Yeah almond milk is available at Dunkin! I got a great decaf iced coffee with almond milk - incredible! Hubby ordered a beverage and donut. I felt like i needed a snack but didn't want a donut. This Duncan is great! I have no idea why it has only a couple of stars on Yelp. Being new to the area, I was kind of nervous looking at the rating and figured it might be outdated. Gave it a try.... Totally sweet staff and super efficient for a busy Sunday morning. They had a lot of employees working and let me tell you the place was packed and the drive thru line was long. Inside had a good vibe and I didn't mind the short wait for my iced mocha latte. The store is clean and remodeled and there is ample parking. Get your sugar fix here! read more

I'm not sure how a closing of 4pm means that the doors are locked and lights are off at 3:30. Pretty disappointing that Dunkin is losing out on business because their workers don't feel like working the last half hour. It wouldn't be a huge issue if the girl outside didn't scream at us twice that they were closed despite acknowledging her the first time and just throwing out garbage before returning to the vehicle. Very slow, staff is clearly checked out, and it's the worst coffee I've had from a Dunkin in my life - just burnt and nasty.

Placed an online order to be picked up at 6:35 am so my kids had breakfast before school. i got there around said time to pick my order up. The doors were locked. There were two employees inside so i knocked on the glass to get one of there attention. she saw me and three other people waiting by the door and just waved us off. apparently they were only taking people thru the drive thru. Normally that wouldn't be a problem however there drive thrue is very small and very hard to get full size trucks thru. finally a manager showed up and apologized saying employees didnt show up for work wich was fine however after letting us in a rude comment was made that was not needed. mean while the breakfast that i spent 35.00 on was cold. i have been a regular here for sometime and usually get the same thing. after this visit i can say for certain there won't be any more trips to this dunkin. read more

On the West Coast in Los Angeles I don't get a chance to go to Dunkin' Donuts very often, so I'm usually very happy when I see one. However this, was a horrible experience. First I ordered combo number five, they only give me five tater tots. Now I know this sounds stupid, but there with me, when you pay for something, you expect the equivalent amount of service. The manager, instead decided to argue with me that I got enough tater tots, and made a big scene, whenever I'm just asking if I can get a few more. As far as I can tell, this is the only place in walking distance of downtown where you can get a bagel. Now...is it actually five-star good? No, it's still just a franchise.
