I figured it was time to update my review! Still a solid 4 stars. For a variety of reasons. First, I've been here every weekend since their holiday menu dropped. I'm obsessed with the Hazelnut Truffle Hot Mocha. This drink is chefs kiss. I live everything about it. Second, the employees have the drive thru line down to a science. Yes the lines are long at peak times, but they move so well. Third, employees are very friendly. Sometimes, too much LOL. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review, is the additional pressure to tip. When going through a drive thru or ordering at a window, I just don't want the additional pressure to tip. This comes back to companies paying their employees a living wage so it doesn't trickle down to the customers responsibly. read more

I read some of the other reviews and realized that a lot of those reviews are mostly for being slow. In a service line where they are custom making a drink for you. This isn't McDonald's with a ready pot of crap So my review. There was only one car in front of us and it still took 5-6 mins to get our drink. The young lady who took our drink was quick, pleasant and helpful (Thank You). Realize that it can simply take time. The wife tried an iced with oat milk cookie butter coffee something. She said it was rather bland and she wouldn't order it again, but it was served with a smile and was made to order. It was Just not to her taste Ambiance?? It's a drive thru Dutch Bros™ is one of my wife's favorite places to get coffee, especially since I will not take her to six-bucks. read more

The service here is terrible. Waited 25min to get 1 drink. The cars ahead of me (5 cars) all had 1-2 drinks. 2 of the cars went around in the other lane and they let them cut even though they were informed we had been waiting 5min. I love Dutch Bros, but this is the worst one. read more

Deviated from my regular iced Starbees and visited Dutch Bros today. The coffee place is a drive thru and order establishment vs a place to sit, sip, hang out coffee place. It looked like there was an area where you could walk up and order with a few outdoor benches. I was particularly grateful that the construction on North Tarrant was completed. The line was long but went fairly quickly. The girl who took my order was incredibly personable and went over the menu and options for me. I decided on an iced brown sugar cinnamon with soft top. The girl at the window was equally friendly and took time to have a short conversation with me while I waited on my drink. Dutch Bros large cup is larger than a Venti at Starbees and my drink cost less than my usual spot. The coffee is also more robust than my usual drink. I liked it but will remember to ask for it to be extra sweet next time. Overall, had a good experience and will return. read more

Great customer service ! The young lady that took our order was wonderful and very sweet. The coffee though ... no bueno! Some of my friends are obsessed with Dutch Bros and I wanted to see why. I tried it and I do not understand it. We ordered two drinks. I finished mine because I was having withdrawals and my head was pounding because of it. My sister isn't addicted to coffee and she took one sip and left the rest of it. Just not to our liking but not DB's fault. Different strokes for different folks, I guess and that's alright. The coffee just left a weird after taste for us. Sis got the Chai Sweater Weather and I got the Pumpkin Caramel Cold Brew, both large. I gave it 2 stars for the wonderful and speedy service. I know that some of the reviews on here complain about the wait but this is a coffee shop in the morning. Everyone is trying to get their go-juice on the way to work. The car line takes a bit of time but it is what you come to expect trying to drive-through coffee during the busy time. All the workers are super friendly and it is nice to see a smiling face when getting coffee. I always get the large iced cocomo and have never been disappointed. read more

I love the consistency of Dutch Bros. You can expect no variation with the taste from different baristas - it's just good all the time. I frequent here so often that it's definitely worth it to download the app. I've hit the 250 points to get a free medium drink a handful of times now. Plus, the app makes it so convenient to pay instead of getting out my credit card all the time. My top favorite is the kicker. This Irish cream breve is so smooth and tasty. I just realized that a medium drink is about 730 calories!!! As a result, I've been trying to cut down on visiting too often. I'm a big fan of their featured drink orange groove cold brew. It has a distinct orange flavor and the soft top cream, tasting just as awesome for just 270 calories in a medium drink. My only hesitation with this location is the customer service and speed. I've waited up to 40 minutes on the weekends to get my drink. To avoid the wait, I now try to go between 6-7:30am to get my drink. Pass 9am, I would honestly not risk making a trip out here until they have efficiency and management down. I frequent other newly opened Dutch Bros, and they worked out the kinks as soon as day 3! It's been more than a month since I first visited this location, and the speed is still without urgency. With that said, I'm still a big fan, and will visit with my puppy early in the morning. read more

Coffee isn't bad (I tried the Golden Eagle because the young lady told me it was their most popular), mostly just go for the service, and the music isn't always my personal taste but that can be expected. While it can take a few minutes, the employees are always very courteous, chatting with me about my day and what not! Wait: we waited for 20 minutes in line with only 10 cars (compared to 151, the wait is crazy long with only one person taking orders) We ordered a kids ninja ( taste like a mint chocolate chip shake!!! Picture Perfect Freeze 4 out of 5 Ninja Frost 5 out of 5 Black Coffee 4 out of 5 We will definitely go back, but they need to have more people working the line and it needs to move a lot faster. The point of a drive-through is for it to be quick and efficient, if it's taking 20 minutes then they definitely either need to have more people on staff working or figure out how to make the line move quicker. read more

This location is an anomaly. I will start by saying the Grasshopper Freeze with whipped cream added was delicious. But...I have been to several Dutch Bros in Fort Worth and in Pantego and gotten accustomed to an awesome drink menu paired with super friendly, top notch customer service. A+ all the time. Not this location though. I've been through their drive thru twice. I don't like it here, the unfriendliness and aloofness seems out of place. It was 2 times too many at this location so next time I'll just drive by going my merry way somewhere else. read more

I got off to order because the drive thru line was long thinking it would be quicker. Nope! I don't understand why they have a walk up window if it takes longer than the drive thru line to get your coffee. They clearly have a window station and a drive thru station. I usually don't leave reviews because I'm not the person to complain but, This is not worth $7. I literally didn't even take a sip out of it or put a straw in it yet. This is just sad that I spent money on this. Save your money and don't go here. Stopped by Dutch this morning for a coffee - it was busy as always and only 1 of 2 drive thru lines were open. You'd think on a Sunday AM they would have both open to keep the rush down. I ordered a Golden Eagle blended with Oat milk and it is super yummy. It was a bit confusing because at the window when they read back my order to me they called it a Carbonator which I guess is an internal term for hand blend due to the alternative milk change. I almost thought I had the wrong order but the barista explained it to me and it made me feel a lot better. I also snagged a chocolate chip muffin top - if they have 'em, get 'em! It's the perfect sweet start to the morning. Don't forget to use the app so you can tip the baristas and earn super cute stickers. My only wish is that they were giving out stickers today in person, I love those limited run stickers. Make sure to stop in for a coffee - it's on the way to the highway so it's the best on the go "fancy coffee" before work or errands. read more

We saw about 6 employees walk out, talk, walk back in and all leave while this line of cars have been obviously waiting for over 30 minutes. I have never in my life waited this damn long for coffee... AND when I got to the window, she pulled our drinks out of the fridge, watered down and ice melted.
