Wife and I passing through Astoria on the cruise and desperately needed a pick-me-up. How convenient this stand is located just a couple blocks from the pier! Without a vehicle we walked through the car lane and did not get any grief from the employees. Quite a few drive thru places do not serve walk-ups, but only one issue: No walk-up window! We ordered lattes and a blended frozen drink for my little guy. The staff was so friendly! Needing some clothing items they were helpful with pointing us in the best direction for stores and even contact information for a cab. Three beverages for $11 which is quite a bit less than the competition. The blend was smooth and mixed perfectly with the milk for a delightful overall taste without the nasty aftertaste of other brands. All of us enjoyed our beverages and will return to other Dutch Bros locations in the future. A girl from my home state of California was our server and outstanding attitude! Thanks again! read more

It just seems that once you leave western WA and go over the mountains or south in Oregon, no one knows how to make coffee. We stopped here at about 6am Sunday morning and I got my normal iced mocha with 3 shots and my gf gone her caramel macchiato. once we left and were on our way south on 101 and tasted our drinks, we were very disappointed. Mine tasted like it maybe, had 2 shots and the macchiato tasted like warm mile with caramel. I was hoping to come across another Dutch Bros in the near distance so I could buy some more shots to be added to our lame drinks. Sorry I tipped them....waste of $11 especially since I ended up throwing most of mine out by the time we reached Cannon Beach. read more

First time ever going to Dutch Bros and Allen was AMAZING!! We will definitely be back because of the fantastic customer service he gave! Once he found out it was our first time he reviewed the menu with us and even shared some background info about the company. We were SO happy that there were so many sugar free options!!! Sometimes you just wanna go somewhere where everyone knows your name. This is Dutch Bros. This place and the employees and the product cheer me up almost every day. They care, we laugh, we cry, we drink coffee and talk about life all through short little drive thru visits. Their coffee and Ray of sunshine is so good that no other coffee before or after can hold a candle. My entire family LOVES Dutch Bros!!! I'm not telling you about the sticker secret, I have enough competition for one of those already lol. You'll have to ask them yourself . Even though the drinks are in my opinion the best in the area, it's not the only reason I frequent this place, I honestly feel as if they care, and unlike some other people, nobody at Dutch Bros has ever made me feel bad no matter what I answer when they ask how I am today. Dutch Bros has been with me through birthdays, dates, hires and fires, gains and losses, and they never forget who I am. A couple employees (super sweet girls) even know what I want before I ask based simply on my facial expression. I'm going to give this a 5 because not only was my latte GREAT! So was the service. I've never been to a coffee drive thru like this and it's very popular and everywhere in Oregon. This was my first time here and because the staff knew it was, they gave me my first latte on the house. They made me feel welcome and the latte was great. I will say the line was long but this seems to be the norm in the area in the morning. read more

Handed me a Frost that was spilling over and dripping with no napkins. My car and pants got hit pretty bad before I was able to get my own napkins from my glovebox. My drink was ridiculously sweetened and I couldn't stomach it. I've had the same flavor at other Dutch Bros locations with no issues. Definitely not coming back. read more

I appreciate good coffee, but I reaaaally appreciate good service. My friend and I stopped by this drive-thru for our normal, "Americano's" during a weekend trip to the Coast. It was St. Patricks day, and the guys making our coffee started talking to us like Irish Pirates, LMFAO. It was a great, quick coffee experience. My last morning in Astoria. I stopped to get a coffee at this drive thru. Josh was working the window and couldn't have been more of a kind dude. This was our first time at Dutch bros. we have heard great things from our friends and thought we would try it! The staff was fun, playing loud music and dancing and quickly making our wonderful drinks which they gave to us for free for our first time trying their coffee! Love this place! read more

I'm surprised this coffee stand has such high reviews. We stopped today on our way through to the Oregon coast. The girl that took our order was very sweet, but that's where the good experience ended. When we got up to the window the music was so loud we could barely hear the barista, they couldn't hear each other, it made them look extremely unprofessional and unorganized. When I say it was loud I mean I Could actually feel the bass from the songs. When they handed us our 6 drinks we had to wipe each one off with paper towels we had in our truck. I wish it stopped there. I took a drink of my coffee and it was horrible, it tasted burnt and so did my daughters. Everyone else got red bull freezes so they had no complaints. When I asked her if she had put the stevia in it she replied yes. I then asked if she would put more cream in it because it tasted burnt. She didn't apologize or offer to make another or even acknowledge that I said it tasted burnt she simply took it and added more cream. I asked her to add more almond milk to my daughters, because hers seemed burnt as well. I'm pretty sure she couldn't hear me over the music customer service is key apparently not at this place. read more

Stopped by on the trip back from Lake Tahoe to Seattle yesterday, one of many Ditch Bros. stops. All have been great coffee and service, but at 6:30 am this young lady in Astoria was especially friendly and efficient, working all by herself at the time.
