't want the munchkins and please take the munchkins off. She questioned me why and I said because your gloves were dirty, she tried saying she changed them I said no you didn't I watched you go to the door help him with the trash and then walk back behind the counter. She took her gloves off because all the other people saw it, and she proceeded to refund my Dunkin' Donuts app with the money. I walked to the side expecting to still get my drinks and she smartly asked if I had expected anything because she refunded everything. I left without even knowing whether my app was refunded. This DD has been a place I stop by for an evening/ late night coffee ... and sometimes snacks. The place is quite cramped and the best one could do is grab the stuff and go (which is precisely what I do). I like the place because the guy does not mess my order, like other DDs I visited. I live near this DD and since they re-opened, I have had a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME! It has either been not what I wanted or just tasted horrible. They one time gave me hot coffee instead of iced. So I told them and then just poured steaming coffee over the ice in a cup! It was a watery nasty mess. I try to avoid it at all costs.
