Went for the day they released the tote bag. The lady and her new co worker ignored the first 5 people that were waiting for store to open then helped the drive thru line for like 30 mins leaving us waiting. Is we would have known they would help cars first we would have been in line. She didn't even apologized and had worse attitude read more

Love the mobile service they offer here. Order the items on the app and pick them up at your convenience. They always are so helpful and friendly, the manager is great and always solves my problems, example we're out of oat milk, would you like almond milk ? lol The only one thing I have to say is, if you get multiple items, make sure you check sometimes they get so busy that they can forget your pastry, have a few times to me, but I understand . read more

Shout out to Dulce, for always delivering excellent service. I have a daughter who is on the spectrum and we go to Dunkin almost every day and Dulce has always been very kind and patient with my daughter. She always has a smile when greeting us. Love going through the drive thru because it's so quick and easy but when I ever need to go inside, the staff makes sure the place stays clean. My daughter loves their donuts! Well it's National donut Day and we went for the promotion they had going on. There were only four people in there that's already including me and my husband. The drive-through had about five cars in it. I walked in, excited to order the drink and get the free donut. We stood at the counter about 5 min. Waiting for someone to help us take the order. No one helped or said we will be right with you. So I asked one of the girls I'm sorry we've been standing here. Can we get someone to take our order? The only response we had was "well we're really busy right now" she didn't turn to look at us she was talking to her team members gossiping and giggling... so my husband and I walked out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE! as we walked out I noticed just how dirty it was around. Hope the owner or manager really looks into getting better staff. Really disappointed. read more

Disgusting attitude from the drive thru person named Alex. They initially made my drink wrong so he became so defensive and didn't want to re-make my drink! I then waited for my sandwich to be done and now I don't want to even eat it as I feel he spit in it after he came back to the window he took off his headset like he wanted to go to toe to toe. Every time I come here it's always an issue with their attitude. This will definitely be my last time coming to this location. It's sad and disheartening. I filed a corporate complaint. Difficulty for staff to understand even the simplest order (two items) even with offering order to be seen on the App. Manager had a tone and attitude from the moment she came to assist- trying to charge over the App price and still read order back incorrectly. Even offering to take the INCORRECT order at the window just to be able to leave, the manager told me I would have to drive back through to honor the App price. Makes no sense. I commented to her 'you guys don't know what you're doing and that's why I'm not coming back to DD.' She replied 'good' instead of taking the opportunity to fix a very simple error. I ordered two days in a row simple caramel craze lattes iced one with no whip cream and ez ice on both and both days they were messed up please listen to instructions i understand it gets hectic with specialty orders but customer service is helping customers get the best service they can I would not recommend this restaurant to new customers read more

I came here on Monday and I was having a rough start to my day. I wasn't feel all too good so I went to grab some lattes for my sister and I. The staff was soooo nice. They were very quick to get my order and I got a free drink for donating $1, they gave me the more expensive drink for free. Honestly everytime I go to this location the staff are always very nice and it really made me feel better with the morning I was having. There's a closer location to where I'm at but I prefer going to this specific one for the great service. read more

Came to this store on my way to work. Not the manager and not the girl who was at the front once acknowledged me and or my friend. Manager was a bigger size dark skin girl. No personality whatsoever and made us feel so unwelcome. Delivered our order and no napkins. When I asked for some gave me attitude and she didn't have to say much. Yes she said sorry but she should have just not said it at all!! I will never ever stop here again! Starbucks has by far the best customer service hands down! It was not busy at all, my visit was right before 7am to be exact ..it's no wonder it only has 2 stars overall! I hope this is read and acknowledged! Good bye for now. read more

I literally cross my fingers that Im going to get someone nice when I come here. I like the fact that they have a drive thru, and make decent drinks. The staff is horrible. So rude, act like you are bothering them, and they have such a high turn over. I've been coming here off and on for over 3 years and nothing has changed. The owner must not care obviously, or read reviews. Most of the time I just drive the extra distance and pay the extra money to go to Starbucks on Golden Valley. I really prefer the coffee and drinks from Dunkin' but can't stand how the staff treats customers. read more

Worst Dunkin Donuts I've been too. I've given this location so many chances. One because Covid and everyone seems to be rude and crazy. Two because their power went down. Three they had so many new people training. Well I thought let's try them one more time, orders a matcha with oatmilk and I get regular milk . I'm lactose so this is just very upsetting and annoying and I can honestly say I'm done coming here. I'm not sure if the staff even cares to take milk allergies seriously but the team needs a better leader to train because this spot seems not to get better and just get worse. What a waste of my money.... read more

