Been to many Dutch bro locations, mostly outside of California, glad to have some closer now. Love all the drinks because they're different flavors from other generic coffee shops but app is not working at the moment so we can't see all the flavors they have. There is nothing wrong with service at this location though not as friendly as other Dutch. There is a short line but not too bad. On 10/11 around 7:30ish pm I went to order the "yeti" drink which I've order at other Dutch bros and they know what I'm asking for. Maybe I might have been wrong and needed to say which "yeti" drink I wanted. The thing is how the girl taking my order reacted and had horrible customer service skills. I've worked at customer service for 6 years in retail and you always stay positive with a smile and help the customer meet their needs in a positive way possible. This worker taking my order asked me "what base do you want" and I was so confused and she continued to ask "what base" and gave an example with the rebel energy drink which didn't help at all with choosing the base for the yeti drink. As a customer service worker I would've said "these are your base options, which base would you like for your yeti?" With a smile and staying as calm as possible without showing your frustration on your face. Anyways, please whoever is the manager at this store, please teach more customer service skills to these young folks taking orders. Practice scenarios with them and role play if you have to, but please don't send them back out when they're having problems with customers because they can ruin the experience and then give you a 1 star review. I'm sad to report that my drink was less than sub-par. I was excited to visit Dutch Bros since the last time I ordered, the drink was pretty good, so this time, I ordered a Medium Kicker with half sweetness, but it tasted and looks like just a cup of water with ice and creamer. There is nearly no coffee flavor which is very disappointing especially regarding the price for dutch bros drinks. I shouldn't have to pay $6.45 for water... The quintessential roadside treat! I came on a very hot day, so the drive-thru took quite a bit of time. I went for the Caramelizer with Sugar-Free additions and I thought it was great. It was still pretty sweet, even if Dutch Bros generally goes a little too far with the milk. The service was great, which I knew was their specialty. First time coming back here in months. We stopped coming weekly because the line was always too long or even when it wasn't that long it would still take 40+ minutes in the drive thru. We were excited to have Dutch Bros again and to our surprise there was almost no wait. We ordered a small chocolate covered strawberry iced mocha, and a medium cinnamon swirl protein iced latte. We pulled up to the window as they started making our drinks and I gotta say I don't see the point in ordering a medium because the only thing extra I saw was milk and ice. They make the drinks in a plastic container first before they pour it into your cup, and they put so much ice in my cup that the leftover ingredients from my drink was just dumped down the drain and all I could think was there goes my caffeine and protein. Why couldn't I just have less ice? I come for the coffee not the ice. Other coffee spots offer you the extra in a separate cup. Then after they put the lids on, they wiped my lid with some rag that was used for wiping down who knows what else. It looked like a soggy wet junk rag with all kinds of goop on it. They handed us our drinks and the chocolate strawberry mocha drink was supposed to have sprinkles on top so I asked about it. I was rudely told that they were out and they were actually out of sprinkles for days. As if I was supposed to know that. Usually when they're out of an ingredient at any other type of food or beverage place, they let you know ahead of time and ask if that's OK. So our experience wasn't great. The coffee was pretty good but I couldn't help thinking that I just paid for ice and milk. read more
