Ladies, I've found my stylist! A few days ago I had my first curly cut done my Dustin. I wasn't sure on how to find one I can trust, but after I read all his reviews I knew this was it for me. Just off this one cut my hair already feels so much more healthier and voluminous. From start to finish my experience was amazing and he even got me in with a same-day appt. Not only does he make he feel comfortable and like your at home in the very cute and trendy salon but he has the knowledge and skill to go along with that hospitality! One thing I really appreciate about Dustin is that he really gets to know you and your personality to help you figure out the best styling techniques and style to rock your curly locks. I'm back to update the review I left about a month ago. Dustin reached out to me this week to see if we can remedy the situation. He did offer to schedule me, but I was not interested. I declined. Dustin did take the initiative to reach back out to me after the last attempt & offered solutions. I am thankful for that. We agreed that I would be reimbursed for just the color. To end, I'm glad to have recovered some of the expensive & I appreciated the integrity he displayed while we talked about making this right. So Dustin is super awesome and a great guy. My problem is with whatever is is being taught of how to cut curly hair. I explained in the beginning I don't like face framing layers and that I wanted more volume in the back. That I don't like short in the front and long in the back. Somehow after feeling like I was comfortable I ended up with what looks like the ugly stage of growing out bangs. Plenty of people seem happy going here but I'd suggest anyone who wants to keep they're length looking good from all angles should not.
