They told us which of the donuts were the freshest, and made our iced coffees super quick. We don't have any Dunkins where I live, and I wish so bad that we did. I got to Dunkin' and the door was locked after knocking on the door multiple times I peeked in through the glass and made eye contact with two employees and they still did nothing. I have been to this dunkin location multiple times and didn't have any issue with it until I went on two separate occasions and found a dead bug in my iced coffee. I unfortunately found out both times by sucking the bug through the straw. I am absolutely disgusted and will no longer come to this location. I called to inform management and was told they've already been warned about this by the health inspection department and clearly it hasn't been resolved . I was also told because of the window being open flys are coming in. It seems the bug is either at the bottom of the cup or is somehow getting into the coffee before it's poured otherwise I would see it right away. The first time I was offered 3 free coffees and the second time to have my money refunded but that's not the point. They need to do a better job of cleaning and and inspecting stuff before handing it to a customer. I don't believe that flys are just coming in and landing in drinks. This was at the bottom of my cup and not happened just one time but twice! I will not be coming back! Absolutely gross! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Several times to this location with our family and walked out twice in the last month. Patrons inside of the location walked out, due to horrible service and LONG wait times to get a coffee. No acknowledgement whatsoever for 7 entire minutes of standing in line. Drive thru gets precedence for some reason. Rude employees; they're lacking any ounce of customer service, and I believe it's the franchise owner who doesn't give a shit. Google Reviews over the last few years prove that nothing is getting better; it's only getting worse. The girl (who probably purposely doesn't wear a nametag) actually told me "google it" when I asked for their corporate number to complain. Ha! Was going to meet up with some people at this location. However after being in there for about 10 minutes, I messaged them to meet me elsewhere. The employees were loud and cursing profusely. Me and my sister have given this Dunkin' many chances and they can just never seem to get it together. We have never had a pleasant experience here, they always get our order wrong some how and don't seem to really care that it's always wrong. If you live out here and want Dunkin' I recommend making the drive to the one on Gantzel because this one has been nothing but unpleasant experiences. The people here kind of just shrug their shoulders and don't seem to care about their customers. We've gotten cold croissants, burnt hash browns, an iced coffee with NO ICE, a few days ago I ordered a Carmel iced coffee with extra cream and sugar and it was JUST a cup with milk and sugar, no coffee.. today my sister ordered a Carmel frozen coffee and it was chocolate, she handed it back to them and they literally just transferred it into another cup and the guy was just smiling the whole time and didn't say one word.. Me and my boyfriend go to this Dunkin all the time just because it's really close to our house and it's very convenient. Every time we go we have had very crappy customer service. I would give this store a zero if I could. 1 star because I like the flavor of Dunkin Donuts. This store has the worst customer service ever! I have been going to this store everyday for the past 365 days. I am a coffee addict and need my morning coffee before work. They can never seem to get the order right, even when I order it online off the app. Same thing everyday and only about 40% of the time they get it right. When I complain they give me dirty looks and act like I did something wrong! I have to order my coffee at least 15 minutes ahead of time because it takes 15 minutes for them to pour a cup of coffee. No matter what time/day. 15 minutes to pour one cup of coffee! They never give napkins with food so I guess I'm just supposed to use my hand. When I ask for one I get another snotty look. Asked for extra ice in my Ice tea and got literally 4 ice cubes total. I have finally had enough and written to Corporate. The way I see it, Undercover Boss needs to step in, or at the very least they owe me 7 months worth of coffee. My family visits this Dunkins location a lot. We've encountered a few occasions where they were busy and our order was incorrect or they were running behind, it's normal we understand that businesses get busy and mistakes happen! It's never stopped us from coming back. Over all we enjoy our trips to this store! However on my trip through the drive through this morning we had a less than positive experience at the window. Some how our order was either split up between us and the car before us or items were not prepared, we ended up sitting for a brief moment while our items where collected. I'm not sure who was running the line behind the window attendant but he was not a pleasant person. He was visibly angry that items were given to the wrong car or not prepared. (And I can appreciate that) however the way he conducted himself was extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. He literally tossed our item on the cart and threw two drinks into the trash right next to another employee. He stood there shaking his head and speaking very aggressively towards the other employees. My daughter even commented that the man seemed mad inside. Not only that but the lady at the window seemed shook up from his disposition! Mistakes happen, they shouldn't I understand that but as a manager or even a fellow coworker he should have behaved differently especially with a car full of customers waiting just outside the window. read more

I went to Dunkin' Donuts today just setting myself up for failure assuming that they will have donuts there... they're out of stock of you know absolutely everything... who runs this place really? I could not even get angry at the poor girl taking my order because she works at a place where she sells donuts that they don't have... her job is already a nightmare. The coffee here used to be rather tasty; however, recently it has tasted sour or bitter. It seems they cannot get that perfect combination. Food is okay. Had a craving at 6 in the evening today and when I went through the drive thru they only had 2 varieties of Munchkins. The lady through the speaker justified the lack of variety with: "because it's so late in the day". I wasn't aware Dunkin' Donuts had an early bedtime.
