Dutch needs a better system for mobile orders when it's busy. Placed an order for drive thru pick up to be ready at 12:39. Got there right on time and the line was long. By the time I got to the window our drinks had been sitting there. At first they were taking orders only at the window. Then two girls came out. Both of which skipped my vehicle. Got to the window and our drinks were completely melted. Disappointed that they even allowed the drinks to be given. Definitely need a better system for stuff like this. So for Mother's Day! I took my mom to her favorite coffee place Dutch Brothers but Yesterday we had a bad experience. I get it it's a busy day! so the barista that took our first order sweet guy nice the only thing is he messed up when we said we wanted a large he put a medium no harm no foul. When we get to the window, a different story, the barista I believe his name was Bailey or Riley, so he read off our order back to us which was two mediums and we said oh no, they were larges. Then with an attitude and rudely said you'll have to pay the difference and I looked at him and I said that's OK that's fine. So my mother, we got a parfait double blended strawberry which looked like all they did was throw the drink we had into a larger cup. It was gross. It looked like vomit.. then he turns to my mom and says we can't make it extra sweet. Do you want another flavor kind of with an attitude and my mom just said can you add extra strawberry into it and he said we can't add any more sweetener to it. Said leave it alone. Paid the difference then asked for his name and asked if there was a Manager, he said a lead I'd rather speak to a manager. I asked when he be in. He said couldn't give you that don't know. Try mornings. It's crazy I paid $27 yesterday for two drinks that look like shit then I got reimbursed that came out to $18.Starbucks is starting to sound better because I'm paying $27 to get treated like shit out of window when I didn't put the order in. I'm just a customer at this establishment. out of all days he kind of bummed out my mom with his rude attitude and his poor customer service and I've never had this experience at Dutch Brothers. CONS....you can only turn right on Ann when leaving, may be inconvenient for some... And THE WAIT.....ok, it's newish, but it has been open for awhile....
