This used to be my favorite dunkin in town . The girls who worked a couple months ago were the best baristas I've ever met. Always kind and engaging. Would honestly make everyday I went in better! But recently in the evenings especially their has been a younger girl who works in togos who is always is very rude, never is able to give me my full order no matter what day, and always fills my drink with so much ice . Like to the point where my drink is 90% filled with ice . Why am I paying over 7 dollars for 90% ice ??? And unless someone else Is right next to her she gives the worst attitude I really appreciate if someone could retrain her. The rest of that staff is absolutely amazing. Wake up wraps with bacon egg and cheese are my go to item as they are easy to eat in the car. They have the correct double chocolate donut which is a cake donut with chocolate frosting. First, I should have looked at reviews before ordering in advance from this location. Truth is, it was close to wear I was headed. Second, the workers were running around like crazy on a Friday morning trying to satisfy the orders. Backstory: I downloaded the app specifically tinplate an order a day early. I didn't want to wait to have my order prepped day of. An order can only be placed a day early through the app and if you create an account. Placed my order, gave pick up time, paid and I was done. Stopped for a quick pick-me-up and I was impressed! I frequent DD and this location is by far my new fav! It's so clean, organized and very "with the times". It's modern with wireless charting stations built into the tables. Loved that, because I needed to charge my phone! Anyways, I grabbed a Boston crème donut, an order of plain bagel minis and a bottled coke from the cooler. The donut was fresh, creamy and indulgent! The bagel minis were toasty, and packed with cream cheese, yay! So yummy. This is the best Dunkin I've ever been to! My order is super annoying because I love chocolate milk but not the kind that already comes in a bottle. I asked for a cup of ice with a couple pumps of mocha with a milk. Typically I just pour the milk in myself to make my mocha chocolate milk lol but they went above and beyond and knew exactly what I wanted! They even gave me a large already mixed I wish I knew her name but she was so kind (I was there yesterday 6/15 around 11:30am) ! Every other Dunkin I've ever been to when I try and order this they give me attitude and are so rude since it's not something on the menu... so I was really happy they gave me an amazing drink and service! So excited to see this one open! First, let me say, most of the staff are awesome - friendly, smiling, welcoming. I give them 1 star though because for 2 of my last 3 visits, they haven't had what I ordered (by mobile) And then, they didn't have a close substitution to offer - and these were not complicated, they were iced tea. And they just ask if there's anything else you want - my first thought is "No, if there were, I would have ordered that." It would be helpful if they would make a suggestion for something similar. My first order I asked to have cancelled, the guy looked at me blankly and said ok and closed the window. Can't say I'm not surprised my $15 purchase was not refunded. Then this morning I made a substitution and there was a $.30 price difference - my initial order was more than what I actually got - and there was no refund. I really want to like this Dunkin.. as it is 2 minutes from my house.. the staff is usually great but the service is just not that great.. I always order ahead because then I hope they have plenty of time to make my drink correctly. When I order in the drive through, it's a different drink everytime. Absolutely horrific customer service tonight. Place a mobile order for the new grilled cheese tomato pesto sandwich. When I got there they said we don't have your order and even if we did we aren't making sandwiches. I asked for a refund or compensation (had the order confirmation in my app) and the "manager" named "Jaelyn" said "nothing I can do, call the app." And he walked away. He would not even acknowledge anything else I said to him, offered no resolution. I asked for owners name and he refused to provide any information. Worst dunkin I have ever experienced. I waited for 25 minutes in the drive through for the staff- Bri in particular- was extremely rude and did not know what we ordered. I repeated my order multiple times and they still got it wrong. I order the same drink each time I go to dunkin, a menu item that has no customizations, and they seemed to not understand what my drink was and then gave me the wrong drink. Bri left saying she was going to get a manger, which I later found out that there was no manager there. When I told them that my drink was wrong they said that I was incorrect she was extremely rude and told me I was wrong. We eventually, after another 10 minutes, got our drink made by another staff member, deasia, who was much more pleasant. Avoid going to this dunkin. the staff here is very rude and the quality of drinks isn't as good as other locations. it is a very nice atmosphere inside but the service is awful, when you correct the staff on a mistake they made on your order they give you attitude and make it your fault, essentially blaming it on you. have to say i wasn't in the mood to be blamed for them messing up my order. read more
