Pretty much every chain store is the same, right? Well this Dunkin' (still kind of sad that they dropped the word donuts from their name) is pretty darn attractive on the outside, at least. Too bad they didn't carry the design effort into the inside. It can be really challenging to sign this place the first time because there is very limited signage allowed in this area. Highly recommend turning the GPS on the first time with the actual address. I did order ahead, and it was ready when I walked up. I had some extra time so I hung out in the seating area. It's not very attractive, and the vinyl seats are a bit sticky. If the seating area was nice I would give 5 stars. I have to say extra nice things about the staff, as I wasn't happy with my beverage, and the nice bearded employee (no nametag but very friendly) remade it quickly. (Edit: I heard another guest call him Jamie?!) My pumpkin munchkins were okay - it was afternoon so they weren't totally fresh but not terrible. Dunkin' has a good rewards plan in the app, so my snack trip was only $1.05 plus tip. TL/dr: fancy outside normal inside with nice staff. read more

Some people have told me that Dunkin is a religion. As someone who's lived primarily on the West Coast, I had the fortune of visiting my first Dunkin' Donut location. The location did not look like a traditional Dunkin', matter of fact it looked like a bank that was converted into a Dunkin' but walking in, you could instantly smell the sweetness. It was ever so strong. My colleague ordered a Boston Creme donut with custard filling and to his chagrin, it was shaped like a pumpkin and miniaturized. He was not too happy. I knew that being a vegan, there was not going to be a chance for me to have a vegan donut and that's okay but I felt ever so lucky to notice in the upper right corner of the breakfast that Avocado toast is available. Thankfully, I had internet access and had to verify what my eyes saw. I surely did not want to be deceived. I didn't want to fall victim to the vegan mirage from a distance. Verified on Google and on Dunkin's website that the Avocado toast is vegan, and I ordered with minimal expectations. It was placed in a box that was in a bag and I opened it to see this concoction in its full splendor. Granted Chef Gordon Ramsey would not have approved of the presentation but speaking honestly, over the whole of today, Wednesday, this Avocado toast from Dunkin' was the single best thing I ate today and that includes stops at Gabriele's Bar & Grill Piscataway, NJ and Scalini Fedeli in Chatham. Those reviews are coming, and boy they will be extra juicy. Make sure to have your bowl of popcorn ready. Woohee! The avocado toast has your run-of-the-mill guacamole but the everything seasoning on the top with a lightly toasted slice of bread was just Goldilocks. It hit the spot. For all my friends, If you happen upon a Dunkin' and want something besides a donut or their coffee, Avocado toast may be for you. The best place to stop before a long drive north or south coming from Newtown, this DD is hidden in the office/hotel complex next to the Hampton Inn, right of Rt. 95. The coffee is decent (far better than the coffee @ the other DD in Newtown), and the staff organized and efficient. While I am not a fan of their baked goods, push come to shove, I can be found with breakfast sandy or toasted bagel in my possession. My 13 year old goes for milk and a couple of glazed rounders. All in all, a reasonably tasty coffee at a good price, with a smiling face. I don't need more than that at a caffeine oasis. read more

Be warned - the cashiers are borderline thieves at this Dunkin' Donuts! Case in point: if you are owed change - for example $3 - the cashiers will give you back $2 in dollar bills, and the third dollar will come back to you in coins. Here's the criminal/slick move: when they physically return your change, they will give you back only $2 in bill form, and then they will proceed to deposit your $1 change in coins, directly into their tip jar. I finally realized what they were doing, after this happened to me more than one time. They need to earn their tips - not steal them. Thus, I will never return to this Dunkin' Donuts again. A tricky little place to find! It's in the corporate park kind of in the middle... I definitely drove up and down the street before I figured out where it was. I keep returning to this DD location for the quality of products and speed. The coffee tastes more flavorful than any other DD in the area and the breakfast wraps are cooked just right. While most of the employees at this location are outstanding, the one guy you interact with at the cashier is far from it. You'll be able to distinguish him based on his demeanor. It seems like others here have encountered him as well. I found him to be downright rude when taking my order, followed by confrontational when he gave me the wrong order despite providing proof. He went as far as generating a fake receipt. It's a shame that one person can drag this great location down. This place is a bit hard to find. You need to turn onto Stony Hill Rd, and then take the first left into the industrial park. The Dunkin Donuts actually looks just like the other office buildings, so don't be fooled. Service was mediocre, and my bagel was only half toasted with hardly any cream cheese. Great service at this DD's close to I-95. We encountered two young people working on a snowy evening and they had our drinks ready within minutes (we were the only two people in there). This location is clean, warm and cozy (with a TV and a few chairs although they can't control the TV so it's usually on something no one wants to watch) and beyond that it's the same as every DD's - below average food and average coffee/teas. read more

Some places nail your order, some do not. This location is always prompt and always gets my order right the first time. I stop in twice a week and I'm always greeted by happy, familiar faces. I am usually up early and this is one of the only places around to order breakfast, so I visit here often. It's a clean store with fast service, but the employees are literally incapable of getting my order right. If you visit this location you absolutely need to double check your order before leaving. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they get my order wrong 75% of the time, despite the fact that I can see them entering my order correctly into the computer. At first I didn't mind the mixups considering that much of the staff seem to have immigrated to the U.S. and English likely isn't their first language. But no, even the staff members who were clearly born in the U.S. will get the order wrong. Pardon my language, but the staff here just does not give a !&@# about your order. If this is the DD next to 95 in the business complex I have the right one. The food and coffee are fine and everything is organized and clean. However, the man that does not wear a uniform and works the cash register is terrible. He visually became upset when I ordered my coffee. He wants me to order my coffee in his way. However, I order my coffee my way in 2 other DDs and no one ever has a problem. This man became upset on two separate visits before the third time he almost snapped on me. A customer should be able to order their coffee how they want to and not feel threatened. An employee should never make a customer feel threatened. I was actually a little afraid of this guy.
