I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

For backstory: We had a leak coming into our home for a few months before their service. Since they offered a complete evaluation of the roof and gutter area, I decided to go with this team. When they finished, I reached out to receive their report via email. It came back saying everything was in good shape, so we had a contractor come out to take another look. Turns out the repair needed was so obvious to the contractor (from two stories below) that he didn't even have to use his drone to evaluate the damage. It's hard to wonder how these professionals missed such a glaring problem. Just yesterday, we had a handyman come out to do the repair and while up on the roof they noted that we even had a tile completely broken in half just above the damage to the soffet and fascia (of which you could see from below). In a sentence: This team cleans gutters, if you are in need of a reliable inspection/maintenance evaluation--I suggest you go with someone else.

The guys showed up right on time, and immediately set to work. My new doors were installed in about 3 hours and now I'm just sitting back taking in the compliments. The best part is, they just happened to have a trim in the truck that matched my siding! It was going to be white (like the door), but the matching trim really makes the door look spectacular. My front hall is a lot lighter now, thanks to those glorious windows. All in all, I'm very pleased with the style of my door, and the work they did was very professional. Believing they were part of that program, my fiance called Homefix about replacinc 9 windows a sliding patio door. Their prices are high and they try to make them sound like a bargain. Dealing with them is like dealing with a used car. The sales people are 100% commission and it shows. Classic high pressure tactics and high prices. Despite my rule of not signing a contract without three bids in hand, I got sucked into signing a contract. When I tried to cancel it the next business day, I was given the runaround and had to drive to their headquarters to get it cancelled. Even then, we got email harassing us for cancelling the contract. The salesperson was slick and kept trying to sell me their "top of the line window" (I don't think they really sell anything else). Lots of calls to the sales manager for discounts on that window. Their top of the line are cheap Slocomb windows that are inferior, low end windows with cheap coil balances. Yes, they are the largest manufacturer of windows east of the Rockies, but their window designs are stuck in the 90's. Their primary customers are big outfits like Homefix. The sample window was unfinished with a bunch of waste plastic on the weld seams. Even after all the discounts they were almost twice the price of any other company that sold far superior mondern windows.
