Worst bagel I have ever eaten. Tasted like it just came out of the freezer. I asked for toasted, it eas barely warm. Terrible.

I ordered a dozen donuts and they were so small and irregular that I actually counted them when I got home. The box that fits 12 had plenty of space left over. This is what they looked like. So let me start by saying I work five days a week, and five days a week I get a coffee from this Dunkin' Donuts. This morning, I forgot to mobile order my coffee so I did it as I was turning in, when I got to the window. I had apparently ordered at the wrong location. A new girl at the window looks at her manager and says should I just make it for her, she says no she'll have to drive to the other one. I said I'm not driving to the other one. That's several miles out of my way and I'm on my way to work. She says then you'll have to pay for another one. So for a probably 50 Cent cup of coffee that would've cost the store, she is now lost a customer that comes there five days a week. We have all done this on our apps accidentally ordered at the wrong location, and I have never had to pay for the coffee. Her name is Mercedes, and she is the manager sadly. Let me add by saying 40% of the time that I go to this location my coffee is usually somehow messed up or not even hot, I've never complained about it. Definitely would not recommend to a friend. read more

We all know this is a national chain but it's exciting to report that Florida's Dunkin' Donuts are serving customers safely inside, as well as at the drive-through. You'll have to agree, it is definitely better to go inside and look at the donuts to make your selection. There's tons of variety and tempting choices of sweets to accompany your cup of coffee. My pastry choice was the Boston Cream. It was an amazing, rich, silky, cream filling with a delicious layer of shiny chocolate glaze on top, moist, fresh - magnificent! This is a newer, freestanding building with plenty of free parking. There's also a RaceTrac fuel station next-door. So if you are getting off the I 75 for a pitstop you can get it all done in one stop. Additionally, there are plenty of incentives or perks that Dunkin' Donuts offers to consumers. I downloaded the Dunkin' Donuts app Onto my phone. It's definitely worth making a stop at this Dunkin location if you are near Jacaranda and the I 75. Salute! read more

I went in today to grab a snack and a drink while I sat in store to Study for a test I have coming up... The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and assist me today. Not only was the service was quick but the workers were just so friendly and helpful. The shift manager on duty was the best!! And the worker Evan, was friendly and made me feel super welcomed!! I wish I I could give this place 0 stars. Rolled up to the drive through eager and hungry for a bacon egg and cheese bagel but left with 12 sad munchkins. Girl working the drive through was so incredibly rude and I was shocked for her lack of enthusiasm on National donut day. They also close at 1 pm which isn't there fault but just confused me, they should change their slogan to American Runs on Dunkin from 9am-1pm. Stay away. At 9:00 am I ordered a coffee and bagel. The clerk checked to see what bagels they had and I selected a bagel. Many patrons were coming and going and even one returned because his order was wrong. I waited over 30 minutes, the place was empty and asked "Where's my bagel?" They said that they were out of bagels. I said that I wanted my money back. A woman finally came to the register and fiddled with it for 25 minutes. She handed me back $1.07. I said that I wanted the receipt and the coupon back. She said "NO". I was so upset. I left the place $ 4.00 poorer with no coffee and no bagel. read more

This is hands down the worst Dunkin' Donuts on the planet - at least that I've been to so far. The orders get screwed up and their customer service is screwed up as well. Please don't go there at night and ask for an espresso be added to any drink. The machine will be down (or maybe it's more like they cleaned it too early, but don't want to say that.), however they won't tell you the machine is inoperable when you order. They are happy to give you back your money you paid extra for a shot of espresso, but they are not content to ask you if you would care for a different drink altogether. I had ordered hot chocolate and without the espresso that night, I would have rather had coffee. There is a saying that people use for the Walmart greeter. "Welcome to Walmart now get your stuff and get out." I feel that saying is much more in line with these employees at this Dunkin' Donuts. read more

This was my last time trying Dunkin Donuts. Wife and I walk in 3 people ahead of us and we wait 30 minutes to place our order. One person working the front counter and 4 people working the drive through. What is wrong with that picture? A process is broken somewhere when the lobby is the slowest. I'm disgusted. I found a long hair wrapped around the straw on the inside of my iced coffee this morning. I noticed the hair on the inside of the cup under the lid after I took my first sip- therefore I know it was not mine. This was the last *straw* for me. Terrible experience at Dunkin Donuts (Bird Bay Plaza) in Venice, FL. I have never been spoken to so terribly by someone in any drive-thru in my life. I was mortified by the poor attitude of whoever the woman was that decided it was appropriate to make me wait 10 minutes and then scream at me (in front of my young children) because she didn't know if there were any glazed donuts left, she called me a "TERRIBLE PERSON". This establishment is an embarrassment to the Dunkin' Donuts company and should be ashamed of itself for hiring such a cruel person. I really had worst experienced this morning. Me and my boyfriend go to here every morning,normally it's good except this morning we went to drive thru ordered large hot regular coffee,brown sugar chipotle bacon and hash browns, when we went get the food the lady behind the window was giving our food,after we were ask some extra sugar she just kept saying she can not hear us then we were slowing speak out sugar she was keep saying sugar sugar sugar back to us tried making fun of us. I had gone to this Dunkin 3 days in a row and every single time, my drink was made wrong or the coffee was very old and burnt. I get a caramel iced coffee which in my mind is very basic and didn't think it was that hard to mess it up. I understand if a drink is made wrong once in awhile but 3 times in a row?? Worst Dunkin' Donuts experience EVER. We pulled up to the window to order but before we could even form words to speak, the employee taking our order had yelled at us twice to place our order. I get it, it's New Year's Day and honestly no one wants to be working. But honestly that's zero excuse for having an attitude and being rude to paying customers. All we ordered were a dozen assorted donuts, a half dozen assorted donuts and 2 coffees. Nothing complicated. When we arrived at the window to pay, the male cashier processing our order seemed high while the female (who originally took our order) rolled her eyes and had an even worse attitude when we politely corrected her after she handed us the wrong drinks. When we arrived back at work (we were bringing the donuts to our office who was also working) we realized they had given us half of the same type of donuts and half of another type of same donuts. The worst Dunkin I have EVER been to. I have been there 3 times and each experience has been worse than the last. My most recent and definitely my last time, I ordered a dozen donuts I asked the lady what kind of donuts she had in store (I was in drive thru) she said she wasn't going to tell me what donuts they had I had to come inside to see for myself. I told her I was on my way to work and didn't have time to come in and if she could just please tell me what she had, she refused and when I asked her why she said "I don't feel like it." I told her she should re-evaluate her attitude and tone if she were going to continue working in a customer service industry and then I rode off. When I was passing the drive thru window she yelled out "fuck you!" I just wish I would've gotten her name. 10/10 would not recommend! The other times I went my coffees were messed up COMPLETELY after repeating SEVERAL times what I wanted. Worst drive-thru I have ever been to and an embarrassment to the company and their normally competent employees. We pulled in at 7 AM on Sunday morning to order one glazed doughnut and one iced coffee. The car ahead of us appeared to be taking forever to order but then it became clear no one had even helped her yet. When we finally moved forward, same thing happened to us. We sat a few minutes at the ordering screen with NO greeting before I finally asked if we could order. Told me she had to finish ringing someone out first before she could help me which took another few minutes. Not my problem but figured maybe they were very busy or she was alone. When we finally pulled up to get our order, there were two other staff members with her and no one in the store. Literally NO ONE. Not one person. No excuse at all for taking so long. She handed me our donut + ice coffee which was amazingly correct - told me "Have a good night" and closed the window on me. It was 7:15 AM!
