Some of the other reviews are fake. They say Duran's messed up their A/C?! Duran's doesn't touch A?C! They never have since I started going her in 2012. Brakes, Used tires, Alignment, some front end work, replace a starter or an alternator. That's it. Somebody complained that they spent hours doing a smoke test for a leak?! totally fake. Duran would never do that. Keep it simple and save some money. Duran's does so much business they don't have time to rip anyone off. They're too busy working hard. read more

Vary disappointed! Went there to fix my break master cylinder but after my ac stoped working.I went back to ask what went wrong they denied to even look into it. They behaved really bad.Either they steal staff from car or they don't know what they are doing. Not recommended! read more

Do not make the mistake of taking your car to this place. 1st of all they get the parts from Payless which is the car dollar store than charge you 3x times the price . 2nd they do terrible work and if you have a problem with the work they play dumb. I spent $1000 on a repair and I'm very disappointed. Unless your Latino I advise you to avoid this place even if you break down in front of it. read more

Wow... thats all I have to say as of rn because I am trulyyyy speechles... I went into to these guys simply to get a quote on how much it would cost to either patch up my exhaust orrr if need be buy and install a flex pipe, as my pipe had a hole in it.. I made it veryyyy clear to him before my car even went up on the lift that I'm just looking for prices rn and I'm not looking to get work done today. He said ok.. I went to mcds down the street to grab a drink and when i returned to the shop I see one of the guys cutting my exhaust!!!! I was so confused and I went into the office and asked him what is his guy doing and he went outside and basically started arguing with him in Spanish. I understand spanish very well I'm fluent, he basically told him why would you do that? I didn't tell you to start working in the car!! The kid came in looking for a price first I never said to work in the car!! The mechanic just said "ohh " then they both looked at me with a dumb face... The boss the. Walked past me and said I'm going to give you the price of the parts now.. long story short he gave me the price of the part plus the labor which was wayyy too high and I told him I would let him know that I'm going to shop around but what about my exhaust that your boy cut up?? He then looked at me with a stumbled face like he didn't know what to say. He then went over to the mechanic that cut it up and said in Spanish, I'm assuming thinking he didn't understand, and he said ur Gonna have to put the exhaust pipe back on somehow just weld it or w.e idc what you do just throw that "shit" on n that's it"... I kid you not then he looked back and smiled and me and said he's gonna put it back on. He put it back on so half assed any long story short I will neverrr be coming here again not even would I recommend anyone to come here as they were very disrespectful, and clearlyyyy careless.. It seems like they were just trying to pull a fast one cause they saw I was young and were trying to take advantage. We drove the car in on a Sunday with check engine light and oil light on- they indicated is was a CAM shaft sensor problem. The car was not towed in as they indicated to out credit card company. In less than 2 hours, on a Sunday, they claim to have received the new sensor from the supplier and repaired the car. 15 min after leaving the service station we had the same problem. Our local mechanic diagnosed the problem immediately as a failing oil pump and the car needed a new engine. Be careful in doing business with Duran auto repair shop. Monitor the work carefully- something we did not do and paid the price. If it's too good to be true it probably isn't . read more

If I could give no stars I would because they don't deserve any stars at all!!! Highly disappointed in this place I brought it here for a simple leak couple hundred dollars later and it's still not fixed took 3 hours to smoke the car when other places take 20 minutes tops .You have to leave the car all day and tells me they didn't check it they just thought it was a simple leak which it was not that simple! My experience with this shop . Very nice staff until I had to leave my car . I called in advance to make sure they repaired AC's in cars , and was told yes to bring it in .I was meet by Joel who advised me that he would first have to fill it to check if there was a leak I had to drive the car around and if the AC stops I had to bring it back and he then will check it total cost $65 dollars . AC stopped brought my car back in on a Wednesday my car was at shop all day . I get a phone call to be told that he ran out of liquid they use to check AC . Ok I said no problem . Thursday I get a phone call saying he still is working on car it should be done by 4pm . I let him know I will be at work and will not be able to pick up my car until Friday (did not get one phone call the rest of Thursday) . Friday I called in at 10 30am to be told my car is STILL NOT ready and this time he has /ordered the wrong part and blames the "3 party he uses " and can not give me a time it will be ready . I'm only writing this review because of the man that thinks it's ok to justify poor customer service . The total job cost my 395 . Plus 150 worth of Uber I had to take all the days his shop made "a mistake " I will not be doing buisness with this shop and would not recommend it . read more
