Great beverages, but hit and miss on service. When the male or female baristas aren't busy flirting with a customer, I get my order in time... but I've waited up to eight minutes for service for the sheer fact that the baristas were chatting up a friend, or flirting with someone at the other window. If they could get full professional behavior from their staff, I might spend more money rather than going for convenience. read more

Was traveling through the city and saw the Dutch Bros sign. Looked at the reviews on Yelp and noticed the rave reviews it had which made me want to try them out. I'm glad I decided to because they're awesome. Definitely, a place I recommend. I wish there was one closer to me in California. Dutch Brothers is my all time favorite coffee hot or cold! It's like creamy flavor delicious! This Dutch Brothers specifically is by far my favorite! I went there right before I was about to head home from my road trip. I was super shocked that it was a drive thru coffeee shop only but I found it really unique. The worker that took my order was super helpful in providing suggests and I ended up getting a mocha latte. The coffee was amazing!!! I am such a huge fan of coffee and what I noticed from the taste of this mocha latte is that it still has the coffee taste in which other places I've been to don't. I love Dutch Brothers' espresso drinks. I usually get a mocha or latte. I haven't had the experience of having a normal coffee here though. I like the cheerful employees, and I like that it has both a northbound and a southbound drive through in the mall's parking lot. So easy to get to. I like the really cool small building and the menu there and not a block down so I feel I'm at a tiny shack not a conglomerate chain expecting a blocks' worth of cars piling in to pay $20 for 2 cups of jo. Once I was in a dead hurry and I asked the staff to make me a peppermint mocha. They asked, iced, hot or blended? I asked whichever is quicker and I got a blended peppermint mocha, lasted all day. read more

A coworker brought this place to my attention months ago and has dragged me along to get drinks before our shifts countless times. It is ALWAYS busy when we go. No matter the time or day, there's a line. However, the staff at this tiny, cottage-sized business are amazing. They do not rush you or try to move your order along. Even with how busy they are, they have fast service and have only once messed up our order and they quickly fixed it by giving us a handful of free-drink cards (without us complaining!!). There's usually a good amount of them inside and I've even seen one guy walk out to take care of the guests behind our car while we waited for our drinks. It was awesome. Their drinks are pretty good. It's not my favorite place for coffee but I like their smoothies a lot. Prices are about the same at other places. I don't come here often but when I do I always make sure to bring a good tip, as they deserve it each time. read more

Oh, my goodness! It was my first time to a Dutch Bro's and I was unsure of what to order. The cashier was super patient and very helpful. She went into detail about their drinks, customization, and add-ons that you can get. The two baristas in the shop were a delight! They were having a great time at work and they really took their care with our order. What a cool establishment! My boyfriend and I went there on Friday afternoon and it was absolutely awful. They had the music up so loud that they couldn't hear you make your order and they had to scream at each other and you. Honestly I don't know how anyone could write a bad review on this coffee place. The drinks are great hot and cold! But I'd recommend getting a red raspberry rebel, if you can have an energy drink! This is how coffee shops should be run. National chains or local. This place is filled with people that appear to love their jobs and they make sure you love your coffee. I've been to a Dutch Bros in Arizona but it's been a long time and I haven't been to this one. So I asked if they had anything like a Starbucks Frap. The gentleman pointed me in the right direction and I told him to make it his largest one... 64 oz I believe lol. Anyways after making it, he asked me to try it and make sure I like it. At this point, I'm satisfied with customer service, I didn't even care how the coffee tasted.
