I went here this morning and it was pretty slow. I ordered two iced coffees, bagel and the new doughnut fries. Once I received my order the coffees didn't taste the same (even my husband said "what is this?" when I got home with them). The bagel and new doughnut fries were great. Despite the experience this morning I was greeted by a very happy and polite young man. I wish I got his name because he changed my mood immediately! I was there this morning around 8:50am. 1st Visit: Took order home - Donuts stale 2nd Visit: Entered store with intention to make sure donuts were fresh, but no counter person in sight; rather friendly, loud conversation from back of store - Waited for a bit and then left. Kidding around in the back apparently more important than selling product. 3rd Visit: Counter person busy with coffee machine, didn't acknowledge customer. Continued with a more important activity going from one side of store to the other complaining that the steamer didn't work. Another case of ignore the customer. Summary: 3rd visit was last visit; doubtful that I'll bother with Dunkin' again. read more

The best Dunkin Donuts in Las Vegas!!! My order is always correct and the coffee always taste perfect

The service is extremely slow. I have visited twice and both times, it took 15-20 minutes in the drive thru to get 1-4 donuts. There is no way to exit the drive thru lane once you've entered it, so you're stuck. I will not be back a third time. This Dunkin Donuts needs significant improvement. read more

Went here at 4pm, according to the website they close at 7pm, however you stop serving all food. I'm not saying this is the employees' fault, but why three hours before closing would you stop serving food? Sounds like no one is managing this location. read more

I honestly don't understand why this place has such bad ratings. Customer service seems to always be great when I go. I probably go more than I should but the iced coffee here is perfect for me. Sure a few times it maybe be a little bit of a wait but at the coffee is never burnt and never has that "old brew" taste. I'd choose dunkins iced coffee over just about everyone. read more

I've been making large orders of 300+ munchkins spending close to a couple hundred dollars here a month since January and the manager Stefanie has not been very friendly and did not want to assist me with the special boxes I use at first. I then asked for assorted munchkins from the beginning and found out they were not assorted. I reminded them to make them assorted a couple of times and they did not do it again. Asked for the new boston creme croissant doughnut and they end up throwing in a regular boston creme in my bag after being charged. Seriously!?! Management wheres the customer service at? She didnt even say that they were out before charging nor apologize for it! If there was a half a star I wouldn't even give them that. The cashier doesn't know how to speak clearly. Never again, this place is gross. I got a dozen donuts at the drive through and asked for no cake donuts. When I got home and opened the box all there was were cake, so I hopped in my car and took them back. I watched the lady take them and put them back on the shelf to be resold. I could have spit all over them, or poked every single one of them. Of course I didn't, but to see them be restocked for someone else is just straight up nasty and I know it's a fast food no-no. My husband and I stopped in about an hour ago. We ordered some some donuts and and an iced coffee with caramel flavor. I tried the iced coffee and it had no syrup. No big deal I thought I would just ask them for some caramel flavor. I then asked Karesa to fix my drink and she then snatched my drink and rolled her eyes. Normally don't have a problem but went through this time and the girl who took our order told us at the window it would be just a moment for the hashbrowns we ordered. I usually go between 4pm-5:00pm before work and never have any issues with the guys who work drive thru they are always nice and make my coffee perfectly. My mom also gets coffee every night on the way home and has for 5 years now. Staff can be clueless, generally because their employee turnover rate is so high. The donut selections are limited due to all the sandwiches, bagels, food they serve.
