Something went wrong with this location this year. Drinks are inconsistent in taste and customer service is down the drain...and so is my money. Starbucks for now on I guess. Don't know if it's the district manager or managers that suck but this location needs to be fixed! Train your staff and do your job. Last month the employee asked me to drive to the front and park because they were being timed. Then the drink has so much foam there wasn't much of a drink. Then the next few times the taste is either too bitter then the next it's too sweet. Today my bagel didn't have much cream cheese like it normally does and the manager told me to pay and extra $1.50. No hazelnut coffee at 8:30am, no hazelnut swirl flavoring, "when we ran out the manager never ordered more and that was a while ago" I was told by an employee. Line was slow & bagel was stale.. no wonder the ratings are so bad here. The workers at this Dunkin Donuts were very rude when ordering to several Veteran's coming in on Veteran's day. All of the veterans ranged in age from young to older and retired and multiple of the workers rolled their eyes, were extremely rude, and lacked simple customer service. Since there are no other Dunkin' Donuts in the area, this one is sold out of many things especially on weekends. This makes many people annoyed, hence the sketchy reviews. It is not the staff's fault that there is no other store in the vicinity- I'm not going to hold that against them in this review. I do think they should put another location in north Vegas to help alleviate the problem. With that said, I appreciate the hardworking staff! This was my first time ever going to a dunk n doughnuts place. I went through the drive through for convenience. The 4 jelly doughnut I ordered I wished I would have just ordered 1 because I had never had your companies before. I assumed that all jelly doughnuts had the glaze topping and creamy fruit (strawberry or raspberry) filling. Your jelly doughnuts have sugar coated and clumpy type (not sure what flavor) jelly was inside. It was disgusting!! Dunkin Donuts on Saturday mornings with mom and dad. Dad complaining that bismarks are almost a dollar each and mom telling him to leave me alone because I had just had dance class so I needed the carbs and me, not knowing the value of a dollar at 8 years old, wanting two of them because I knew that I would not get another chance at one for two weeks. Those were my good old days of Dunkin Donuts. Fresh donuts rolling out all day in "Time to Make the Donuts" fashion. Fast forward a few years and a few dance classes. What I have now is the Ann/Simmons version of Dunkin Donuts and a Saturday morning craving. This location had been temoporarily closed. Maybe the reason was the slow service, to many mouths behind the register or the stale donuts visibly delivered in a Ryder truck. What I experienced on my most recent visit back was a bit of dissaray behind the register, a friendly manager and support staff, and a better quality of donut but at 7 am they are still not fresh. As for the cost of the donuts, maybe I should call dad and see how he feels about paying over a dollar for a donut and almost $4.00/gallon for gas. Aside from their munchkins, this is THE WORST Dunkin Donuts location. I've been to DD locations all in Japan that have better donuts than this place. I've contacted DD Corporate Office and no reply. I've contacted this location and no reply. My issue is these donuts look like there is a 3 year old throwing frosting around in the kitchen, the coffee is TERRIBLE, did I mention that the donuts would look better if a kindergarten class decorated them? I have figured out why corporate hasn't contacted me back, there is no excuse other than this place is poorly run. I just changed over from Starbucks to Dunkin Donut and so far it's been pleasant for me. The coffee is always perfect temperature and sweetened just right. The employees were all smiles and had great customer service. But, I am always very kind to others and have a way of receiving positive energy from others. This location is normally alright, but it needs some improvement. My husband and I go to this spot for breakfast on Sundays. On several occasions our orders have been completed incorrectly. Food items will be missing, or components of a menu item will be missing. For example: this Sunday morning, I ordered the Wake-Up wrap with sausage. This is one of the simplest items on the menu, however, once I was able to open it up at home, I realized that the egg was missing and the cheese was burnt. I order this a lot and was very disappointed. On the occasions we have opted to dine inside, the wi-fi has been locked. They advertise free wi-fi, but it appears as though you have to ask for the password. But the crowds are usually large in the morning and there is not much room inside, so asking for this information can be a hassle. read more
