So I started going to Tim Horton's on University avenue. Today I stopped by for a coffee while on 1 of my photo shoots and I must say I was impressed. From service to cleanliness. The new Beyond sausage breakfast sandwiches are delicious! I got a sample of it a few days ago and ordered a regular size one right after. I like the smoky spicy flavor of the sausage. I'm happy that they're not as oily as other veggie sausages I've had. The first sample I got, I had it with the egg and without cheese, and the egg definitely works with it. I'm not an egg person so I've been getting the sandwich without egg or cheese. Overall, it's a great breakfast sandwich; it's filling but not heavy. Considering that I usually come here for breakfast, the service is surprisingly fast. This location has a very busy drive through. There have always been other customers inside as well but I haven't had difficulty finding a clean table or parking spot at any point. There has been some new staff recently so it's had some ups and downs. They've always been good about fixing my messed up orders though so I don't mind the newbie hiccups. The staff is pleasant and polite, and when it's not too crowded, I've had some interesting conversations with cashiers as well. The other items I usually get are iced mocha latte and hash browns. The hash browns have been consistently good. I've been to other Dunkins with overly oily or burnt hash browns, but this one is consistent. The coffee is also consistently good. read more

Can't do this location anymore. Had a problem at the drive thru with my order taking too long. Knocked on the window eventually and was told they are short staffed and the lady offered me a job. I always get iced coffee or I Ed latte. Had a problem with taste being way off. Told them about it and got another with the same problem. Was told nothing has changed. Once ordered a couple of muffins and when I got to the window was told they were gone. I can forgive little problems but not on a regular basis. It's just this location. Other locations don't have these problems. read more

It's a smallish store close to East Ave Wegmans. Clean, I think they have outdoor seating but... active drive thru. They have a parking lot, wi-fi is available. Staff is nice, but kind of slow and are more interested in talking to each other than getting orders out in a timely manner. That's all I have. read more

We swung by for coffee and breakfast while on vacation, and I have to say this might be the busiest Dunkin I've personally ever been to. Most reviews already mention the small parking lot, so I won't go into many details regarding that issue, but I must at least emphasize that we were lucky to find a space at all when we arrived just before noon. The drive through was backed up into the street pretty much the entire time we were there, and when I asked the friendly employee working the register if it was always this busy, he sighed and said most days it was much worse. The space simply isn't well-equipped to handle the volume of customers they apparently receive daily, and I really do feel for the employees and what they must go through every single shift. All this being said, the store was clean, the staff was friendly and polite (if a bit stressed, understandably), and the coffee and bagels were just what we needed to start our day. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel; the cheese was far from melted and the bagel wasn't uniformly toasted, but it still tasted good so I can't complain too much. The rest of my group seemed altogether pleased with their meals as well. Somehow the scattered and hectic staff was still pumping out orders correctly and efficiently when we left, and I really hope they're getting paid enough for what they put up with. read more

I asked for a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. This is about the 4th time I have gone here and not gotten cream cheese in my bagel. Thank you for making me pay for my breakfast for me to just throw it away. If I wanted just bread I would have asked. What a waste of money. read more

I have stop by here after picking up my Radio Shacks order. I was thirsty to get a Cool Frozen Coffee Coolata and planning to stay to cool off a liittle bit since it summer muggy outside. It seem a new place and still clean too. However, the only negative experience I have about here at my first check in; I wondering why I was spotting a tiny bug of flea jumping and fly around me while I was at the table? I've a reason to believe it was the trash bin that possibly haven't been wash inside. Since the trash bin is nearby the table where I was sitting at. I check in the restroom, it look clean and their post sign on the door do expect it. They take the pride to keep the restrooms as clean and neat. read more

Too bad there's nothing worse than one star to rate this place. Stopped in for a coffee drink around noon. No line in the store or in the drive through, Waited at the counter for several minutes. Not one single employee acknowledged us, said hello, said they'd be with us shortly--nothing. You'd have thought we were invisible. Meanwhile, one employee unloaded plastic lids a few at a time and stacked them, one stood there staring into space, two stood there chatting, one walked back and forth...after about 6 minutes of this we walked out and went next door to another fast food place. Prompt, courteous service, and we were out with our drinks in no time. Will never go back to this place. Looking over past reviews, this treatment seems to be a pattern in this particular Dunkin'. You'd think after all these years, they would learn how to serve their customers. read more

I went through the drive-through to get a freaking bagel and they burnt my bagel so I went inside defeating the whole purpose of going through the drive-through asked for them to fix it I got the same burnt bagel after time they don't know what they're doing they're understaffed they don't care and I'm never going back there... also I asked for a hot coffee and it was literally scorching hot they didn't tell me that it was steaming or not which they should've because I burnt my tongue really bad ... go fuck yourselves read more

Store is frequently dirty. The store is often short staffed with lack of direction from management.

This Dunkin is great; the drive through line moves quickly so I'm not late for work in the morning. Only once in the probably 100 times I've been here did they get part of my order wrong (hot caramel swirl coffee instead of iced), and they were quick to fix it and apologize. Just your average dunkin' donuts. They are clean, fast if you're going through the drive thru and very friendly.

This isn't a complaint about the coffee or food which is consistent for Dunkin'. The main reason I go here is they have a nice quit patio. My problem is that on hot days you could at least sit under one of the two over hangs that provide shade. For some baffling reason they got rid of these. They do have umbrellas for the tables but they seem to be too lazy to ever put them out. So if the manager is reading this, dust off the umbrellas and put them out on sunny days please. read more
