My wife went to pick it up and was immediately met with a line out the door during peak rush hour. Inside, it appeared there were only two employees working, and one of them disappeared, leaving a single employee trying to manage a packed store. When my wife approached the counter to pick up our already-paid-for order, a woman in a yellow shirt abruptly said, "Can I help you?" in a rushed, rude tone. When my wife explained she was there for a pickup order, she was condescendingly snapped at and told, "Go wait over there!" No explanation. No courtesy. No basic respect. That level of treatment is unacceptable. We've never been spoken to that way at a business we frequent, and frankly, it was shocking. To make matters worse, the food itself was a letdown. We spent over $50 for cold, soggy breakfast sandwiches and five donuts. For that price point, and with that kind of wait and attitude, it's simply not worth it. In a time when small businesses are struggling, inflation is high, and customers are being more intentional about where they spend their money, treating people poorly is the fastest way to lose loyal customers.
