Worst dunkin we have ever been 2. No employees at registers or baskin. Had to wait about 10 min. Ice cream menu just seems to change when ever. The kid running register couldn't even do simple math much less use the register. My total was $10.53. I handed him $15.00 He was lost I looked at him and said you owe me $4.47 he hands me the .47 slams drawer shut. I asked about my 4 bucks he just looked around like where am I. Good coffee. Good bagels. If you like donuts this place is probably for you. Donuts are made fresh daily. They also have a few breakfast sandwiches which are probably a bit healthier than the donuts. If you want a donut you can come here with confidence that they will probably have the variety that you like. They always have about a dozen varieties freshly made. Palm Coast for Zaxby's dinner & across the street to DD for coffee and donuts: Saturday Dec. 16, 2017 @ 7pm. Pulled up to drive-thru. My husband ordered coffee and asked if they had a full roster for donuts. She said yes. Asked for 2 apple fritters and 1 cinnamon roll. She said "no cinnamon rolls left." She offered no alternative. We always enjoyed going to Dunkin We took our granddaughter for Ice cream. It. Was around 8:45. They took our order and then we had to wait for someone so we could pay, about 10 minutes or so. Sat down to eat our Ice cream and we we're told we needed to leave the dining room is closed. I asked if we could finish and all they said is the diningroom is closed. Super clean, super fast, and easy to get to from the interstate. Definitely keeping this location in mind when driving to/from Florida. Line was almost out the door inside and drive thru line was around the building but we got in, ordered within a few minutes of getting in line and food was ready right away. I go there several times a week and for the past two months they say they are out of vanilla ice cream. They also have you pull forward as soon as you order and bring your shake or ice cream out melted. Horrible place. I was mask shammed at this Dunkin Donuts - trying to get in and out for a meeting - we needed kcups - and since the drive thru line was down the street = i ran inside - I am MEDICALLY UNABLE to wear a mask - as stated in the mask mandate - persons who are medically unable to wear a mask do not have to - the first manager saw me in line and asked about my mask - i explained i am unable to wear one - waited another 7 minutes to have another manager tell me they could not serve me without me having a mask on - i explained i am unable to wear a mask - and since we were 6 ft apart - they had on masks - and a sheild in front of them - what was the issue - but no - they sent me away - to purchase coffee from somewhere else - LEARN THE MANADATE and stop mask shamming - i didnt shame you - why is it ok for you to do it to me. Let me start with my expectations of drive they fast food are pretty low in general. Wanted to grab a quick breakfast a chick fil a was not open yet so went to this Dunkin Donuts across the streets. Asked if they had a combo meal for breakfast and was informed that I could get hash browns for 9@ cents in addition to a sandwich. So I guess that means no breakfast meal. Ordered my food and received it. The hash browns were awful. They were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting around and they just threw them in a microwave or something to warm them up. The breakfast sandwich was not much better. Sloppy assembly and the cheese was not melted. The sandwich was like warm at best. It is pretty hard to disappoint me with fast food breakfast, but if I were you... I would drive down to McDonalds or just wait for Chick Fil A to open where you can get crispy hash browns and properly assembled food that is warm. read more

The customer in front of me paid in cash and I paid in cash. the clerk was wearing protective gloves when she took our money and gave us change. she was wearing the same gloves when she handled the doughnuts and bagged them. So I went and got two coffees today. One being completely wrong but be time I tried it I was already past the highway. Finally made it home Which is across town and realized my card wasn't with me. I gave Dunkin' a call and they said they had it in a safe, which made me feel better. You forgot your card and not only was it used for your transaction but also the two people behind you" I did not laugh, considering it's really not funny that you're so ignorant to use one persons card for two other people behind me. So as she just stands there giggling at herself I ask for the card. Then the manager comes up and they go back and forth on if she or the manager tells me what happened. If you're a manager, you should just handle the issue to begin with, especially with a angry customer who now has found out you over used the card. She says she refunded it but if it doesn't show up to come back and she will figure some way out to fix the issue. What?! I WILL NOT be back to this Dunkin'. Wow this store is big, well compared to the one I was going to in Gainesville. It's newer and clean. First time running in to grab my pick up order, and no one to make sure I was who I was to grab and go. Since when is it wrong to ask how much something costs? I called and asked to speak to a manager after I had ordered two ice cream cones at the Drive thru. The mint chip ice cream was so soft and runny , it was dripping down the cake cone as I pulled away. They should NEVER have served ice cream that had become so soft and runny. Ice cream has to be kept at a certain temperature to be safe to eat. Kimberly admitted the ice cream had become soft due to a busy rush at the restaurant. As a manager, she should have known better then to serve melted ice cream. I also informed her that the cake cones were stale and chewy and tasted funny. She said she had just unpacked a new shipment today and that that wasn't possible. I told her she should go and taste them before telling me I was wrong. After arguing with me and telling me I was wrong about everything, I asked for her name and for the name of her supervisor. Only then, did Kimberly offer to refund my purchase. Too little, too late.
