It has been awhile that I have had a Dunkin donut so I decided to have it when I saw it at the terminal. The line was super long and very slow!! So if you have time and don't mind waiting, then by all means come here. The lady that took my order seemed like she hated her life and the job she was doing. I felt actually sorry for her. So many people in line were also not that happy. I ordered 4 mini glazed donuts holes for $1.28. Didn't really want anything else. They tasted alright but also kind of old. Had to try Dunkin' before returning to the West Coast and was pleasantly surprised! Close to gate C110, the 2 cashiers cleared the 20 person line in 5-10 mins. All while being decently friendly and efficient (at 6am, what a feat). -Speed: 5/5 (Got my order in under 3 mins) -Price: 3/5 (didn't expect coffee to be $4 at a chain but it's the airport) -Food: 4/5 (hash browns were hot, donut was soft and fresh, coffee was actually freshly made from an espresso machine and tastes like decent coffee) Plus, they offered a lot of latte flavors even though it's an airport location and the employees were actively cleaning and moving things along rather than standing around. Although I will always prefer eating at McDonald's, I found that DD was a decent spot to grab a quick hot breakfast. I ordered their Big n' Toasted. It came with eggs, bacon, and cheese on Texas toast. It certainly smelled really good as they were making it. More importantly it was good going down! I found a small table in the nearby food court to eat my sandwich. I wouldn't mind grabbing food here again when I come through this airport. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is found in the food court of Terminal A at Newark International Airport. Had to buy me one last Boston Creme donut before heading back to California. I think the DD locations on the West Coast don't make donuts as well as the East Coast locales. The Boston Creme donut I had was good. Satisfied my craving. Moving along this morning a lot of passengers. I had just downloaded the app so I thought I got a discount on my donut. It was a different donut I will eat but Not what I ordered. I thought it was a special discount obviously my mistake for Not checking the bag before I left counter. Coffee was not made and we had to wait after eight other guests that had ordered after us. First world problems. We received our coffee's my wife ordered. Overall ok experience as we will still go to this location as it is in Terminal A the new one at Newark. I usually only go to Dunkin' Donuts when I'm in the mood for donuts, but I was looking for a savory breakfast this time. Having now had the hash browns ($1.19 for 6 small rounds), I think I'm going to go back to sticking to donuts. I didn't think you could screw up hash browns, but these were not good. They had some weird bitter flavor to them and were completely unsatisfying. I had to go buy something else afterwards to get the taste out of my mouth. Staff here was friendly, but the hash browns were just not very good unfortunately. Breakfast options in the Terminal A food court aren't extensive, but unless I want a donut, I'll probably try something else next time. read more

Located at Terminal A, right outside the satellite gates 10-18. I was told it was a pastry shop about 2 years ago, it is open 24 hours and has free Wi-Fi. It has 4 or 5 tables plus a counter with stools that has outlets so you can recharge your electronics while you recharge with caffeine or donuts. There are not many DD's in Newark Airport and they are more reasonably priced than other coffee shops available. It is a good way to kill time while waiting for your flight. read more

This is conveniently located right at the end of the terminal so you can grab some food right after you have made sure you not going to miss the flight. I got some water and a sandwich, no donuts this last time. The sandwich was...errr...it was calories. read more

I will preface this review by saying that they are doing their best. However, their best is simply not good enough. Many customers here are trying to grab something quick and cheap to eat before their flights. While this may be one of the cheapest options in the airport, if you are in a rush, I do not recommend this location. It took FOREVER to get through the long line. I would've been willing to give this a better review had the person at the cashier not spent time talking to another employee while I was trying to order. Finally, after ordering, it took another embarrassingly long line to get my food. Luckily, I was not in any rush. Long story short, if you have time, this is a solid, cheap option (despite having slightly inflated airport prices). If you don't, I'd find something else to eat. read more

Donuts were stale and wouldn't include a cup of water with our order- only bottles which cost more than every drink on the menu.

With out a doubt, it needs to be better managed. I stood in line for 30 minutes, only to find out they were out of stock on most items. This is not a unique issue for this location. The mine at Starbucks moves much faster. Suffer the walk to the location at the terminal entrance, or perhaps try the "prison toilet" beverages anywhere else. read more

Just ordered some regular coffee and it tasted like water. What is wrong with people that they can't make some regular coffee--this place couldn't even make a cappuccino when I ordered one since their machine was down, so I settled for some regular coffee. You'd think this wasn't brain surgery to make some REGULAR coffee but apparently it is. So disgusting some people have no pride in their work and/ or just plain incompetent. Not clean very unsanitary. Gloves are optional; I saw food being served with no gloves on. Also saw the cashier bouncing between the kitchen and register, she wore her food prep gloves while handling the register and touching money (yes, she was touching money with gloves on). Pretty gross. Saw another lady scratch head and adjust hair and continue preparing food orders. It's unfortunate that this is the only vendor open during red eye flights. read more

Terribly SLOW service. Waited in line for 35minutes while they had 6 people working but only 1 register open and 1 person making coffee (the rest were making sandwiches? Doing something? Socializing?). After ringing up my bottled water and coffee (it was about ~5minute wait for coffee after ordering) the worker at first refused to turn around and grab my muffin. My flight was boarding ... "someone else will get it in a few minutes" is ridiculous for a DD to say. AVOID. Get crappier coffee and make your flight/retain your sanity. read more

I haven't been to DD in a long time. I decided to try some of the coffee I remembered so well. It was absolute garbage. I ordered a large iced coffee and it was so watery and flavorless I took one sip and put it right into the trash. I'm not sure if its just this location but I think I'm not taking any chances and it is time to swear off DD for life. I recommend steering clear of DD, this location especially. I didn't encounter any issues with this DD and it's one of the cheaper breakfast options you're going to find before you enter the post security areas. I flew through Gate A30 last time and it cost me a cool $20 for a Caprese sandwich, potato chips and water from Market Express. (Java Moon's food and service is unspeakable. Do yourself a favor and avoid that airside disaster.) By ordering DD's Combo 6 with the turkey sausage, egg white and cheese flatbread, I was out less than $7 in less than 3 minutes. The staff are friendly and move through the line quickly. They make the best cup of joe I've tasted on the East Coast, not being a Starbucks fan (I know I live in Seattle, but in my defense I'm not a native). Employees made up most of the line that morning so either for reasons of price, convenience or quality, they seem to agree. read more
