This Dunkin' Donuts is fast!! Anytime myself or my coworkers come to grab a quick breakfast for the team we are literally in and out. This location is attached to the shell gas station and a post office. I think that is very cool and very unique. They also have a 7/11-quick mart type vibe going on with their isles of snacks. This place is legit. I've worked in King Farm for almost 2 years and just now became hip. Definitely my go to Dunkin' Donuts. Located inside a Shell gas station is this very clean donut shop. The donut trays are always stocked though I go there more to use my 99 cent a refill cup for iced coffee or iced tea. Both are served fresh and they will sweeten or add cream and stir it up for you. Just be sure to WASH your refillable cup before you go because I have seen people who take their dirty lipstick smeared cup in and expect that to be sanitary. The line in the morning can be quite long for their hot breakfast sandwiches so they must be good judging only by the constant steady line in the mornings. There is a nice seating area with tables so you don't have to eat in your car. Today I noticed they have a new sandwich....donut sausage or bacon and egg? Interesting. I have seen donut burgers at state fairs but never at a donut shop. I went to this Dunkin' this morning to get some coffee. It's located in a gas station convenience store and paired with a Baskin Robbins. Talk about a one stop shop. They had an army of workers behind the counter and I had my coffee and bacon, egg, and cheese croissant in about 4.5 seconds. The coffee was molten hot and the sandwich was luke warm. The best part was the price - 4 bucks for a sandwich and a coffee. Plus the oompa loompa like speed of the workers was great. I expected a little song to emanate from the back as they made my delicious coffee. Where else can you pick up an order that consisted of a Boston Creme Donut, one scoop of mint chocolate chip, a Formula 50 Vitamin Water + a gallon of Mobil 1 Motor Oil. I don't typically review chains or franchises, but this Dunkin' Donuts is a wonderful exception. My staff come here for their coffee runs and have always spoken highly of it. I'm writing this review and giving 5 stars because Gloria, the franchise manager, generously donated to Montgomery County Public Schools and has consistently done so without hesitation. This Dunkin Donuts gets it right every time. They know how to manage their busy lines without making the customer feel rushed. I'm always greeted warmly and service is always quick and most importantly always right. I always judge a DD by the quality of their donuts and this location is hands down 5 stars. Maybe I'm just lucky but every donut I've tried has been fluffy and tasty just the way I like them. I'm not a real coffee drinker, however, I treat myself to an iced coffee every now and then. And the cold brew has to be the smoothest cup of coffee I've ever had. Try the almond joy flavor if you are looking for a sweet burst of energy in the afternoons. I'll definitely be back. I only wished this location was a drive-thru, but I justify the calories of my donut by walking inside to place my order. Be mindful this location is attached to a gas station , but fear not. Parking here is limited, so I had to parallel park close by to the Shell gas station, which is right next to this Dunkin' Donuts. Other than that, I was pleased to come here in the mornings to grab a quick fix of iced coffee. The line was taken care of pretty fast, so I was surprised that it was already my turn when I was at the end of the line close to the door! Pretty sure they gave me an onslaught of sugar even though I asked for half but whatever. Tried the new red velvet donut and wasn't impressed but that's not this particular Dunkin's fault. Vanilla frosted was divine, as usual. The biggest problem I had was in the lot, with all the people getting gas. Great Dunkin Donuts location! Excellent and fast service :) The ladies that are normally working are super friendly and accommodating. I'm usually in and out with a couple of minutes, no joke. They keep the area clean so that's a plus. Inside a gas station/convenience store so while you're there, you might as well pick up a cup of coffee :) One thing though, I don't recommend their iced tea, or at least the peach tea. I LOVE this Dunkin' Donuts! It's close to my work which is why I started going here, but the friendly and fast service keeps me coming back. The lady that I believe is a manager/owner is also very friendly to everyone that comes in, and runs the store very smoothly. It also helps that it's attached to a Shell gas station and a USPS station, so it's an ideal one-stop shop for those errands on a weekday. Horrible customer service! Placed an online order and my payment went through, when I got there I didn't see that my order was ready. I asked one of the girl's that work there about it and she said she didn't see it come through on the online order screen and asked that I show her on the app that it processed, fair enough. I get on the app and the order history isn't working, try to long in online and the website is down as well. I was able to show on my bank statement that the money was pulled from my account. The girls get the manager/owner (Gloria) and explains what is going on. The manager tells me "I can't do anything about it" and I say "but you can see right there that the money came out for the order this morning". She replies "I understand that but the online order is a completely different system and they told me not to get involved when it messes up.". Finally after a little back and forth (I don't usually argue but I was pretty upset). The manager asks what I ordered (a small coffee) and gets it for me. The nice lady behind the counter apologized and I told her it wasn't her fault. This is also not the first time they have messed up my order. I also don't know if what the manager told me about "not getting involved" is true. I will never go back to this location again. read more

