This place is dangerous to your pockets and maybe even health, hahaha.. everything is great and their selection of snacks are overwhelming! I couldn't decide what I wanted and what I shouldn't get because they're unhealthy for me. We walked around all over and bought a lot of snacks. They also have drinks, instant ramen or noodle of some sort, beauty care, hobbies, and there is a public restroom. The service was like a normal market, we walked around looking at all the snacks not knowing where anything was. We didn't ask for any assistance because it was our first time and we just wanted to see what was in the aisles. During check out, there were only 2 lines left. It was a little hard to see where the line stood, but we just fofollowed the others in front of us. If you buy over $100 worth of snacks or become a member, you get discounted prices. read more

Whenever I visit SoCal, I always try to look for imported snacks that we can't find anywhere else. I've visited other establishments known for snacks thanks to influencers promoting on instagram such as Resco Food Service and GoGoSonic. Duoduo Snacks is located at Diamond Plaza and is surrounding by many popular restaurants and shops. So don't be surprised if finding parking is a bit tough during peak hours. I believe it took over the old Gen location (according to my friend). The establishment itself is not huge but it has, by far, the best snack selection I've seen. They have a whole aisle of imported Lay's from China, Taiwan, Thailand, etc. I had a ball throwing a variety of bags into my cart. They also have different corn snacks/chips, ice creams, drinks, tofu snacks, etc in the other aisle. They also have blind boxes if you're interested in those. Prices are pretty fair compared to other places I've been to. If you spend over $100, you do get 20% off but I think they also charge a credit card fee if you pay by credit card (according to one of the signs). The only down part is there may be a language barrier with the cashiers. They either speak no English or very minimal English. Apparently they do have a membership system but it's all through WeChat. I did sign up but I have no clue how it works beyond signing up. Overall, I really enjoyed the selection at DuoDuo and will definitely visit again. Will have to dine at one of the restaurants in the plaza and then do a shopping spree at DuoDuo next time! read more

Duo Duo is great place for Asian snacks, but I go there for the collection toys they sells. If you join their free membership you get more discounts. If you pay cash you get 20% off. I purchased Mr.Pa panda series vest and it is cheaper than and where just because of the discounts they have. Trust me if you into popmart toys and blind box pick, this is your place. Some of my friends told me that there's a big Chinese snack store just opened recently and we finally checked it out after we had dinner at the Garden Bistro. This Duo Duo Snacks is located at the back of Diamond Plaza in Rowland Heights (next to Chubby Cattle). They have a lot of varieties of snacks and they also have some cute products such as household products and toys. However, the layout of the store is a bit confusing. It was so crowded on the weekend so it caused me a headache. I was also frustrated that some of the food items were without pricing or the labels were not big enough. They also have many products only described in Chinese so it can be confusing to someone who doesn't know Chinese such as my hubby. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any snacks that we like though. read more

If you are craving snacks from Asian country, this is the one place I definitely recommend. They have variety of snacks from sweet to salty. Not to mention that there is a section for toys, crafts, and basic necessities. One thing that is a hit or miss would be the chips, especially with their vast variety of flavors. I would also like to mention that with the different times that I have gone here, there would be new snacks or some would be out stock. Please note that there is only 3 register for such a large store. So checking out would time some time. read more

This place popped up while browsing tiktok and I wanted to see what kind of unique snacks they offered. It was a decent size, but the selection itself wasn't really doing it for me. The prices, as expected wasn't the cheapest, but I'm sure there were places that sold some of these items for more. I only ended up trying this gummy grape candy, a watermelon looking bread, and a pork belly flavored lays. The grape gummies were good, but the other two weren't really my thing. After visiting once, I don't see myself coming back. read more

At first glance, DuoDuo Snacks can be a bit overwhelming. But it really does have a great selection of sweet and savory snacks (and that includes instant noodles too!). Freezers in the store's back hold a decent ice cream selection, and there truly is a fantastic collection of drinks in the back as well. For those crazy about blind boxes, they have some popmart and Nanci selection which are relatively similar in price to the actual popmart in South Coast. I will have to say that a con is that the parking lot gets full really quickly especially in the evening, but DuoDuo snacks is worth it to check out if you're in the area~ read more

We saw this new store open in the plaza that we just ate at so we went inside to check it out. There were so many choices of Asian snacks, drinks, beauty products and toys to choose from. I picked up the Lays roasted skewered lamb flavor and some other shrimp flavored ones. Also, I got the strawberry ice cream cone that I always seen in the convenience shops in Japan, which tasted so good. If you truly love getting snacks, this is the place to shop. I saw two other families ahead of me easily spend over $50 to get a chance and spin the wheel to get a gift. The lines weren't loon since they just opened, but the workers there were friendly and quick with their service. You can also sign up for a membership by giving your phone number too. Right before you exit there's a cute bench and photo op you can take pictures too. read more

Fun place to shop for unique snacks :) It's like Costco but more Asian snacks. There is one comment that I would like to bring up. The cashier who helped us last time was being incredibly rude. He did not handle the items carefully; each time he scanned the items he just tossed or threw them to the side instead of gently pushing them to the side. He even dropped several of the scanned items because he threw an item and everything fell over the counter. read more

