I come here very frequently and most times they are quick, friendly, and orders are both accurate and tasty! When i say quick, i mean quick because this location typically has 10+ cars in the line some mornings. I've had them hear my drink wrong over the speaker once and when i got to the window they fixed it no problem! Out of the 5-6 times I've been to this location my drink was made correctly 1 time. I think the baristas should have more training in making the drinks that are Dunkin' signatures. The service was pretty standard which I expected from reading other reviews. I've nvr been inside but when I tried to go inside today to get my drink remade the door had a sign that said Drive-thru only. If I could leave no starts I would. Costumer service is trash. Always in a hurry and don't even get the order right. I've been here twice and order the same thing. Both times my coffee was filled up half way. First time I ordered a medium coffee and got the serving of a small on a medium cup. Second time I ordered a large thinking they would get it right and I got a medium serving on a large cup. What sense does it make? Y'all rationing or something? When I ask, the response was "that's what the serving is like". I went to a different Dunkin's and the cup was filled how it's supposed to. My guess is just this location or the people running it. I have been here several times and what kept me coming back was one specific employee who would make my drink correctly. However, the final straw for me was going there a couple weeks ago at 8am. The drink I ordered, which was a vanilla chai latte (correct n the sticker that was on my cup), tasted like a large cup of old coffee with 1 cream and sugar. Not to mention, the hash rounds I ordered taste like they were fried in old grease and sat out at 5am. So.... after calling the store about 5 times, only to have the ring out until the call disconnected, I decided to call corporate. After they told me they couldn't refund my money bcuz I purchased my items at the store and not through the app, the man said the store owner would be in touch with me and I think 24 hrs. Needless to say, I'm still waiting on that call. I haven't been back to this, or any other, Dunkin' Donuts since..... and I doubt I will. My advice.... go to Starbucks. read more

Tried giving this location another shot today, my first experience was 50/50 with my dozen donuts being correct but my iced decaf coffee being made a hot regular coffee. Today I pulled up to the drive through and was greeted with a "Dunkin' Donuts" expecting that to be all that was said I started my order, got to the Boston creme donut and the lady at the window (whos name I didn't get) rudely interrupts and says "I ain't got no more Boston creme" so I left after telling her never mind about it and she asks "you still want duh sandwich" to which I canceled my order and left because why am I going to spend 12 dollars ( which is what my total was at the next Dunkin' I went to) at a business where they obviously don't care about how they speak to their customers. I got my order delivered... My coffee was not in a drink carrier, it was just thrown in a bag and had spilled to the point that my bag was leaking when I got it, I didn't get any straws which after reading others reviews this is not an isolated issue it's common for them to leave out straws, not okay. We have given this establishment many chances. And occasionally they prove me wrong, but about 95% of the time it's literally the worst customer service in Portsmouth. They are always rude for some reason. Like they're being bothered? Today we went in and we interrupted a worker who was sitting on her phone. And when we asked for a specific donut she said that "whatever is out is whatever they have so we don't have it." (Boston Creme) Like what. So rude! These people are getting our money, yet they are always so sour and rude. I seriously don't understand. This is your job, you get paid to do this. This by far the worst customer service experience ever. If trophies were given for bad customer service this place would win every time. So I pulled into their drive thru and ask for two Boston cream donuts and the voice in the box rudely yells, "NO MORE". I thought this was a prank but apparently I was wrong. I asked her to clarify her statement of "NO MORE!" and instead provides me with a list of what she has available. Mind you this is was at about 9am on a Saturday morning, peak donut hours and you are already out of stock of several popular donuts. Really? I own a small business and if I ever heard an employee yelling , NO MORE! To my customers, I would terminate them on the spot. I live two blocks from this location but you will never see me in there again. I would rather drive to the location in Western Branch were I receive service with a smile. I am extremely disappointed. I recently moved here from Chesapeake and my mother and I decided to get some donuts for breakfast as they're quick and easy. We order 6 jelly donuts, they only had 5 sugared so we got one with powdered sugar. Well, all was well until we realized- the jelly was STRAWBERRY. Not a good, home-made tasting strawberry jelly, it was obviously smuckers jelly out of a jar. It was disgusting. Never had we had a jelly donut filled with strawberry jelly, it's typically raspberry (occasionally lemon will appear). We were horrified. It was so atrocious. I 100% do not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts (they're the only ones who have ever shamed their chain's name by using strawberry jelly that we've ever been to). Appalling. read more

This location is terrible. Every time I go there the employees are frustrated with my order and it's no hard (either and unsweet tea or a iced coffee with just cream). Today I went there and I was getting breakfast for my family and I went through the Drive thru and my order wasn't hard, three medium drinks one was a sweet tea, one was an iced coffee with cream and caramel flavoring and one was hot with caramel and extra extra (cream and sugar) and three sandwiches (bacon egg and cheese one a crescent, sausage egg and cheese on a crescent and bacon egg and cheese on a bagel). While I was ordering the ignorant woman was like "is that all?" Really nasty. Once at the window she kept asking me what my order was and I told her multiple times and she still got my drink wrong and then they gave me two sandwiches and not my third one (and no receipt). I went inside and I told them I'm missing a sandwich and they said no you didn't You only ordered two. I then had to repay for that sandwich and they took forever to get my sandwich out.
