I love this Dunkin' and I go exactly once a week. Some people are complaining about the man running the drive thru, but those of us that know know he is the definition of efficiency. He is nice, but if you suck at ordering his tone may sound a little patronizing to you. Good. If you place a mobile order, there is no wait - welcome to 2022. I swear if you all get this staff in trouble with your whining on Yelp and make my orders more difficult with new staff (It is now "See you at the window, name", I'll picket to get their jobs back. They're the best, drive thru man is one of my favorite people, and if you all knew how to order fast without holding up the line you too could be greeted by name and given your order in 30 seconds tops. I only ordered two items and both items were filled incorrectly. I ordered a blueberry muffin, but received a chocolate chip muffin instead. I also ordered a chocolate doughnut with chocolate frosting, but received a long John with chocolate frosting. There was a communication problem, but I went to great lengths to specify the chocolate doughnut with chocolate frosting. Beware of this place. I will avoid in the future. read more

Came here for coffee in the late morning and I used the drive through. It was probably the quickest drive through experience I've ever had. They got the order right, they were quick, and the coffee was on point. It is slightly tricky driving out onto President, but if you're careful you should be good. This location is also 24 hour drive through which is great if you need coffee in the middle of the night. read more

My biggest complaint is that the drive thru gets really backed up onto Roosevelt and is generally really slow moving. The parking lot is also kind of dicey. Other than that, it is a pretty standard Dunkin Donuts. The employees are always nice enough. I must say after living in New England I'm a huge fan for Dunkin. I actually don't drink coffee but love their hot tea and my son loves their donuts. My problem with this location is that they are 50/50 with getting our orders right. When we called back to say our order was wrong they suggested checking our order and drinks before we leave. For a cheap wake-up cup of coffee, this is the place to go. It's convenient, much less expensive than Starbucks & quicker too. My favorite drink is the French Vanilla iced coffee. I used to not like coffee until I tried this flavor & became addicted. Now I'm stopping by for a regular coffee run once a week, at least. I'm also a huge fan of their cinnamon rolls & glazed donuts. They're a great treat for a portion of the cost of what it'd be at a bakery. I'm not crazy about their girl scout cookie drinks. It was a great idea in theory, but leaves much to be desired in terms of tasting like the cookie products. I would much rather buy a box of cookies than drink a cup of calories that hardly tastes like what you'd expect. There was an older man serving us through drive through at about 11pm and he was very rude. He asked us to repeat our two drinks several Times and then still got them wrong. We also wanted a smoothie and he said we couldn't get it because he already cleaned the machine, so we ordered a frozen hot chocolate and he said we couldn't get anything frozen. You just can't beat $1 iced coffee from 3-6 pm. I wish this deal would last longer than it does. DD iced coffee is my favorite. Plus they have a ton of options for add-ins - cream, milk, sugar, lots of flavors both sweetened and unsweetened. We hit up the drive-through at this location. Ok. This place is open 24/7, which is a huge perk. Have you seen Wheaton? It's a dead town past 8 PM. You need a pick me up? Good luck finding a decent place other than here. You're a college student staying up all night because you spent the past week playing Overwatch and now have a midterm which you cannot fail? Dunkin' is here for you. The staff are nice. They are very quick in the morning, too, so if you need to stop on your commute, they will get you in and out in a jiffy. I created a Yelp account just leave this review. The employee who was working the window today, 8/27/21, was actively bleeding from her knuckles and arms. I knew they were actively bleeding because blood was smeared near the wounds. She was handling food and making coffee. I saw her whole hand in a cup when she was trying to separate two cups. I've been coming to this location for years and have never had a problem; I don't even mind the curmudgeon guy who works the drive-thru...I just make sure to have my order straight before ordering!! Since I was in the drive-thru I didn't want to hold up the line, so I called the location to let management know and no one picked up the phone; I called 4xs. I'm never going back to that location because if they allow someone with open wounds to handle food, what do they allow behind the scenes? read more

This DD location seems fairly new judging by the orderliness and cleanliness of the place (y'know, no cracked floors or walls or whathaveyou) and is a convenient drive away from COD for all you students! On the corner of President and Roosevelt, you have the option of going in or drive-thru. Same product as any DD, staff seemed nice (or at least willing to put up with my indecisive man), and like I said: clean. We sat their and chatted for at least an hour and never had any complaints about clientele, employees, coffee or donuts, or anything else. I go to this Dunkin all the time and it upsets me how different it is now. It is under a new management as of a week ago. This location use to have a 24 hour drive thru and now it does not. They all of a sudden close at 10 pm without telling people. I went through the drive thru at 930 and the girl goes sorry we close at 10 everything is shut down. I'm sorry there is still a half hour left how could you shut down that early. I'm also very disappointed how unprofessional they have been because I went yesterday at well at 9 and all their donuts were thrown out I go you guys still have an hour left. This is the best Dunkin in the area. The staff is always really friendly and very kid tolerant. It's a family tradition to come to dunkin on Saturday mornings! When I'm feeling that afternoon drag I come to dunkin after 2:00pm for a $1 medium ice or hot coffee. The doughnuts are hit and miss. Some days they are a bit stale and other times moist and fresh. They rotate a couple doughnut flavors with the season to keep the selection new and exciting. Their good deals and friendly atmosphere keeps me coming back. read more

Once, like a year or two ago around Christmas time, I came here with a friend at night. Before we ordered, the power on the whole block went out. There was a cute teenage boy wearing elf ears manning the counter, and when we joked about hopping the counter in the dark and stealing donuts, he said he would let us. He ended up giving us our donuts for free since the power wasn't coming back. I guess this is a review and a missed connection with that cute kid, because we still talk about him and he's kind of a legend to us now.
