Came in for breakfast in drive thru. Didn't have a crazy order. (2 bagels with cream cheese toasted and 1 Med. iced hazelnut coffee). Showed up to the window. And they were going to ring us up for a dozen of donut holes. Hmm.. then she said that they forgot to enter in our order and I repeated it to her. She then gave me a new total to pay for and was asking for payment (as she was HOLDING MY CARD IN HER HAND lol). That's not even the best part. It's never a good experience coming to this location. They never have donuts and when they do, they are so stale ( I can't believe they sell them like that) my drink is always half full OR filled over the top, huge mess every time in my car. I can relate to some of the poor reviews, but I think it's gotten better. I order via the app and go in to pick up. Employees are friendly and say hello or "I'll be right with you." At least they acknowledge waiting customers when it's busy. Drinks are good, muffins are good. There is too much ice in the iced drinks, otherwise, I've had good experiences here lately. There is always such a long, slow line. The parking lot is so small, resulting in the line blocking a majority of parking spots. Went there this morning for a bagel and cream cheese. They did not have th kind of bagels and cream cheeses on their website. We went through the drive through on Sunday 11/6 and the window employee was beyond disrespectful and rude. My coffee which was asked extra ice had very light ice. So I proceeded to ask for more ice and he very rudely took the cup and didn't have anything to say. There were Zero donuts so I had to get donut holes. Which had black specks all over it and were stale/ hard. My sister ordered a croissant and my friend ordered hash browns. The employee didn't even give us our hash browns and the croissant was burnt black and smelt like plastic. It made the entire care smell disgusting and was hard as a rock. We went inside and I kindly asked the employee if he would eat the rock hard, black croissant that was in my hand. He very rudely said "Can you not right now" and proceeded to make a scene and start using harsh language being beyond disrespectful. Another employee then came over and asked if I would like a refund because "that's how all of the croissants can put of the oven this morning" which is not me (the customers) fault at all. They gave us a refund and then took another 20 mins to give us the hash browns and there was absolutely no body inside. I will not be returning to this location especially because this is not the first time my food has been served to me horribly and tasted absolutely absurd. This is the worst Dunkin ever. Don't go here. Every single time I come here my order is wrong. Today I got in line ordered an unsweetened iced tea paid for it got up to the window they don't have it. Had to refund me with cash after I used the app. Last week wait in a long line ordered unsweet tea guess what no tea. Every time I order coffee it taste awful or it's wrong order. They open at 4AM and have a drive through! I feel if you're going at 10am, 11, Noon and seeing them out of the most popular bagels or donuts - You have to expect the obvious, doesn't matter where you go that is serving a lot of people all morning. Morning staff is extremely unprofessional and the manager has a very short temper. Food and drinks are good but they are frequently out of items (mostly donuts). The drive through line goes by quickly but if you go inside, expect to wait 10-15 minutes. They highly prioritize the drive through and will wait 10 minutes before they even look at your order. read more

I asked for a cold brew. She asked "what size?" and I said the 24oz. "Hot?" She asked. "No." I said. "Cold brew." I then went to the restroom and found three live (but dying) crickets. I've been to this location many times and have never had very good customer service... Today in particular I dealt with a very rude girl, she had blonde hair and she looked SO unhappy to be there.... I ordered a dozen donuts and an iced coffee... After they handed me the box of donuts my friend and I were waiting for the coffee... So the lady was just hanging out the window starring at us... Let me begin by saying I am a DD fan and loyal customer. This week I ordered my normal coffee and doughnut as well as a decaf iced coffee for my wife. When it was delivered I confirmed it was a decaf. Why? My wife is very allergic to caffeine. Upon drinking about 15% of the iced coffee she began to get sick. It was obviously not decaf. Yes, mistakes can happen. Today I went back into the store and informed them of the event. I was asked who waited on me - well with a mask, hat, and apron it is had to say. I was told it would not happen again, and the supervisor walked away. How do I know that? Who waited on me and blew off my confirmation of it being a decaf? No mention of a credit, no offer to make a new one today for free. Well, I am done with the DD at Happy Valley & Lake Pleasant Parkway. Poor customer service, and horrible attention to detail to get an order correct. Here's a tip - if you work at a place that opens early and you aren't a morning person, then DON'T WORK THERE!! Damaging the brand. This location is an embarrassment to food service in general. Not only are the employees rude, but often get orders incorrect. Horribly long wait times, zero sense of urgency, and rarely have product. Out of everything but "Chocolate glazed" today and most days. Girl at the window was unusually polite and apologetic. Clearly a leadership issue. Owners need to step in and evaluate, and if they already are, they're in trouble. Visibly disorganized from behind the counter to the drive through window. Hand made signs posted all over the kitchen that not only show a lack of basic standards, but most are either misspelled or grammatically horrible. Can't review many details because my party of four gave up after ten minutes without anyone even acknowledging us standing at the counter. One other customer in the building. Before we left, we were even making jokes when the employees would walk by us "I knew we shouldn't have worn camoflage today-they can't see us!" etc. Since no one ever spoke to us, I am not 100% sure they were out of every donut, but their shelves were bare. Went there my first time and last time yesterday. Went through the drive thru and they did not have two things we wanted so I obviously needed a couple seconds so I could figure out what else to get. So I get an extremely sarcastic "yup, take your time" as a reply. Finally ordered our food, which wasn't that much, but a five minute wait at the window. My coffee did not have the flavoring in it and the hash browns I ordered were soggy and freezer burnt, the sandwich was barely warm, and the wraps I ordered were put together with broken pieces of food and put together sloppy. Holy cow this place is terrible, but yet I keep going. First of all, everytime I go there, for some reason when I say croissant they hear bagel, everytime, which makes the wait longer because they have to fix it, then it's made crappy. They never have a full supply is donuts either. Their customer service is terrible. We need a better donut shop up this way. My friend and I went through the drive through here and a guy took our order through the speaker and he was very very nice, but I wanted to add something to my order and he already ended the talk thingy. So, I pulled up the window where I wasn't greeted whatsoever, and asked if I was able to add one more item, the lady working the window rudely said "well, what is it?" and then I told her and she just looked back at the computer and said "your total is $11.63" and so I handed her the card and after that she just shoved all the items we ordered into my hands. I then said "thank you so much" and got nothing back from her but an attitude filled expression. Written in to corporate in the past about how often this Dunken makes mistakes on its orders. Employee moral seems to be always low but they are really nice. There just seems to be bad top down management of this establishment that falls below other locations. It has a drive through, the coffee is good, and prices good as well, so has reasons to come, but unfortunately it's inconsistency nets some poor experiences. read more
