I've had Dutch bros in AZ was amazing the one at this location really sucked... I came and waited for 45 mins long.. not only that my coffee just tasted like milk not even any coffee. ( I got the cookie butter) I also got a cold brew with just sweetener for my father he said it just tasted like water.. Really big disappointment here. One thing that I really appreciate about this place is that the staff is genuine with you from start to finish. The drinks and service is excellent. Lots of different flavors to choose from. For the amount of traffic it's kept very clean. I will definitely return to this location. read more

Only reason I come to this location is for the OUTSTANDING customer service from Carissa and Omar. I swear they put their whole panocha juice in my drinks and it tastes so good . They are adorable and they deserve a raise immediately. Carissa is the baddie with curly hair and she is that gurl. If you stop by ask for them and you wont leave disappointed. PS. This is the slowest location I've ever been to. They have like 8 baristas and they take FOREVER to make the drinks. The wait here is definitely 20+ mins it's ridiculous. If you do an online order to pickup ahead you still have to wait like 10 mins to get your drink. They need to be trained better. First ever time visiting yesterday after hearing so many raving reviews from friends and family. Let's just say I was horribly disappointed. I expected so much more flavor from this place. The staff were nice and the drive through line was quick, so no complaints there. However, I got a banana cream pie shake and it was advertised to have banana and white chocolate. I did not taste the white chocolate at all. My mom got an Aquaberry lemonade blended, and she said it tasted only of lemonade and medicine. I spent a long time looking through the online website trying to decide on what to pick, and got very frustrated at the fact that the ingredients are not listed entirely. The menu does not tell you each flavor is a syrup, I had to do my own investigating. I personally have experience at a similar business, and our menu is 100% transparent. We arrived at 10:30pm there was a long line, we drove from Perris, waited in line it moved very slowly almost at a stand still, people left in front of us because of the wait time, at 10:55pm an employee came out telling everyone that if they weren't at the window by 11pm that we would not be served! This is not right. Instead the employee should have taken all the cars orders that were waiting for 20 plus minutes, and asked anyone else who came to order after, that they will not be taking anymore orders either way the way it was handled was not great customer service, everyone else in line was there as long as we were and they all were told they wouldn't be served after 11pm Especially when the line was practically at a stand still for more than 20 mins. We have been Dutch bro enthusiasts since we discovered it on our travels in Oregon 6+ years ago, we were so excited to have it here This needs to get fixed. I'm sorry but if you're going to pop in for a caffeine fix don't do it ... more times than not we wait for 44 min to an hour... the line wasn't even super crazy but for some reason it takes forever. So I drive 30 minutes to takes my kids to their favorite coffee place arrive at 10:20 only to be told by a working at 10:50 that if your not at the window by 11pm your just out of luck. Very good coffee , very nice people, great music to listen to,while you wait at least 45 minutes for your drink!!;( I tasted the shark attack and it was beyond sweet,grateful for the handful of sugar free options. I was not, however, happy with how long it took to get my drinks. I think it took just as long to get out of my car, then to try the drive-through.! I am excited about having a dutch brothers in our community. I just hope they get a little faster at their service. By the way, keep your eyes open for the invisible curb. This was our first time trying Dutch Bros, and it was honestly a terrible experience. We had no idea how the drive-thru directions worked, as we came through a different way and had to turn around to get into the line. Instead of greeting us or offering help, the employee immediately got mad at us. On top of that, she was laughing with another employee about it, which made us feel even more uncomfortable and unwelcome. No "hi," no kindness -- just rudeness and zero consideration that we were clearly confused. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one made us not want to ever come back. read more

The Golden Eagle is my favorite but they have quit a big menu to pick from. Visited this establishment yesterday with my wife to try the new fall drinks. Nobody in line just a group of people scattered about 10 feet from window. I asked twice if anyone was in line before approaching window. No reply. We continued to the window to order as a large black wonton jumped in front of us then accused us of cutting in line. I said I asked if anyone was in line and also mentioned she was 10 feet from the window standing behind a post while ordering McDonald's on the phone. She continued to tell me she could stand where ever she wanted to stand, and still be in line. I felt threatened by her size and aggressive nature so I called her a 'piece of crap'. I should of followed my wife's lead and left but I wanted to order my coffees. Anyway she added that I called her a 'Black piece of crap and insisted the store to call the police. Well the police came and took the report and they also told me that I'm banned from coming back to the coffee store for making a racial slur. I never called her a 'Black Piece of Crap' but now have to go to Starbucks. I ordered a blue ras berry redbull with a blue ras float blended xtra thick and they did not blend it extra thick. this is so disappointing when they just give you redbull slush without blending it in the blender, it is very melted and WAY TO SWEET. I saw a previous review stating its better to walk-up to the window instead of going through the drive thru for faster service, but when I went the drive thru line didn't look as long as the walk-up line.
