They have someone out taking orders and the line seems to be moving. I order a medium blue lagoon whipped lemonade for my husband and a medium soy, blended blueberry cobbler frozen latte for myself, and a sandwich. By the time I got to the window, it was only about ten minutes later. Again, with the size of the line, totally fine. But now it all goes wrong - I'm barely greeted, the staff is more concerned with saying goodbye to their teammate departing for the day than giving customer service or focusing on the actual orders. I had just signed up for the app (we just moved and I was planning on coming here more) and there had been a free drink in the app, I ask if I can apply it or if it's app only and the guy helping me doesn't respond, just tells me my new total, okay great it does work. I finally get my drink and I'm disappointed to see there's no blueberry drizzle like in the photos and taste it, it's weak flavored but whatever I'll live. They hand me the other drink and I leave, not realizing it's not a whipped lemonade. My husband tries it, and we realize there's bubbles, meaning they made it with Fuel.....for my husband who can't have caffeine. So frustrating. Be rude or be inaccurate, but don't be both. I'll just stick to Starbucks for a close by caffeine / fun drink fix.
