manager is very unprofessional, aggressive, and physically assaulted me. screaming at me and talking to me like I'm a toddler when I ask a simple question is one thing, but thinking he has the right to manhandle me, poke me hard, and pushing/shoving me is not at all ok. Especially since I have PTSD and it's not even legal to do that at a workplace. I was trying to help a customer and was handing out their drink at the drive thru, when the manager grabs me and throws me away from the window, nearly causing me to fall over, because he thought i was giving him a bag that wasn't his order when I was nowhere near it. I really want to like Dunkin...but I find that the majority of the time I'm left disappointed. Today, my partner suggested stopping here and I said heck, let me try again. Went through the drive through, which went pretty quick. The employer gave me our order and forgot our orange juice. Glad I remembered what my partner ordered! I hate being that person that checks my order before I drive off but I keep getting reminded why I have to. When we got home, my bagel didn't have cream cheese that I specifically ordered...who wants a bagel with no cream cheese?? It's my birthday so I had a free drink so here I came. I got a blueberry iced latte which was quite good. Dunkin' Donuts has an app, which IMO, for a national chain, definitely could be better. They have 4 types of donut holes. As a woman watching her weight (always and forever) donut holes are the way I roll. Actually donuts aren't horrid in the calorie department as long as you stick to one that's not way crazy. The man at the drive thru was nice. What a great Dunkin Donuts! This one is easily accessible from the freeway/highway. This store cannot handle mobile pickup orders. Placed an order on the app, prepaid. My partner went to pick up and not only did they give him the wrong order but they made him pay for it. So now we have to deal with getting the order refunded while still trying to pick up the correct order. Management really needs to step up and provide training and support so this crew can handle the high volume they get. Outside of this specific incident, this location has almost no consistency when it comes to portions. It seems like the staff is very undertrained on brand standards and how to make drinks with less than 10 pumps of syrup. read more

24 hour drive through was non-existent on Saturday night/ Sunday morning at 12am on 6/16/2013. Some friends and I pulled up to the drive and noticed the hand written paper sign stating: Broken, please pull up to the front window. So we pull up to the front window and waited. And waited. And waited. We then drove back up to the front and noticed NO ONE inside. The lights were on and there was a car pulling out of the drive thru was we were driving through the parking lot. I'm a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts! The glazed chocolate munchkins are the greatest thing ever. I also am addicted to the iced coffee, usually the French vanilla swirl. I have recently discovered the limited edition Baskin Robbins flavors for coffee and the cookie dough is my favorite! This particular location is kind of out of the way for OKC, I would visit more often if it were in a convenient area. It's also in a strip mall so parking is very sparse. It's also very very cramped inside and if there is even one person other than you in the store it's uncomfortable. During my last visit it took almost 15 min before I was helped. There were two workers spending all of their attention on a mother and son who were incredibly indecisive picking out three dozen donuts. I just wanted a coffee and one of the two workers could have easily stopped to help me and get me out of the store in 5 min. There were two registers so it's really ridiculous for me to have had to waited so long. read more

Bostonites love this place. When my girl (she's from Boston btw and moved to Cali for school) and I went to Vegas 3 years ago, downtown vegas had a Dunkin and she had a conniption. I like this place simply because they don't run out of the stuff I like. Red velvet donut holes, apple fritters, long john donuts with chocolate icing, blueberry cake too!!! I love blueberry muffins all of a sudden :D Bonus is the fact that you leave smelling like yourself- not a donut shop. Today the BF and I split an order of Kolaches (cheesy sausage wrapped in bread dough. Think "pigs in a blanket.") They were kind of small, I've had better, but they did fill my empty belly. Horrible service I've continuously been given the wrong food or just half ass made food with them not even making the order correct and just doing a half ass job at it. They have a very hard time making the stuff on there OWN menu which I think is pathetic, something as simple as avacoda bacon toast, the bacon is never cooked at all it's disgusting and it's not even broken up on the toast, it's just pieces of raw bacon laid on the toast and something as simple as hash browns barley ever cooked as well soggy and unenjoyable in ever way and this is a continuous issue there. Excellent customer service. Wanted some breakfast and coffee while waiting on my vehicle to be serviced but only drive through and curbside were open. They allowed me to order at the window without a vehicle and brought my food out like I was curbside. Well, I guess I was curbside , just without a vehicle. Will stop by again. So I stopped here this morning for breakfast because apparently braums had ran out of breakfast before they stopped serving breakfast and was serving lunch already at 1030am... so I was nice and was like okay and drove on. I get here to Dunkin Donuts..drive thru packed...no big deal. ordered the big and toasted, hash browns and a bottle of OJ....was really disappointed.. Sandwich was piping hot but hash browns was stone cold? How the fuck does that happen?! What was really upsetting I have never had their food before and their hash browns are seasoned really well. So, this is a chain. You're going to get what you would expect. However, I will say that I have never been able to make it through a competing coffee shop, faster! The staff is very kind and helpful and they make it pleasant to load up on coffee in the morning.