This is consistently the best DD I've ever been to in the MD area. The food and coffee is generally your standard chain food that one would expect from DD. However I have found that the breakfast meals here are often less "frozen" tasting than other places. BUT the reason why this place is the best DD franchise is because of the amazing service from Gloria and her team. The food comes out quick and the coffee is always good (for DD chain standards). Everyone is always so friendly and most importantly they have never gotten my order wrong. I also get almond milk in my coffee because I am lactose intolerant and this is one of the few locations that doesn't charge for it. I have loved Dunkin' Donuts since I was a kid and I feel that this restaurants represents them well. It was a brisk and damp day several days back when I came to this shop with my girlfriend. We didn't want to go home yet so while stopping to get gas in the Shell gas station beside the shop, we decided to have a nice cup of joe along with a donut or two. The shop itself was clean, or as clean as it could get with a wet doormat that obviously had seen better days. The day was a bit lazy and dreary wherever we went so it wasn't a big surprise when the shop wasn't full to the brim with chubby customers and angry kiddos. So, we found our seats pretty easily. There wasn't much of line which I always like in any food joint, and to add to that the girl behind the counter was kind enough to keep up a smile while I considered my order. I ordered a Choco Fudge donut with an iced coffee (Weird I know, but I just hate warm coffee), and Anna, my girlfriend ordered a Bavarian donut with HOT coffee (eww). The donuts did not seem fresh off the oven but goodness, was that choco fudge donut good and the iced coffee complimented it well. I have to say however, I might be a bit bias in this review because that day is now a fond memory of mine, it turned out to be a nice little impromptu date for me and my girl and I will be eternally grateful to this joint for that. This Dunkin Donuts is soooooo well managed! The staff is wonderful and very courteous. I have been coming here for years and they always have my coffee ready and are friendly, smiling, well put together and really start the day off right. The manager runs a tight ship over there. She always makes sure the staff is on top of their game and if they do anything wrong, she speaks to them immediately to rectify the situation. This is the only DD I have seen that offers bananas and I think it's b/c the manager picks them up herself in the morning. They are always very ripe. The manager and staff just put so much effort into maintaining the store and keeping up with customer service. I am always amazed at how well run this place is. This Dunkin' makes me laugh as much as it frustrates me. We order from here a good amount due to the fact that they are right around the corner. It's just easy. This aside, MAYBE 40% of our orders are correct by the time we receive them. The bags have not included items I've paid for, drinks are made as coffees, rather than lattes, larges are made as mediums (and when you tell them you paid for a large, they just put in a large cup and add ice)... If you want to ensure you're getting the correct order, take a few extra minutes and drive to the DD on 355. I have been going to this location almost daily for 4 years. I can't imagine what I have spent a DD over the years. This week alone $75 when I bought as large order in which they have me a bag of cups, cream, sugar, when I bought a box of coffee. Today I went in and got a dozen donuts and a single coffee. Both the manager who recognizes me and a second and Floyd who is a regular helped me. I asked for a single extra cup and they denied my request and said I would need to pay them $0.50. so on one day they give me enough cups to throw away, and the next day I can't get a single cup when making a purchase. However I have multiple coupons on my app for free coffees, and other foods. I guess I am frustrated because after all these years they really want to charge me $0.50 for it? I guess I should have had that despite 4 years of patronage, they generally are very unfriendly overall. to add insult to injury, the location is located inside of a Shell gas station. After the Dunkin Donuts closes, they put all of their extra Donuts out in the middle of the store and give them away for free. So I can come into the store and take copious amounts of free donuts but I can't get a single cup when I am a great pass customer. I am not condemning Dunkin Donuts on the whole, but this one has rubbed me the wrong way and I will need to go to the other location down the road. read more

Unfortunately, I'm just not a big fan of Dunkin Donuts. The ambiance is nothing special, the coffee is nothing special, and the donuts are decent. What's really annoying is that they don't provide a stand with different types of milk, like Starbucks. I prefer the coffee from Starbucks, the donuts from Krispy Kreme, and the ambiance at Starbucks. The price of the coffee is in the same range as Starbucks.
