Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a place we've visited many times. We placed a takeout order through Uber Eats from Bosa Donuts on a Sunday morning. My wife went to pick it up and was immediately met with a line out the door during peak rush hour. Inside, it appeared there were only two employees working, and one of them disappeared, leaving a single employee trying to manage a packed store. When my wife approached the counter to pick up our already-paid-for order, a woman in a yellow shirt abruptly said, "Can I help you?" in a rushed, rude tone. When my wife explained she was there for a pickup order, she was condescendingly snapped at and told, "Go wait over there!" No explanation. No courtesy. No basic respect. That level of treatment is unacceptable. We've never been spoken to that way at a business we frequent, and frankly, it was shocking. To make matters worse, the food itself was a letdown. We spent over $50 for cold, soggy breakfast sandwiches and five donuts. For that price point, and with that kind of wait and attitude, it's simply not worth it. In a time when small businesses are struggling, inflation is high, and customers are being more intentional about where they spend their money, treating people poorly is the fastest way to lose loyal customers. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here. We will not be returning, and we can't recommend this location based on this experience alone. read more

This is the first Bosa donut location that I have been to where the service has been awful. The lady behind the counter on an early Sunday morning was so unfriendly that I didn't try and order anything. I went in with a free donut coupon and also wanted to get some donut holes in addition. She looked at me like I was an alien. I told her which donut I wanted and she kept giving me a look like she didn't understand what I was telling her. I told her again what I wanted and there was no movement on her part so I left. It wasn't worth it. I like the taste of Bosa donuts and will continue to go but not back to this location. read more

We were in the area and had a sweet tooth after dinner. We got here at 8:30 pm and they close at 9:00 so unfortunately, there wasn't much of a selection. The raised glazed and chocolate covered ones were very good and not too sweet. The clerk at the counter was very friendly and said to come back in the morning to try the cake like ones. Donuts are fluffy light airy sweet and just so good. My kids also like the boba. Good selection of flavors of donuts and other treats. Sandwiches...they are quick to serve you and are nice. There's not much to say about the decor or dinning area as they don't have one. it's a pick up and go type place. Smells so good in the donut shop. All the donuts looked amazing. I arrived at about 7:30am on a Thursday. There was one person taking an order and I was promptly greeted by another. I purchased 3 dozen of a variety plus glazed and chocolate donut holes to surprise a company and their employees. The person taking my order was very helpful, patient and sweet. My car smelled heavenly on the way to drop off! I received feed back from a few saying the donuts were good! read more

Went for the first time yesterday morning. The pastry display was unbelievable: Varied, huge pastries, fresh-tasting, friendly service....I would have rated this place five stars for sure. Returned this morning. I ordered the same buttermilk donut I absolutely loved yesterday. Unfortunately, today's was not as soft, gooey, fresh-tasting.... It tasted to me as if it might have been a day-old pastry. I was extremely disappointed but ate it anyway rather than waste it and throw it away. Today's was not worth my splurge in calories. My rating has dropped to a ho-hum, just-OK three-and-a-half stars. Yesterday, we stopped at BoSa in Goodyear, AZ. I asked if the buttermilk pastry was made that day--not a day old, for example. The server quickly replied that everything [there] is made fresh daily, that it was not a day-old item. We each had breakfast sandwiches and a donut, and everything was every bit as good as they looked! Moral of this story, then? Be sure to ask if what you plan to order was made fresh that very day. read more

My friend and I decided to stop here after lunch for "dessert". We've not been to this location and enjoy Bosa donuts so was excited to see one here. This location is quite small but had all the varieties as you would expect. The seating was odd, located on the side and bit cramp. Most people we saw just go and order to go. We each got our usual, Boston creme and donut holes with unsweetened iced tea. Staff was nice. Would recommend if you're in the area. read more

Moving it down two more stars now. Why you may ask? Yes the donuts are wonderful and my son loves the taro boba smoothie BUT....more than twice now my mom has gone in to ask for an English muffin sandwich with egg cheese and sausage they royally screw over sandwiches. Literally every single time there is an issue of some sort. First time they gave us a bagel sandwich which was literally thrown in the trash because my dad is very specific. Second time it was on the correct bread BUT they gave us bacon. Once again...dad is specific on what he wants but shoot if you are paying for a craving you should be able to get what you ask for right???? Of course they do nothing to ever rectify their mistakes. So PLEASE BE WARNED. If you order a sandwich check it before you leave! So now anytime my mom goes I always ask her to look before she even leaves. As a reminder. People leaving me stupid comments saying I suck because I'm leaving a review obviously work there or know someone that works there. Grow up. Last i checked there's an amendment in place called the 1st amendment? Freedom of speech? Right to one's opinions?? Wild. I never said anything malicious about this place. What so ever. We were lucky to find out about this new Bosa Donuts location "soft opening" where they were giving away a free donut to each person that came in, so we of course jumped on the idea. We have been waiting for another donut place option in our area for awhile. The employees were all friendly and they helped us really quickly. Figuring that I really wanted to see how good their donuts are, I opted to try a Boston Cream. It was probably one of the best Boston Cream donuts I have had in a long time. My husband opted for a chocolate frosted French crueler- which was okay but kind of heavy and a little to greasy for me. One of my daughters opted for the long chocolate frosted donut which she devoured before I got a chance to try it (I take that as it was good) and my other daughter went with a classic donut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. The classic donut was so light and fluffy and tasted great. If I didn't love cream filled donuts so much it would become my new favorite. I am so glad we have another donut option in the area and we will be back. (My husband asked what time they opened in the morning so he could come back. ) If you have a chance to stop in please do. I cannot wait to try more donut and baby some of their other pastry options. read more

Love donuts while on a trip or the road. Bosa did not disappoint - nice selection of donuts. I enjoyed the buttermilk glazed and chocolate. The ham&cheese tasted like dawn dish soap. What a disappointment. I don't know if the pan they baked it on still had soap residue. Whoever washes didnt rinse well enough. I know it's not my plates because I use cascade and dishes out of dishwasher. I never tasted soap in my food before. read more

I've always heard how awesome BOSA Donuts is. Thought I'd give them a try. Just bought 2 strawberry croissants, 2 chocolate croissants and two chocolate glazed donuts. The bill was $19. I just tried the strawberry and chocolate croissants. The strawberry was definitely better, but not great. It has a gooey strawberryesk filling that had no sign of actual strawberries being used. Then I tried a chocolate croissant. As simple as the chocolate croissant is to make (buttery dough & a a chunk of chocolate) BOSA managed to screw the recipe putting their own twist. It had a gooey chocolatesk mess instead of a piece of chocolate. My wife wasn't impressed with the chocolate donut. My mother-in-law did like her normal croissant, but that was from FRY's supermarket. read more

Been to their other locations to buy staff donuts. This new location is great but the donuts are very greasy, like they hadn't changed the oil in the fryer in a LONG time. Apple fritter donut was great but again old grease. Hopefully they get better after soft opening. read more

No one was behind the counter, I was the only customer in there, it was my first time at Bosa, I heard a few voices in the back until a guy came out, he asked what I wanted, I decided on half a dozen just to try them out, The guy was not counting, I thought he was because I said only 6, ok so the cost for two extra was an additional $2.98.
