Let me say this as clearly as I can, the donuts and crullers we just picked up were FANTASTIC, as fresh as could be, and 100% wonderful. We picked up a variety of cake donuts, traditional Yeast-Raised Donuts, cruller sticks, and donut holes the other day, and we were 1,000% happy with their taste, size, and freshness. I loved their Cherry Cake donut! It was so big I really should have split it with my wife but didn't. They have 28 flavors on their website, baked in small batches with rotating flavors. Prices start at $2.49 for a single classic glazed donut, then go to $2.99 for a filled donut (jelly, custard or fruit), and then $3.25 for Specialties. We also got a blueberry scone, a chip cookie, and an assorted box of Halloween cookies This scone itself was good, a little on the dry side, and the chocolate chip cookie was tasty. The Halloween cookies were just generic, and weren't anything special. I would definitely come back here to get the bagels and try them all if I could!. And speaking of stops, we stopped in around 3:15 yesterday afternoon, and even though they close at 4, the place was packed with regulars. It kind of reminded me of a town hall meeting in there! Yes, it is most definitely a local neighborhood favorite. We picked up a bag of their donut holes and some of those gargantuan donuts. The chocolate donut holes and cherry cake donuts are so delicious they really need to be classified as a controlled substance. She says nothing, but instead prints out the ticket, where she shows me her note at the bottom, "sub garlic & herb" she then says "I heard what you said, you're right here, I just had to ring it up that way because there's no button for garlic&herb." I tell her that it didn't show her note on the payment screen, so I just wanted to make sure. Her attitude is literally making me sick!!! It's so unneccsarily sarcastic and nasty for no reason!! If I wasn't hungry and on a time crunch, I would've found another, cleaner, more pleasant and professional place to get a bagel. I spent over $10 on a meat-less bagel with less than a spoonful of cream cheese. smh. If I owned this place, I would do a complete renovation, deep clean, and fire the entire team and rehire people that will at least have some sense of customer service, professionalism, and sanitary food handling skills.
