The rice was extremely dry and had clearly been overcooked or sitting around for a very long time. It was pretty much inedible. The beans were good at least. The chicken in the enchiladas was so dry you could probably grow a cactus in it. The flavors of the enchiladas were highly muted by the extremely dry chicken.
