After I mentioned it was my first time, he suggested ordering from the kiosk since it's much easier to browse the full menu there than trying to read the menu board. It definitely made the whole ordering process a lot easier. I went with the cinnamon bun iced latte, and it was delicious. It was not overly sweet and didn't taste artificial. For breakfast, I ordered the egg sandwich with egg, bacon, and Gouda. I have to give them credit for offering Gouda! It's not something you see very often at coffee shops, and as someone who loves Gouda, it was an easy choice. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and really well made. Friendly service, quality coffee, and fresh food are a winning combination. Safe to say Roller Coasta Coffee just earned a spot in my regular rotation!

I'm not getting food, I'm not getting anything else than a simple medium vanilla latte. I don't know what the problem is with this particular Starbucks and the drive through. Either management is NOT doing its job or they don't have enough help or machines. But the whole experience is terrible. Terrible. I'm not a regular here but I need to stop coming here when I go that way. Spending 30+ minutes in a drive through lane is utterly disgusting and ridiculous. Do better!

I felt like the barista that took my order was annoyed I was even there. I could hear it in her voice, and I could feel it in the way she served me the coffee . The coffee that I received today was not up to par. It tasted weak. It did not have the robust flavorful that I'm used to. Today was not a win.

I ordered my typical order, medium iced coffee with a shot of vanilla and almond milk. The employee behind the counter was very confused when I ordered a "shot of vanilla" as she told me they only have vanilla swirl. Being that I visit Dunkin quite often, I know this is incorrect. She even went as far to show me the vanilla swirl pump and I kindly explained to her that is not what I wanted or what I was talking about. The swirl has too much sugar, and the "shot" is sugar free. After about 5 minutes, something clicked and she realized what I was talking about. She made my coffee and told me to try it before I left as she would remake it if it was wrong. I took a sip and it was perfect. I suggest employees get better training in order to make customer's drinks correct.
