Always a lovely experience when I visit this store. Dunkin' has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid so I'm glad to have this store close to me now. The team members are always so nice and joyful even when I'm there around 5:30a. Every time they greet me, they're in such good spirits and it's nice to hear that early in the morning. They rock! I have one complaint regarding the order to go on the app (so nothing directed toward the store). They don't offer all the selections of the menu such as no sour cream/onion bagels. So I can't really utilize the app as I'd like. I did pass the feedback to corporate just so they're aware in case there are other customers like myself that would benefit from it. read more

By far the Worst location. I went in the morning for a mobile order pick up, they had no milk. Fine, the next time they have no iced coffee.what do you have? The staff was extremely rude,and were not going to accommodate me with my order made me ahow my app that proved i ordered an iced coffee! Why would i need to do this if i ordered ahead? Today was a free donut day with any drink ordered; that was denied. Was trying to get one for my kid,but nope they said NO. It's quite honestly, the worst food place to go in all of Santa Clarita. Literally every SINGLE time we go, they are always out of bagels which is half of their menu. At first, we thought, "okay, COVID, maybe a lot of things are on back order." But it's long past the lockdown and if you don't show up within the first hour of opening, they are 95% of the time always out of bagels. If you're going to be out this much-my suggestion is order more supplies or honestly, SHUT DOWN THIS LOCATION. Not to mention, the workers are usually in a pretty bad mood. Overall, we've tried giving this place so many chances spanning over a YEAR but we will not be going back and I highly suggest you don't either. It's genuinely not worth it. 12/24/16: I told myself I wouldn't return to DD's because of numerous reasons (wrong temperature, lack of food choices). My sister convinced me to go this morning. We ordered 2 dark roasts and an everything bagel. Our bagel was burnt (see picture). We asked for another one...guess what? they ran out of this bagel. Of course! No apology nor did they ask if I wanted something else. I wanted my money back, but with 10 people in line, I just walked out. I hope this location improves soon. Starbucks it is for me. 3 months ago: Sometimes they are out of dark roast. Sometimes they serve luke warm coffee. I don't care for their specialty drinks. I prefer DD's dark roast to Starbucks, but my experiences at this location have not been the greatest. I think I have emailed costumer service about this site over 5 times this year. They are very patient and polite with customers and some people take a long time to decide or choose which donuts they want. I've had Dunkin' Donuts at places like Atwater Village near Glendale and the donuts are soft, freshly made, and delicious! This particular location in Sierra Hwy in Canyon Country is awful! My husband and I came right before closing time, got a dozen donuts, and when we got home that's when we noticed the donuts were not fresh at all...they were old! They were pretty hard and sort of crunchy, even the raspberry-filled donuts, can you believe it?! The glazed donuts were pretty hard too and microwaving it for 30 seconds did not soften it at all. I know this place is new and I want to give it some time to settle in. BUT, I have been here twice and both times have been a complete disaster. Once was in the drive-through which took about 15 min which had little to do with the length of the line and more to do with how long each order took, even mine. I ordered 4 donuts and 3 drinks. When placing the order, the employee took a couple tries to understand my order and was hard to understand (again, 4 donuts and 3 drinks). Once I got to the window I waited over 5 minutes for my order. And with very little (if any) acknowledgement from the employee about the obviously TOO LONG wait for my purchase. The second visit, I decided to walk in and see if the drive-through was just a fluke. There were 5 customers in the restaurant and (as far as I could see) 9 employees working behind the counter.....9. I understand that some could have been training, but if they were training then it was even worse because the tables were all a mess and the floors were extremely crummy and not appetizing at all. The service (again, the person was being trained so I will give SOME slack for that) was spotty. The trainER had no idea how some things worked and missed a few parts of my order (my order was 2 donuts and 2 drinks, not much to mess up...but). The music was loud and weird for a "relaxing coffee shop" atmosphere in addition to a television. The napkin holders were empty during our entire visit with no one making an attempt to refill them even when I pointed it out. There is no way DD is going to open 15 new stores over the next few years if this is the level of management they will be getting. Overall, for a place as anticipated as a local Dunkin' Donuts, this one is a HUGE missed opportunity. So, glad they decided to open in DD in SCV. The coffee is hit or miss depending on the workers who work there. I usually get a caramel iced coffee. Somedays, I'll come in and my coffee is made perfect. Other days, my coffee might be not sweet enough or watered down. Sometimes, my coffee isn't even filled to the top! Like come on it's a see through cup and isn't it a little rude giving a customer coffee that's not filled to the top? I don't know, but that's just me! Most of the time when I come into the place there's a gross smell coming from the bathroom and the place is a mess. The trash is full, the tables are dirty and the chairs are all over the place. There's plenty of workers working and normally when i come in the place isn't busy. You would think a couple of the workers would take the trash out and clean the place up a little bit. Management needs to train their workers more to keep the place lookin pretty! read more

