Came in before work, i had time why not. There was maybe three people in front of me and i had to keep glancing at my clock because of how long it was taking. There are a million employees behind the counter. I was given my order by three people I didn't even know were back there ONE guy was working the register and getting the donuts. Most people ordering boxes of donuts one donut at a time. Another guy was pacing and itching his hair nervously because he had "nothing to do" he comes to stand by the other register so a customer waiting in lines goes up to him and he tells hims "oh sorry this register is closed" And proceeds to pacing... WAT?! If you want to know what crazy looks like just people watch the activity behind the counter. Ive had their donuts before so i decided to order a breakfast sandwich. I got the pretzel one and the pretzel bun was ehh. The hashbrowns are under a buck they had good flavor but had no real crunch. Hopefully they realize the overstaffing is ridiculous and work on the food or coffee. My stomach was hurting later on lol The interior and exterior is nice, its well lit and open. I developed an affection for Dunkin Donuts while living on the east coast a couple of years. The butternut donut made my morning when the weather was less than inviting. And even though the coffee was good (still is), it was a rude awakening to order a "regular" (small) coffee and realize that it came with 2 creams and 2 sugars. I had to specify just cream, how many, etc after that. This knowledge is still useful today. Fast forward to the year 2015: life has sped up, but my metabolism has slowed down. I can no longer eat whatever I like and not have to shop for new pants. Still, the butternut donut is a sweet old friend to bump into now and then. "America Runs on Dunkin?" I sure hope not. I was so excited to have Dublin donuts for the first time but I guess the hype was such a let down. Not really so fresh. The donuts were nothing really so fantastic about them. They're kinda just blah. My local donut shop is better, not to mention a lot cheaper. They are kinda a rip off for stale donuts. I've been going back to this DD once a week since they opened and everything is still running smoothly. Coffee is still amazing! I just wish it were more crowded. I've never had to wait too long at the drive-thru or inside. This makes me nervous. Maybe i'm going at the least busiest part of the day. I hope they stick around. I've heard good and bad things about this donut chain, but I don't know why Dunkin Donuts has such a bad rep. They've got a ton of different types of donuts, different flavored coffees and hot chocolates (my friend got a blueberry coffee?!), and breakfast foods to choose from. O and they've got a drive thru! Drive thru donuts are always a plus in my book. I got a regular glazed chocolate donut and it was pretty tasty! Seemed kinda expensive though for one donut. I'd go for their box deals rather than just one or two (this is why our nation is so chubby!), as it's better pricing-wise. I stole some of my friend's mini hash brown nuggets and those were bomb! I'd come back here for some more hash brown and donut action, I'll just be inviting a box full of people to come with so I don't end up eating them all myself! read more

Donuts are fine, but the drinks are awful- always have that burnt espresso taste. My main issue is that you constantly have to remind them what your order is because they'll try to hand you stuff that isn't yours. I also have a problem where they've stopped showing you the donuts in the box before they hand it to you. I got tricked into not looking, drove home and they were the completely wrong donuts so now open the box in front of them and check - 50/50 on whether you'll have the right type or not. Overall, meh. OMG the owners/managers of this franchise are terrible. In the last month they have consistently run out of items! They are constantly running out of basic items, like DONUTS! They ran out of donuts on donut day! Want oak milk, forget about it, they always run out. OH.... let's try the new ghost pepper and spider donuts, forget about those as well, We ran out!!! Three times in a row, no maple donuts. This is consistently what happens at this store. This doesn't happen at the Valencia store. I know this because when they run out of items we drive to the Valencia store and they have the items. It's frustrating that the mobile app doesn't tell you if the items are out. Stores do not give you a refund you have to call customer service! Hello, Starbucks will give you a refund if they are out of an item! It's 2020, update your app! read more

A drive thru Dunkin! I'm so lazy and I love drive thru everything so this place is right up my lethargic alley. I ordered my favorite drink: ice coffee with skim milk, French vanilla with Splenda. The service was courteous and there was no line. Also they had a promotion with Groupon+ where you get a 100% rebate on all items you buy up to 3 dollars. Therefore my drink was Free! What else could I ask for? I'm so happy. I hope they have this promotion again some time soon. read more

Dunkin donuts is the best I love their s'mores hot chocolate. Went there last night and my donut I got was stale. Went back tonight talked to the manager Kenny. Not only did he refund me for my donut, but my whole order. Thanks guys. They have the worst service and worst donut. Was in drive-thru for fifteen minutes. They did not know what they were doing. Proffered I drove to front and went inside to get order. The guy couldn't even figure out the donut I order. The blond manager couldn't even get and order correct. I will never go back there again. They looked like the kind you get at the grocery store in a boxed pack of six for 99 cents. I told the heavy set blond woman at the window that they made a mistake and she said those are chocolate glazed. I asked for my money back and the manager or supv. Helped me. I'm a big fan of Dunkin' from my few visits to the East Coast, as well as to the Downey and Santa Monica locations, so I was thrilled that a Dunkin' was opening about a half mile from my house! I showed up on opening day for the grand opening, complete with a live performance by the Golden Valley High School band, and I've been back in the restaurant and drive through four times since then! Each visit has become better and better. The service is surprisingly quick considering they just opened and all of the employees are new at their jobs, and the entire staff has been extremely friendly and professional. However, I did go on Sunday for breakfast and was told they were out of milk and pretzel buns, and they said they were out of chocolate chip muffins at first before finding one. This is a new restaurant so you'd expect them to not have their stock up to snuff yet, but you can't run out of milk if you're a donut shop! Also, my wife ordered an iced coffee with almond and she tried it before leaving and didn't taste the almond. We told the drive thru guy and he assured us he put almond in it. When we drove away we realized that nothing was written on the cup to say that almond was included, and she was positive it didn't have any in it. So far the slowest part of each visit hasn't been the staff, but the customers! Nobody in California is familiar with the restaurant so nobody knows what to order. Once we all get more accustomed to the menu, I'm hoping the drive thru will be a little quicker. For right now, I give it a very enthusiastic four stars! read more

While on a little family trip, we decided to grab breakfast and a surgery drink here. I ordered the sausage, egg croissant sandwich, my hubby got a iced coffee with vanila swirl, and the rest of the family got donuts. We were the only people in line at the drive thru, but it still took a long time to get our order. They did apologize and compensated by including a free small order of hashbrown bites(potato grease balls ) in our bag. While we were waiting my husband let me try his iced coffee, and while im not a coffee drinker, i must say that it was so darn good. Wayyyy better than the fraps at Starbucks and a whole lot cheaper too. My breakfast sandwich was pretty good, albeit very messily put togetger, and the croissant was burnt along the top edges. Not enough to ruin the meal, but presentation should also be a priority for DD. After eating half of my breakfast sandwich i then decided to try one of their famous donuts that came in my groups box of 12. I opted for the french curler. Was not impressed at all. It was wet, soggy, and undercooked on the inside. Not much flavor either. I rarely eat sweets and its even more rare for me to crave a donut, so i probably wont rush to come here again for donuts. Overall the service was friendly enough, the breakfast sandwich was pretty good, the iced coffee is phenomenal, and the prices are great! No veteran or student discounts. Sure, there are plenty of places that don't give these kinds of discounts, but this is the only Dunkins I've ever been to that doesn't. Considering the area and the amount of veterans, college students, and veteran students I know here, I'd urge them to change their policies. The only reason they get any stars from me is because they were so nice to my daughter's preschool class, last year, during a field trip. read more
