The very next day the second heating system I had in an addition failed. I was distraught!! Net Zero gave me a great quote..several thousands less than other HVAC. What they did not tell me that they were only electric heating contractors. So after paying $12,000.00 for installation I now pay an electric bill of $1000.00 a month in the winter. They walked by a brand new gas system in my home..disengaged a second gas heating 50 feet away and installed a unit that is costing me a thousand dollars a month. Not one of the employees ...installers. or project estimators...addressed what a poor and unkind decision this was. Now I have to redo my heating system...sell my house...unable to retire . Would they do the same to their mothers..grandmothers? This is a sad and sorry company. Yes I know I'm a stupid elderly woman with no recourse from people like this. I just hope this warns others to avoid this snake company.

Instead I was told they can do free estimate. Worst than that - before I finished my talking I was hang up. He even called on Thanksgiving Day to ensure everything was satisfactory. A few years ago, I told him the 20-year-old AC unit finally needed to be replaced ... he repaired it for about $200; he could have easily sold me a new unit. This year, I choose to replace both AC units (24+ and 15+ years old) before they ceased to function when summer arrived, and called M&M. The base needed to be rebuilt, and they arranged for that, as well as installation of the new units. They always respond quickly and the work is impeccable, and I feel I can trust their honesty.

They've been great.. up until recently, when they started advertising on TV! I'm on Automatic Delivery and I noticed that my Oil Tank Levels have gotten quite low before they've come to fill the tank the last couple of months. This month it's even worse! I called them on Thursday because my tank was showing less than 1/8 Tank. I was worried about running out of oil and my pipes freezing in this extremely cold weather. They assured me I'd have oil delivered by Saturday. It never happened! Currently, my oil tank gauge is reading "Empty"! I called again today, Saturday Afternoon at 3:30 pm. I got the answering service who told me the office was closed but that a service technician would call me back. It is now 7:40 PM and I still haven't heard back from them. A call back would be nice, so that I can get an update and/or if I need to call someone else to deliver fuel! Not knowing is the worst part! My anxiety is Over the Top right now because running out of oil and losing my heat (as well as damage to my heating system) is just hours away because of their INCOMPETENCE! This is totally UNACCEPTABLE & UNNECESSARY!