I came for the blind boxes instead of the Asian snacks and they have an amazing selection for a good price!! I've been wanting to get a couple specific Nanci series for soo long and I was SOOOO happy that this store carries them!! This is a great place for Asian blind boxes, especially considering how long ordering and shipping would take. This place is a gem! True to its name, there are SO many snacks from China at this store. If you've wanted to try peach-flavored Oreo, you can get it here. There's also all sorts of chips, coffee, and different drinks and frozen sweets as well. All in all, if you've wanted to ever try any Chinese/Asian sweets or snacks, you gotta come here. Service is great, and staff are very friendly. There's also a whole section of knick-knacks and even blind box figurines too, and they're all genuine. You can also get some household appliances/personal effects like hair ties, combs, and cosmetics as well. Overall, it's a fantastic experience and I highly recommend going. There's a deli and hot foods section, a bakery section, there's a section for camping and fishing, an automotive section, outdoors gardening section, pharmacy, and photos for passports and developing photos. It can get super busy here, especially since they have their own gas station now and the fact that it's near a super busy intersection and near freeway exits. I usually try to park at the periphery since there's o many people. Don't get me started on the past Black Friday's that I've shopped here (only to get a touch lamp). It can get super disorganized in here, again, with a lot of people and items being picked up and placed any which way. Many Walmarts don't have the item price scanner anymore (not sure if this one does, but I couldn't easily find any and this may be a ploy to get workers to interact with people, eugh). I'm also not a fan of self check out not having Apple Pay tap to pay and instead a QR code to scan, opens your Walmart account and checks out. Might have just been my lane only, but fairly annoying. Not a fan of these upgrades and prefer how things were, but I guess that goes with the changing of times. Deals and sales can go hard here if you dig around and if you want cheap snacks, home goods, seasonal items, etc. the Walmart brand is a good go to.

As of now, I'm mostly here to go to Chubby Mart if friends desire, Junbi if I'm feeling it (but there's so many stronger matcha contenders out there these days), T-Swirl Crepes if I'm feeling crepes, All that and Dim Sum (sometimes they have pretty good deals here), and I plan on going back to Sushi Yuen one day. The moonware shop is nice to look through for household, kitchen, utensils, ceramic and other goods and gifts. And I know that the JJ Bakery, Monja Taiker (I had a bad experience with the one deeper in SG), are popular here. It can get quite fisted and parking can get busy, at the top layer, but you can also park in the back and in the garage pit. Decent range of prices in where you want to go eat from the somewhat cheaper dim sum and bakery to the higher end sushi omakase and AYCE hot pot and BBQ. I stopped by Duo Duo Snacks and immediately realized I could probably spend an entire afternoon here just wandering around and looking at everything. They carry a HUGE variety of snacks and goodies from all over Asia, so if you've ever wanted to explore Asian snacks without actually having to book a flight to each country... this is your spot! I had to practice some serious self-control because I could've easily walked out with half the store. Thankfully, I only picked up a few things because we're over here trying to save some calories LOL. And how cute is it that they even offer a $0.20 reusable cloth bag?! I have had nothing but great experiences at DuoDuo Snacks! The customer service here is top notch- the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with questions you have. They will help you to find a specific product or recommend you with their best sellers-- they really exceed the expectations. Before I went I did see some reviews on IG and Tik Tok saying that some products are expired. But upon checking with DuoDuo's staff, it turned out some of the snacks came from Asia, and it usaully shows a manufacture date along with a shelf life instead of the "best before" date we are used to seeing in the U.S. After the explaination from their staff, I felt the initial concern was a misunderstanding after all. I really enjoyed all the snacks and food and there's no issue with freshness whatsoever. I would probably come back and revisit next week, the product selection to the blind box toys are so FIRE!!!! read more

Currently shopping here for the first time, and I'm honestly impressed! This place is so much fun to walk around. They have a huge variety of Asian snacks and drinks that you don't typically find at a regular Asian grocery store. There are so many unique items to browse, and it was hard not to keep adding things to our basket! They also have claw machines, which made the visit even more fun. We originally stopped by just to kill some time while waiting for our dinner reservation, but we ended up leaving with a bunch of snacks. I'll definitely be coming back, and I also found out they have another location in Temple City that I can't wait to check out. So many great businesses that have come and gone and so many years of my life spent here, great memories, sad memories, and memories with people who are no longer in my life. When I had to live in the horrific midwest, I would await the day I get to visit Diamond Plaza again. But that's just rose colored glasses. Yes, lots of businesses and some really good eateries have come and gone (crazy that Gen and Ten Ren's got eliminated), but now the plaza is SUPER FISTED. Probably due to the Chubby Cattle and the popularity of the other places to grab dinner and go to the Duo Duo Snacks. I used to be able to finesse parking in the back area or to the side near the freeway, but now you have to circle around much more often and the parking pit can't guarantee anything to you. Alongside parking being a PvP zone and no regard for human life, you gotta really watch yourself. I'm glad Sul and Beans is still around and that regardless of all the changes, you can always guarantee that there's good food here. I have never seen this at other H Mart locations so that makes this unique. There's also Tous les Jours, luxury K beauty storefront, Kimbap shop, savory foods, and some of these businesses keep swapping out and changing. RIP Cheesetella. Good selection of produce and meats. Love the deli area with lots of kimchi and banchan that you can get to go. Seafood section is really fresh and you can get sashimi there as well. I'm a fan of the snacks area and instant noodles and on the weekends they have samples sometimes. Prices can vary, usually not too bad, but with so many Chinese markets that now offer a lot of the same instant noodles (my main thing to purchase), it ight be best to compare and shop around.