I'm glad that there's a Dunkin in Santa Clarita, but this one honestly sucks. I feel like there is a problem almost every time I come here. They either make my drink crappy, the espresso machine isn't working, or their donuts are stale. The inside is never really clean either even though there are workers just standing around looking bored AF. Like maybe you should get off your butt and do your job? Their donuts are also tiny for what they charge. Why go here when I can go to other donut shops that are 10x better for both quality and price, where I can get a huge donut for only $1. Dunkin's donut prices are really just based off their name. And they always run out of flavors by the afternoon. You're stuck with whatever is left and the leftovers are generally dried out and hard. I've learned to never get donuts here. I usually just get tater tots and coffee. I really love their iced caramel macchiato. I have been rewarded for my Dunkin Donuts loyalty. The uppity uppers of the realm of Dunkin Donuts have been following my adventures all over the state. I can picture them in their suits and ties from on high atop their Business towers. "Just look at that great, wonderful, awesome and handsome guy. He's driving hundreds of miles and all over the state of California for our donuts? Let's help him out and put one just a mile from his home to reward him for his loyalty." So a Dunkin Donuts opened up a mile from my home. Now that it's here, it's kind of a double edged sword. I love that at any moment I can just hop in the car, drive down the street to a Dunkin Donuts for their wonderful assortment of coffees, donuts, and other great breakfast items. They've been open about a week now, and I've visited many many many many times for their wonderful products. Their employees are nice and helpful and learning their responsibilities well, which is dramatically reducing the wait times for their items. I've downloaded their rewards app onto my ipad, which always works in their wifi filled dining area. Even outside while sitting on the stone patio they've built looking onto Sierra Highway. It really is a nice place. The restaurant is always clean, the people are friendly, and the donuts really are made with magic and love. I am quite glad they've opened. I will visit probably more often than I really do need too. I just hope 'Death by Chocolate' really is a figurative term. Thanks alot guys! read more

I hate to write negative reviews strictly about the service, but it was that bad. The first time I came here was a few weeks after it opened and the service was ok. The donuts and drinks tasted fine. I thought I'd give it another go today and the woman working the register was the rudest I've experienced. Before we even said anything she was very rude and didn't even reply to our hello. She put all 8 donuts we ordered in one bag. I didn't want to make a big deal about it so I walked away. But when we wanted to eat some donuts we realized it would be hard to not make a mess grabbing a donut on the bottom. You can only imagine my excitement when I heard the news that they were opening one up right in my hometown. This made This SCV location a must go to place. I am a tourist from the Bay Area and it was my first time at Dunkin' Donuts. The staff was not friendly at all. A girl who helped us was not friendly, when we asked questions about the breakfast sandwiches she said they're normally on the screen behind her but she couldn't tell me cause the screen wasn't working. Finally, the best donut shop on planet Earth has come to the SCV! If you've never had the pleasure of a Dunkin Donut, then this location will provide a fantastic example of the donut variety, drink options including world class coffee, and the stellar friendly service associated with the brand. The donuts were super fresh, obviously the store is quite busy being new and all, so the donut factory is humming at full tilt. Drinks were great. The staff, while learning, is competent and willing and very friendly. I was impressed with my first visit to this location. The downside is longer lines and wait times as the whole place gets coordinated better and the customers become more familiar with the amazing selection of delectables. The free WiFi is not impressive at this time (under 5Mbs down, under 1Mbs up), so hopefully that'll improve for those who want to do the coffee shop squatting thing. There is a street side outdoor patio that is nice if traffic isn't too bad on Sierra Hwy, and a few tables around the side. Inside is pretty tight for seating, maybe 15-20 people. Most people take to go, so the tight quarters shouldn't be too problematic unless the culture shifts to where folks want to hang out more. They do seem to be promoting their coffee more these days ala S.B., but more along the blue-collar "Box-O-Joe" style, which is a refreshing change actually. Who still needs a $5 cup of coffee? This review is LONG overdue... I used to buy from this store a lot because it holds sentimental value to me being an east coast brand. For the last year, at a minimum, every order ever made has been wrong. Literally every order. It's to the point now where I just don't go because I know my order will be wrong when I do. In addition, the service is extremely slow and unenthusiastic. It usually takes at least 2-3 minutes before anyone answers you in the drive through, I'm finding I have to continually repeat my order, and then when I get to the window, it's easily another 5 minutes before I'm acknowledged. What should be a 5-10 minute stop turns into 25 easily. But, I have to give two stars because besides these two huge inconveniences, their coffee is always good when it's right. read more

The employee was rude, short and happy to tell me they didn't have what I asked for. I stood at the counter for a full 3 minutes while I watched 2 girl employees talking to each other while running their hands through their hair And ignoring me (this is against health laws) I decided I did not want hair in my sandwich So I left the store and went Panera and enjoyed a nice egg breakfast with UNLIMITED coffee for the same price.