That's how they were this morning. * Drive-thru ONLY * Dine in closed ( wanted to go in instead of drive- thru * They ran out of CARAMEL @ 7:37 AM...AGAIN!! * No brewed GREEN TEA * Staff in the drive-thru (african-american) in braids was on her phone ( speaker phone ) Though the phone was on the counter where the windows were, still unprofessional I came in today to order my birthday drink and 3 other drinks. I wanted a large iced blueberry matcha latte, easy ice. They gave it to me with more ice and not filled all the way to the top. Notice the first picture with the foam up to D and the second picture, the latte is just under the U after it settled on my daily commute. I didn't even drink any of it!!!! This is not the first time they don't fill the matcha drinks it all the way up. Manager LUIS...where are you?? Your staff needs to be re-trained!! read more

Came in this morning and I'm sorry I get you are busy but at least say something to those walking in and acknowledge them. I literally just wanted 3 donuts and of the two workers one asked me if I was waiting for an order I explained no I just wanted to order 3 donuts mind you I was already waiting more then 5 mins while the other girl just kept looking my direction as she took drive thru orders. I was a bit perturbed that she took drive thru orders while I was waiting there to be helped as well. Then I said again after a few mins "I just wanted to buy 3 donuts" and the one of the two looked at me and very rudely said "I'll be with you in a minute and you can always use the kiosk to place your order" me thinking will it even matter? As I place my order on the kiosk for my 3 donuts she comes to help me and I tell her I used the kiosk. I'm sorry I am a patient person but this morning the service I received was just unacceptable. Since moving to the SCV I've visited this Dunkin Donuts multiple times to pick up sweets for my staff. It seems like on every occasion my experience hasn't been the greatest. Unfortunately this time wasn't any different. Prior to leaving my house I opted to order ahead using the app to save time and minimize contact with others. I figured this also helps the employees by giving them time to prep and not rush while they help others. When I arrived I approached the online pickup counter and wasn't acknowledged. After getting an employees attention and showing her my online order she promptly turned away looking all over the place as if they possibly misplaced a dozen donuts. After a couple minutes she returned and muttered the only word she stated during my visit, "assorted?" After packaging my donuts she put them on the counter and walked away. No thank you or apologies for not having the order prepared. Look don't get me wrong I wasn't looking for any of that, but the issue more so is that I seemed to inconvenience her. It's a constant at this location. Employees who don't seem to have the strongest people skills. Then again maybe she had a bad morning. Who knows. Regardless a smile and good attitude goes a long way. Easy skills to master read more

This is unacceptable. I ordered iced coffee, and this drink was like, off white. Maybe I'll leave it for Santa to eat with his cookies. I took a photo next to some cold brew coffee with no creamer just to really showcase how heavy handed the Dunkin' coffee makers got with my drink. I asked for cream and sugar..... - Their website says they're open until 7pm. - A Google search says they're open until 7pm. - Their Yelp page says they're open until 7pm. - A sign ON THEIR DOOR says they're open until 7pm. We went in at 6pm and wanted to sit and enjoy a donut and drink. They told us that the dining room closes at 6pm and we had to leave. What?! I mentioned that the sign on the door says the hours are until 7. The employee just angrily repeated that the dining room closes at 6. Maybe Dunkin's hours and dining room hours should be more accurately posted. read more

I had gotten a iced coffee from here, the taste was not what I expected from a ice coffee it tasted like rusty , trash rim coffee , the worst Dunkin' their service is always terrible and the workers don't follow osha at all. Food and drink violations with the drinks tasting like they were ether spat in or they tried to make it terrible , ruined my experience and was a waste. I visited this location a while ago on September 30 and definitely wanted to write a review. I stopped to get a few donuts for a friend on my way to his house. I also got an oat milk latte because you don't have soy milk on your menu apparently. I don't eat donuts but I was pleasantly surprised but knowing the reputation Dunkin has I truly enjoyed how amazingly fresh the cream filled was and my friend of course slammed his down as he's not supposed to have them. You have to enjoy life now and then right Dunkin? If you're in the mood to break your sugar fast, your diet or just to get your donut fix definitely follow the ad and Go to Dunkin' this location rocks!!! Staff was attentive and spot on at 8:07 AM on 09-30 if you want to give a high five to that Good Morning crew. read more

There was also only two employees there that I saw, so they may have been short staffed because they were constantly working on orders. My Cookie Butter Latte was creamy with biscoff crumbles on top. There was also the perfect amount of ice to keep it cool but not where a majority of the cup was ice. I also thought I tasted a hint of cinnamon in there. I could easily drink the whole thing in 3 gulps. My partner got the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. He's gotten this before, and has not stopped talking about it since. He was even telling me yesterday how he was super excited to go to Los Coffeeholics tomorrow to get his Mango Sticky Rice Matcha.
