When I saw the sign that they were building this Dutch Bros in this little bitty corner of the parking lot, I was really wondering how all the cars that are always at every Dutch Bros I ever pass were gonna fit. They did a really good job with the space that they have. Definitely do not go of f you're in a hurry. It takes a little while to get all the cars through the line. With that being said, it was a really easy and pleasant trip. This is my first time here at this location. There is so much on the menu to choose from, I got a little confused and the wonderful young lady taking my order was so helpful. I told her the drinks that I like and she suggested a drink. It had a lot of stuff in it. I don't remember what it was because she said something about an oat milk latte with extra caramel drizzle, and some white chocolate mocha, and some other stuff. So I took her word for it and ordered that drink. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very light and refreshing. I also love the fact that I had four shots in it. Every employee that I came in contact with was super nice I did talk to three of them. They were all smiling in a great mood. They were getting the cars through as fast as possible. Just waiting in the drive-through I can tell people really love Dutch Bros because the five cars in front of me ordered multiple drinks. One car even had two drink carriers. Hot lattes are our norm, but the iced Golden Eagle hit the spot on this warm June morning. It was a little too warm to have an attendant outside taking orders in the drive thru line, but I appreciated her cheerful demeanor. Worst coffee experience ever!! The girl taking orders in the drive-thru had a cold and kept sniffling the entire time she took my order - I almost lost my coffee urge! We were greeted by a cashier who resembled a circus clown with the amount of make-up she had on - Lol! We finally got our order & it was totally wrong - go figure! I had to park my car, go up to the little window, told them what was wrong with my order, they had a major attitude problem & they had to call the manager & I had to explain the problem all over again - the manager had to lunge herself at me through the window which looked ridiculous! I was recently on a road trip and received some really bad drinks from another location but we had already driven away before we realized. We stopped at this location and asked if they could remake and I even offered to pay again considering this is a different location. They offered to remake them free of charge and then barista that took my order went inside right away and when I got to the window they neglected to greet me or talk at all. They were standing shoulder to shoulder while making my drinks and we received drinks that were even worse than the ones we returned. I come to this Dutch Litterally every day and without a second thought I could say that it is one of the best. The workers are always super friendly and have a smile even when they are outside in the heat. I also recommend getting your blended drinks double blended for a better texture. read more
