I'm a HUGE fan of Dutch Bros. I love Dutch Bros. The workers are so talkative and sweet, but I show a picture of a drink I want and they make the drink extremely different. The absolute opposite. Also I wouldn't recommend a large Red Bull or coffee if you have a delicate stomach. read more

I love going here because of the kind and energetic personalities of the baristas and the drinks of course. Live in YC and we don't have one but for college I come out to Chico and always stop by here. It's much better than Starbucks or other coffee shops because there are sooo many options all the time. I love Dutch Bros I always get the Red Raspberry Redbull or a Chocolate Mocha. The Customer Service is a hit or miss, rather really nice, Stuck up or just bad customer service, or there just so hyped up on the Caffeine that it makes my head spin lol. I don't understand how they can be so fast, every time. It's like magical turbo elves are cranking out coffee drinks back there. Seriously, it feels like the second I'm done speaking my order a cup of hot coffee is in my hands. You'd think that usually something that is done so quickly would be lacking in quality, but I've been satisfied with my order every time. Yes, the lines are long, but that's because it's delicious and people know that. Now I want to talk about the staff. I am always very critical of service employees because I've had some bad experiences with them. I have to say, I've never ever had a bad experience with anyone employed at Dutch Bros. They are always so friendly, smiling, and genuine. You know when someone at a restaurant will ask you "how are you today?" and they say it like the couldn't care less? Not here. They are genuinely interested in how your morning is, and always excited to be there. I don't know how management finds such amazing employees but it's working! I've switched over from Starbucks- not only is Dutch Bros slightly cheaper but I don't have time to deal with douchy employees at the crack of dawn anymore. Please Please Please open up another location on Lassen or Eaton so I can get my coffee even quicker! read more

This Dutch Bros is close to my work so I go there pretty often. They are always friendly and a lot of the time remember my order which makes it go super fast. The only down side is the line can be long and kind of awkward, sometimes people block the flow of traffic. They started taking orders on an ipad when the line is long and this has made it go much faster. Good job! read more

WOW. I went to Dutch bros today, probably my second time going in general. The iced coffee I had was pretty good at a decent price! The customer service was the main thing I noticed though. It was by far the best customer experience I think I have had at a coffee shop. The employees were very nice and the guy at the register gave me extra stamps on my stamp card just for the heck of it! I am not too big on coffee but I would definitely come here again just because of the service. Keep it up! read more

The coffee has improved at this particular Dutch Bro. It use to be "over roasted" in my families opinion. The service lately really is starting to lack something. Most of the employees there are friendly but three times now when I am handed my drinks the girl passes it to me without a word, and has turned away to talk to the other employee. The only negative is the lines were long when I visited but it was worth the couple minute wait. Try a White Caramel Mocha...Yum! When the EFF up they do it spectacularly. Simple Oder. I am in the drive through like 98% of every one else. Not until 15 minutes later do I try my first sip of coffee. I don't know how anyone could hate Dutch bros., everything about the company is perfect. Genuinely friendly associates who always want to know how I am and what I'm up to. I wish there was a Dutch bros in my town, I would go everyday! Whenever I'm in Chico sometimes I go multiple times a day. Decided to walk up to the window, wasn't greeted for a while but they were busy so I understand. After we order.....15 minutes later our 2 cups of coffee arrive while dozens of cars are driving through. Absolutely ridiculous, don't ever walk up, their service is garbage. Worst staff And customer service I've ever had with Dutch bros, they got my drink wrong and then were very bit&$y about it when I asked for what I ordered. They made my new drink very poorly and told me to dispose of the incorrectly made drink myself...even though they don't have an outdoor trash. Will never be going back to this one, take the extra trip and go to the one on cohasset, the staff is always friendly and energetic and the drinks are made much better there! read more

It has been a long day. We were driving back from Sacramento after my father in law passed. We decided we needed caffeine. We ordered our drinks and started talking to our server. He asked where we were headed bc it must be a long drive. We said yeah well not really just to Chester. He said someone just came through did you come back from a funeral. We said we'll kind of. He looked at us handed our card back and said it's on the house. We were amazed. So thank you to that one person who wants to make peoples day a little brighter and better. Change happens, I am happy to say I found my way back to Dutch Bros and found a change that was back in line with what I initially loved about the place. Great drinks and great people. Not sure what prompted the change, and frankly am too shallow to care, just super happy to put them back in the rotation. Loving some of the new rebel drink combinations this crew is coming up with, and often as for a "surprise" just to see what I get. Now if ya'll would go else where so I don't have to wait in line, that would be great. HAHA :) read more

I'll be honest, I either hate coffee or I am a really picky coffee drinker. Whatever it is, it didn't seem like whatever I had tasted good, just very burnt (like Starbucks). So when I went to Dutch Bros I was a little uncertain. My first drink of choice was the Carmalizer and after that I was hooked! I normally drink Dutch Bros twice a week and I have now tried the Cocomo and the CandyCane Mocha and I do not think I have ever, and I mean ever had a better cup of coffee and I know I will always come back for more. For those who complain about the wait, you know what they say "you can not rush perfection" and that is exactly what this coffee is to me, perfection. That sometimes 15 minute wait is so worth that hot delicouse cup of coffee. :) read more
